This study aims to examine the role of Islamic banking in enhancing financial literacy among Malaysian preschoolers. The qualitative method was employed, with data collection conducted through direct observations. Findings revealed the significant contribution of Islamic banking to improving financial literacy among young children. Through educational and training programs organized by students in Islamic banking programs, children are introduced to fundamental financial concepts such as savings, expenditure, and investment tailored to their level of comprehension. This research contributes to understanding the importance of early financial education in nurturing financial literacy skills among children.

Islamic finance plays a crucial role in education within the expanding global landscape of Islamic economics. It has been widely observed that Sharia-compliant financial institutions wield significant influence over the educational framework at Tadika AL-Fikh Orchard Kuala Lumpur. This study endeavors to assess the impact of Sharia finance in fostering the advancement of Tadika AL-Fikh Orchard Kuala Lumpur. The objective is to illuminate the pivotal role of Islamic finance in enhancing early childhood education by facilitating the delivery of morally grounded teachings and fostering a holistic comprehension of Islamic financial literacy. Moreover, it aims to provide motivational support and promote an in-depth understanding of Islamic financial principles. The significance of employing Sharia-compliant school finance policies, tailored to collaborative efforts with financial institutions such as BTM, BMT, and both Sharia and conventional banks, is underscored. Additionally, participants are encouraged to contribute their insights and perspectives, initiating steps to provide educational materials and practical exercises aimed at elevating comprehension levels, practical applications, and successful outcomes in Sharia finance.

This study aims to find out how the implementation, concepts, success factors and the role of human resource management in institutional management at Lazismu Medan City. This research method uses qualitative research methods with field research (field research). This data was obtained from literature studies, interviews and observations. The research results obtained concluded that Lazismu has optimally implemented Islamic human resource management, the implementation of Islamic human resource management is carried out by increasing the potential as well as the Islamicity of employees with the morning breafing program, besides that Lazismu also applies Islamic values by obliging read the Koran and Kultum before starting activities every morning. The role of human resource management is very important and is proven to be able to influence the management of existing human resources. This can be seen from the awards and achievements that are achieved every year. The success factor is the result of good cooperation within the organization, because the existence of human resource management is to manage employees in the workplace so that they can achieve the organization's mission and strengthen the work culture in the institution effectively.

The use of digital marketing in Islamic philanthropic institutions, especially for the collection of Zakat, Infaq, and Shodaqoh (ZIS) funds, is a strategic innovation that increases the effectiveness of fundraising. This study using qualitative descriptive methods, data were obtained through observation, interviews, and digital media analysis. The Organisation utilizes various digital platforms such as websites, social media (Instagram, Facebook), and QR codes as the main tools for fundraising. The strategies implemented include the use of storytelling, educational content, and transparent financial reporting, which have been proven to significantly increase community involvement. The results of the study showed an increase in the number of donors by up to 40% and a change in donation behaviour, with more people choosing to donate online and regularly. However, challenges remain, such as limited digital marketing expertise, limited budget, and public scepticism towards the transparency of zakat funds. From an Islamic economic perspective, strategy is in line with sharia principles such as transparency, justice, and welfare. The study recommends increasing digital capacity, collaborating with Muslim influencers, and strengthening public trust through strong narratives and open reporting. A sustainable and sharia-compliant digital strategy can increase fundraising and wider social impact in society.

Abstrak: Penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) pada lembaga amil zakat menjadi hal penting dalam upaya peningkatan penghimpunan Zakat, Infak, dan Shodaqoh (ZIS) yang berkontribusi terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi umat. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan softskill dan hardskill pengelola Lazismu Kota Binjai, khususnya dalam bidang manajemen SDM dan strategi fundraising. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup ceramah, diskusi interaktif, workshop, dan simulasi peran. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 peserta yang terdiri dari amil, pengurus, dan relawan Lazismu Kota Binjai. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui angket pre-test dan post-test yang disebarkan kepada seluruh peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 85% dalam aspek manajerial fundraising dan 80% dalam pencatatan serta pelaporan keuangan ZIS. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif dalam mendukung profesionalisasi pengelolaan ZIS di tingkat lokal.Abstract: Strengthening the capacity of human resources (HR) in zakat collection institutions is important in efforts to increase the collection of Zakat, Infak, and Shodaqoh (ZIS) which contributes to the empowerment of the people's economy. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve the soft skills and hard skills of Lazismu Binjai City managers, especially in the fields of HR management and fundraising strategies. The method of implementing the activity includes lectures, interactive discussions, workshops, and role simulations. This activity involved 30 participants consisting of amil, administrators, and volunteers of Lazismu Binjai City. The evaluation of the activity was carried out through pre-test and post-test questionnaires distributed to all participants. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' understanding by 85% in the managerial aspects of fundraising and 80% in recording and reporting ZIS finances. This training has proven effective in supporting the professionalization of ZIS management at the local level.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran perbankan syariah dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan di taman kanak kanak Malaysia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi secara langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbankan syariah memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan di kalangan anak anak usia dini. Melalui program edukasi dan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh mahasiswa program studi perbankan syariah, anak anak di perkenalkan dengan konsep dasar keuangan seperti tabungan, pengeluaran dan investasi dalam skala yang sesuai dengan pemahaman mereka. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pemahaman pentingnya pendidikanb keuangan sejak dini dalam mengembangkan kemampuan literasi keuangan di kalangan anak anak.

Keuangan syariah berperan penting dalam pendidikan, dalam konteks global yang semakin terhubung tentang ekonomi syariah. Hal ini banyak di tunjukan bahwa lembaga keuangan yang berbasis syariah sangat berpengaruh dalam tingkat pendidikan islam di Tadika AL-Fikh orchard kuala lumpur. Dimana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran keuangan syariah yang dapat mendorong pengembangan Tadika AL-Fikh Orchard Kuala Lumpur. Dalam penelitian ini saya ingin membuka seberapa pentingnya peran keuangan syariah dalam mengembangkan pendidikan Tadika untuk anak-anak usia dini yang mampu memberikan pengajaran yang sesuai dalam pembekalan akidah akhlak, dan memberikan wawasan tentang pemahaman komperhesif tentang literasi keuangan keislaman serta memberikan dorongan motivasi dan memberi pemahaman tentang pentingnya peran keuangan sekolah dengan menggunakan prinsip syariah.yang dimana bentuk kebijakannya disesuaikan dengan kerjasama sekolah dengan lembaga keuangan baik BTM, BMT maupun bank umum (bank syariah dan bank konvensional). Para peserta yang bersangkutan juga bisa menyampaikan ide dan pandangannya yang dimulai dengan melakukan Langkah-langkah pemberian materi dan praktik mengenai apa saja peran keuangan syariah dengan indikator peningkatan pemahaman, mempraktikkan, dan mempresentasikan dengan tingkat keberhasilan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of complaint handling on customer satisfaction at Baitulmaal Muamalat Medan. Customer satisfaction is an important indicator in evaluating the quality of banking services and can affect customer loyalty and retention. Effective handling of customer complaints is a key factor in increasing customer satisfaction. This research uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to Baitulmaal Muamalat Medan customers. The research sample consisted of 200 randomly selected customers. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to test the relationship between complaint handling and customer satisfaction. In addition, descriptive statistical analysis was also carried out to analyze the characteristics of respondents. The results showed that complaint handling has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction at Baitulmaal Muamalat Medan. This finding shows the importance of implementing effective complaint handling practices in Islamic financial institutions. Customers who are satisfied with the complaint handling provided have a tendency to remain loyal customers.
