Abstract

This study aims to analyze and also find out how the influence of school facilities and school fees on the decision making of students to continue their education to SMA Al Ulum Terpadu. This study used 55 grade X students of SMA Al Ulum Terpadu as subjects. The type of research used is Descriptive-Quantitative  research  and  descriptive explanatory.  Data  collection was  conducted  by interview documentation and survey by distributing questionnaires to 51 students of grade X SMA Al Ulum Terpadu using completing échantillonnage techniques. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression using SPPS 25 Software. The results showed that school facilities partially had a positive and significant effect on the decision making of students continuing school at SMA Al- Ulum Terpadu. The cost of education is partially negative and significant to the decision of students to continue  their  schooling  at  SMA  Al-Ulum  Terpadu.  The  location  of  the  school  is  partially insignificant to the decision of students to continue their schooling at SMA Al-Ulum Terpadu. School facilities, tuition fees and school locations simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision making of students continuing school at SMA Al-Ulum Terpadu

Abstract

The current study seeks to produce a theory of business management strategy data in times of crisis in Islam which refers to the story of Prophet Noah AS, also aims to identify the strategies used by business leaders in the crisis management process. A grounded theory approach is applied which is one of the qualitative designs. Fill in the verses of the Qur'an and hadith related to the problems and crises being analyzed.The results of a qualitative analysis of the verses of the Qur'an and the noble hadith of the Prophet's sunnah have resulted in four concepts which constitute a broad conceptual theory of crisis management strategies according to an Islamic approach. These concepts are: Crisis management strategies in Islam, stages of crisis management strategies, characteristics of leaders who manage crises, and the role of a leader during the crisis management process. These results have wide application in the field of leader training, and also recommend future studies to verify theoretical assumptions emerging from the data in this study about crisis management strategies in Islam (COVID-19 pandemic crisis as model).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi guru dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan anak usia dini di Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Sungai Pinang Malaysia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, khususnya penelitian lapangan (field research), dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data langsung dari lapangan. Para peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data, sebagai bukti bahwa mereka benar-benar memperoleh informasi mengenai subjek penelitiannya. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru di Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Sungai Pinang Malaysia telah memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan pendidikan anak usia dini di Tadika. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peran guru di sekolah sebagai fasiliator, tedalan dan motivator. Selain itu dapat dilihat juga dari metode-metodeyang digunakan guru guru dalam menerapkan kedisiplinan pada anak usia dini sehingga anak anak di Tadika tampak semangat dalam melakukan kegiatan dengan disiplin.

Abstract

AbstrakJudul penelitian jurnal ini adalah “Strategi Pendekatan dan Taktik Pembelajaran dengan Inovatif Abad 21 Pada Sekolah Tadika,Taska, Alfikh Orchard -Malaysia” penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pendekatan dan juga taktik pembelajaran inovatif abad 21 pada sekolah tadika, taska Alfikh Orcard, Malaysia. Adapun metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, data yang di peroleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang di gunakan adalah data primer yang di peroleh secara langsung dari objek penelitia lapangan dan data sekunder yang di peroleh dari hasil studi pustaka. Hasil jurnal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan strategis taktik pembelajaran terdiri dari fase-fase kegiatan yang dimaksudkan untuk memenuhi tujuan pembelajaran yang membahas berbagai topik pembelajaran, seperti penggunaan teknik, pendekatan, dan media atau bahan pembelajaran. Langkah-langkah tersebut direncanakan dan disusun agar mempunyai makna yang luas. lebih banyak pelatihan. Selain itu, pendekatan strategis terhadap strategi pembelajaran secara garis besar dapat diklasifikasikan ke dalam lima kategori: Ada lima jenis strategi pembelajaran: a) pembelajaran langsung, b) pembelajaran tidak langsung, c) pembelajaran berdasarkan pengalaman dan interaktif, dan d) pembelajaran mandiri.Kata Kunci: Strategi Pendekatan, Taktik Pembelajaran, Inovatif Abad 21

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penerapan pendidikan agama Islam terhadap perkembangan perilaku sosial anak di Tadika Taman Setia. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain studi kasus one-shot dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan membaca 15 jurnal dan melakukan analisis data, hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam perilaku sosial anak seiring implementasi pendidikan agama Islam. Siklus pertama mencapai 65%, siklus kedua 78%, dan siklus ketiga mencapai 89%. Hasil ini menggambarkan bahwa metode pendidikan agama Islam secara positif memengaruhi perkembangan perilaku anak, menunjukkan peningkatan dalam empati, kerjasama, dan sikap baik hati. Implikasinya, penerapan pendidikan agama Islam di Tadika Taman Setia efektif dalam membentuk perilaku sosial positif pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Pengabdian adalah bahagian dari kewajiban Dosen dalam mengimplematisasikan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, dimana ia bertugas minimal satu kali dalam setahun Tulisan ini bertujuan melaporkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Majelis Pengajian Amal Bhakti Jalan Bhayangkara - Medan. Pengabdian ini difokuskan pada pengurus dan anggota majelis. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada pengurus dan anggota majelis pengajian mengenai pengelolaan organisasi sosial yang baik. Materi disampaikan dengan metode ceramah,diskusi dan tanya jawab. Pengabdian pelatihan ini diawali dengan penyampaian teori, berupa materi-materi : keorganisasian, kepemimpinan, dan administrasi. Peserta diberikan pemahaman terkait cara pengelolaan organisasi yang baik dan benar, sehingga peserta dimungkinkan dapat mengembangkan aktivitas organiasasi dengan 3 T yaitu Tertib organisasi, Tertib administrasi, dan Tertib aset. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan peserta lebih siap dalam menjalankan manajemen pengelolaan organisasi lebih baik

