ABSTRAK Stunting merupakan masalah gizi utama yang sering terjadi dengan angka kejadian global sekitar 22,9%. Provinsi dengan angka stunting tertinggi di Indonesia adalah Nusa Tenggara Timur, dengan jumlah 269.658 (42,7%) anak stunting dari 633.000 total anak di bawah 5 tahun. Angka stunting di Nusa Tenggara Timur mengalami penurunan dari 50,2% pada tahun 2013. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menberikan penyuluhan tentang makanan sehat untuk atasi stunting serta keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam mencegah stunting  Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di desa Dimpong, Kegiatan ini dibagi dalam beberapa bagian, yang pertama akan dilakukan Fokus Group Discusion (FGD) Bersama Masyarakat dan perangkat desa serta melibatkan pihak puskesmas, mengajarkan memasak makanan menu DASHYAT, monitoring evaluasi Bersama masyarakat. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini serta masyarakat dan mendapatkan hasil, Jumlah anak stunting berkurang 9 dari total 20 menjadi 11 orang. 80 % catin, ibu hamil dan ibu balita mengerti tentang gizi seimbang dalam 1000 hari kehidupan, 100% anak stunting berhasil dilakukan pengukuran ulang, 80% ibu dengan anak stunting serta kader antusias mengikuti kegiatan demo menu dasyat. Semua anak stunting menyukai menu dasyat yang disiapkan oleh mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan antusias dari perangkat Desa, serta masyarakat dan mendapatkan hasil, Jumlah anak stunting berkurang 9 dari total 20 menjadi 11 orang. Kata Kunci: Stunting, Penting, Dashyat  ABSTRACT Stunting is a major nutritional problem that often occurs with a global incidence rate of around 22.9%. This service activity is carried out in Dimpong village, This activity is divided into several parts, the first will be carried out a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the community and village officials and involving the health center, teaching cooking DASHYAT menu food,  monitoring the evaluation with the community. As for the results of this activity as well as the community and getting the results, the number of stunted children decreased by 9 from a total of 20 to 11 people. 80% of pregnant women and mothers of toddlers understood about balanced nutrition in 1000 days of life, 100% of stunted children were successfully re-measured, 80% of mothers with stunted children and cadres were enthusiastic about participating in the Dasyat menu demonstration activity. All stunted children love the great menu prepared by students.
