Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang strategi ustadz dan ustadzah dalam memotivasi belajar Al-Qur’an santri di TPA Sumberejo, Kecamatan Pabelan, Kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi ustadz dan ustadzah dalam memotivasi belajar Al-Qur’an santri, 2) Untuk mengetahui apa kendala dalam memotivasi belajar Al-Qur’an santri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian, peneliti turun langsung ke lapangan untuk mengadakan wawancara secara langsung dengan ustadz dan ustadzah sekaligus melakukan observasi terhadap proses pembelajaran di TPA Sumberejo. Hasil penelitian ini adalah setelah diterapkan strategi-strategi oleh ustadz dan ustadzah TPA Desa Sumberejo, santri-santri mulai terdorong semangatnya untuk belajar Al-Quran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of PGMI IAIN Surakarta students in practicing the pedagogical, professional, personality, and ethical competencies of PPL students before carrying out practical field experiences. This research includes qualitative research and is descriptive-analytical. Data in this study were collected through interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analytical model used is an interactive model of analysis. The readiness of students to do PPL at MI is obtained from microteaching to practice teaching skills. Future trainees will be able to practice real classroom teaching skills when they begin to teach at MI. Micro teaching is the right way to train prospective students to practice teaching competencies. In general, PGMI IAIN Surakarta study program students are very ready to carry out Field Experience Practice (PPL) in 2019. This is shown by data that 100% of PGMI IAIN Surakarta study program students belong to the very ready category.

Abstract

Through emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and learning behavior, individuals can improve their understanding of accounting. Currently, with formal education on emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence, it is expected that students can develop their ability to understand accounting concepts. Therefore, with a deep understanding of accounting, this encourages an increase in the quality of analysis and evaluation which can ultimately improve the efficiency of decision making and management of financial information. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and learning behavior on the level of accounting understanding. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 127 respondents. The source of data obtained in this study was from distributing questionnaires. The update in this study is the addition of intellectual intelligence variables and the use of multiple intelligence theory and attribution theory. While the data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a positive and insignificant effect on the level of accounting understanding. Intellectual intelligence and learning behavior have a positive and significant effect on the level of accounting understanding.