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyaraakat merupakan bahagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari para insan akademis. Tulisan ini melaporkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Mitra Pengelola Zakat (MPZ) Yaspend, Amaliyah Medan Pengabdian ini difokuskan pada pengurus dan jamaah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada pengurus dan jamaah mengenai bagaimana pengelolaan MPZ dan Masjid dalam rangka pembinaan ekonomi dan kesejahtraan. Melalui Sosialisasi ini diharapkan peserta lebih siap dalam menjalankan manajemen pengelolaan MPZ dan masjid yang sudah berlangsung selama ini, maupun mengembangkan orientasi dalam rangka pembinaan ekonomi dan kesejahtraan. Pengabdian sosialisasi ini diawali dengan penyampaian teori, berupa materi – materi : ekonomi syariah dan manajemen pengelolaan MPZ dan masjid dalam rangka pembinaan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan. Materi disampaikan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Peserta diberikan pemahaman terkait cara pengelolaan MPZ dan masjid dalam rangka pembinaan ekonomi dan kesejahtraan. Sosialisasi diikuti oleh + 20 orang peserta. Hasil dari sosialisasi ini, mampu memberikan keterampilan dan pemahaman berkaitan dengan manajemen pengelolaan MPZ dan masjid dalam rangka pembinaan ekonomi dan kesejahtraan, sehingga peserta dimungkinkan dapat mengembangkan manajemen pengelolaan MPZ dan masjid menjadi lebih maksimal dari sebelumnya., khususnya peran MPZ dan masjid dalam rangka pembinaan ekonomi dan kesejahtraan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using a Learning Management System (LMS), specifically Google Classroom, along with the school’s internal Academic Information System, in supporting learning activities at Darul Mahdiyah Private School, Thailand. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed through observations, interviews, and document analysis involving school administrators, teachers, and students. The findings indicate that the use of the LMS at the upper secondary level improves the organization of learning schedules, material distribution, assignment submission, and attendance recording, while also shifting teacher–student interaction toward more flexible and asynchronous communication. In contrast, learning activities at the primary and lower secondary levels remain predominantly manual. The study also reveals a dual-adaptation pattern, in which teachers combine digital and manual systems as a transitional strategy due to varying levels of technological literacy, highlighting that system effectiveness is influenced not only by technological availability but also by human resource readiness and institutional support.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of financial management transparency at Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard Pandamar Indah and to examine the role of Islamic values in financial practices within an early childhood Islamic educational institution. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-interpretative design to gain an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of financial governance in an Islamic institutional context. The research participants included the principal, treasurer, teachers, and representatives of parents. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The validity of the findings was ensured through source and method triangulation techniques. The findings indicate that efforts toward financial transparency have been undertaken through the periodic disclosure of fund utilization to parents. However, the implementation has not yet been standardized within a systematically documented reporting system. The main challenges include limited technical competence of financial administrators, reliance on manual bookkeeping systems, and minimal use of digital technology in financial administration. Furthermore, Islamic values such as amanah (trustworthiness), tabligh (transparency in conveying information), and fathanah (professional competence) are understood as moral foundations in financial management, yet they have not been fully integrated into operational procedures and accountable, measurable reporting mechanisms. This study highlights that strengthening financial transparency and accountability in Islamic educational institutions requires integrating human resource development, digital financial systems, and the internalization of Islamic values to achieve professional, sustainable, and integrity-driven governance practices.

Abstract

The implementation of an Islamic curriculum in early childhood education institutions frequently encounters challenges related to inconsistent instructional practices caused by variations in teachers’ competencies, diverse educational backgrounds, and the suboptimal integration of Sharia values within the human resource management system. This condition reflects a gap between the design of the Islamic curriculum and its practical implementation in classroom settings. This study aims to analyze Sharia-based human resource management strategies, describe the implementation of the Islamic curriculum, and identify the role of HR management in supporting the consistency of curriculum implementation at Happy Hive Playschool & Preschool Malaysia. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Triangulation techniques were applied to ensure data validity. The findings reveal that Sharia-based HR management strategies are implemented through character- and competency-based recruitment, continuous training and mentoring, and performance evaluation grounded in the principles of amanah (trustworthiness), ‘adl (justice), and ihsan (excellence). The Islamic curriculum is implemented through play-based learning, habituation of worship practices, and teachers’ role modeling. However, differences in teachers’ pedagogical and spiritual readiness continue to influence the equity of learning outcomes. This study affirms that the success of the Islamic curriculum is strongly determined by systematic and sustainable HR management integrated with the enhancement of teachers’ professional and spiritual competencies.
