Abstract

Mengimplementasikan media untuk anak usia dini harus menarik. Media yang digunakan berupa roda berputar agar anak bisa mengenal konsep angka. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media roda putar terhadap kemampuan konsep bilangan anak di TKN Pembina 01 Ranah Pesisir. Artikel ini berdasarkan penelitian yang membahas tentang kemampuan konsep bilangan anak. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan teknik kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 10 siswa dari masing-masing kelas B1 dan B2 yang merupakan siswa TKN Pembina 01 Ranah Pesisir. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan enam item pernyataan, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, rata-rata nilai pre-test kelas eksperimen sebesar 11,90, sedangkan rata-rata nilai pre-test kelas kontrol sebesar 13,70. Sementara itu, rata-rata nilai post-test kelas eksperimen sebesar 22,90, sedangkan rata-rata nilai post-test kelas kontrol sebesar 21,50. Data akhir yang diperoleh tersebar merata. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 2-tailed sebesar 0,03 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman konsep bilangan anak di TKN Pembina 01 Ranah Pesisir dipengaruhi oleh media roda putar.

Abstract

Kegiatan pendampingan bimbingan belajar matematika bagi siswa Madrasah Aliyah dilaksanakan sebagai upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kesiapan menghadapi Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer (UTBK). Latar belakang kegiatan ini berangkat dari rendahnya capaian penalaran matematis siswa serta kurangnya pemahaman terhadap karakteristik soal UTBK yang menuntut kemampuan berpikir kritis, analitis, dan pemecahan masalah tingkat tinggi. Program pendampingan dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Pada tahap persiapan dilakukan analisis kebutuhan siswa, perencanaan materi berbasis kisi-kisi UTBK, serta koordinasi dengan pihak sekolah. Tahap pelaksanaan meliputi pengenalan format UTBK, pembelajaran materi esensial matematika, pemberian latihan soal bertingkat, serta pembahasan strategi penyelesaian melalui bimbingan intensif. Evaluasi proses dan hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keaktifan, pemahaman konsep, ketepatan strategi, serta skor hasil belajar siswa melalui perbandingan pre-test dan post-test. Selain itu, respons siswa menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan membantu mereka meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan kesiapan psikologis menghadapi UTBK. Dengan demikian, program pendampingan terbukti efektif meningkatkan kesiapan akademik dan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa MA. Kegiatan ini direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan secara berkelanjutan dengan memperkuat diferensiasi pembelajaran dan pemanfaatan media digital sebagai dukungan latihan mandiri.

Abstract

Background: The factors motivating this community service initiative include the public's insufficient comprehension of epidemiology, risk factors, the significance of PHBS in hypertension prevention, the low awareness of immunization's role in addressing stunting, and their restricted knowledge of integrated posyandu. 43 individuals are afflicted with hypertension due to an unhealthy lifestyle, comprising twenty individuals with a high sodium intake and fifteen individuals with inadequate physical activity. Moreover, there exists a deficiency in awareness regarding the epidemiology of hypertension and a limited comprehension of clean and healthy living practices, impacting 35 individuals.Aims: This effort aims to enhance public comprehension regarding the significance of health checkups, the role of immunization in preventing stunting in toddlers, the relevance of hypertension in relation to PHBS, and the necessity of an integrated Posyandu.Methods: This community service program encompasses complimentary health assessments, educational initiatives on epidemiology and hypertension prevention through a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS), instruction on the significance of immunization in stunting prevention, and education regarding integrated Posyandu services. The intended audience for this exercise comprises 43 individuals from Kampung Sampalan Lega. The tools employed to evaluate the enhancement of community knowledge were observation sheets and interviews.Results: This activity can enhance community knowledge, as demonstrated by the observations and interview findings conducted before and after the counseling, indicating an increase in respondents' understanding. Forty-five individuals, representing 100%, achieved a score of 100 on the observation sheet. The community is expected to consistently visit the health post to monitor their health status. It is anticipated that healthcare staff would persist in enhancing healthcare services at integrated posyandu.

Abstract

Statistics learning plays an important role in developing students’ data literacy, particularly their abilities in data representation and interpretation. However, statistics instruction at the secondary school level remains largely procedural, providing limited opportunities for students to understand data contextually. This study aims to explore the implementation of an infographic project in statistics learning and to examine the development of Grade X students’ data representation and interpretation skills. This research employed a qualitative approach with an exploratory design. The research subjects consisted of one group of four Grade X students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sampang. Data were collected through classroom observation, semi-structured interviews, and analysis of students’ infographic artifacts. Data analysis involved data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with validity ensured through technique and source triangulation. The results indicate that the infographic project supports students in representing data in various visual forms and interpreting data by identifying patterns, comparisons, and contextual meanings. These findings suggest that the infographic project has the potential to serve as an alternative approach to statistics learning that promotes active student engagement and the development of data literacy skills.
