Abstract

This paper discusses the pandami of COVID-19 in a Pentecostal theology perspective. The current pandemic is causing trouble for everyone, at the same time this epidemic encourages religious people to view and study from a theological point of view how this COVID-19 disease from the perspective of the Bible. This article was written using a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Within the internal of Christianity itself, the various interpretations of COVID-19 can be analyzed from a theological frame. In the perspective of Pentecostal theology, of course this pandemic is believed to be a part of the prophecy of the holy book as well as hinting that we are in an end-time phase, one of which is the epidemic of pestilence today. This pandemic is also within the framework of Pentecostal theology as preparation for the coming of Jesus Christ to earth, for the second time through pestilence as written by the Scriptures. This COVID-19 incident is also a phase in which humans will enter a period of queue for Kris who becomes the ruler and controller of this world. Key Words: Pandemic COVID-19, Pentecostal Theology, Church.Tulisan ini membahas pandemi COVID-19 dalam perspektif teologi Pentakosta. Pandemi yang terjadi saat ini tentu menyebabkan kesulitan bagi siapa saja, sekaligus wabah ini mendorong kaum religius untuk memandang dan mengkaji dari sudut pandang teologis bagaimana penyakit COVID-19 ini dari perspektif Kitab Suci. Artikel ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Di dalam lingkup internal Kekristenan sendiri, beragam pemaknaan dan penafsiran mengenai COVID-19 ini jika ditelisik dari bingkai teologis. Dalam perspektif teologi Pentakosta, tentu pandemi ini diyakini sebagai bagian dari nubuatan kitab suci sekaligus mengisyaratkan kita berada di fase akhir zaman yang ditandai salah satunya mewabahnya penyakit sampar di masa kini. Pandemi ini juga dalam bingkai teologi Pentakosta sebagai persiapan kedatangan Yesus Kristus ke bumi, untuk kedua kalinya melalui penyakit sampar sebagaimana yang ditulis oleh Kitab Suci. Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed the landscape of human life, including in the context of the Christian family. In the era of rapidly developing digital technology, the challenges for Christian families in educating their children are increasingly complex. Through a literature approach, this research investigates the impact of digital technology on the formation of children's character and interpersonal relationships within the family. Through this research, it is hoped that Christian families will have understanding and knowledge in responding to parenting children in the digital era with the demands of changing digital technology. It can be concluded how important it is to approach children's Christian religious education in the family from an early age where parents act as figures/role models for children, dare to discipline children, parents build open communication and are full of warmth and parents provide intensive assistance to ensure that children stay connected to the spiritual and moral values taught in the Bible. AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah lanskap kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam konteks keluarga Kristen. Pada era teknologi digital berkembang sangat pesat, tantangan bagi keluarga Kristen dalam mendidik anak-anak mereka semakin kompleks. Melalui pendekatan kepustakaan, penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak teknologi digital terhadap pembentukan karakter anak, dan hubungan interpersonal dalam keluarga. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan keluarga Kristen mempunyai pemahaman dan pengetahuan dalam menyikapi parenting anak di era digital dengan tuntutan perubahan teknologi digital. Dapat disimpulkan betapa pentingnya pendekatan Pendidikan Agama Kristen Anak di dalam keluarga sejak dini, dimana orang tua berperan sebagai figur atau teladan bagi anak, berani mendisiplin anak, serta membangun komunikasi terbuka dan penuh kehangatan dan intensif, dan orang tua melakukan pendampingan untuk memastikan bahwa anak-anak tetap terhubung dengan nilai-nilai spiritual dan moral yang diajarkan dalam Alkitab.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the completeness and suitability of the Sustainable Financial Statement in Conventional and Sharia Banks with reporting principles, disclosure standards and overall assessment of the implementation of Peraturan OJK (POJK) Nomor 51 tahun 2017 on Implementation of Sustainable Finance for Financial Service Institutions, Issuers, and Public Companies. The research method of this study is an analysis of the Banks’ Yearly Sustainable Financial Statement in the period 2016-2018 and then performed a qualitative analysis based on completeness of 86 components fulfillment in 43 variables designated in the reporting technical guidelines which is regulated by OJK and reporting quality assessment. The result of the test shows the improvement in both the completeness and quality of the Sustainable Financial Statement. Conventional Banks conduct the reporting relatively better compared to Sharia Bank. In general, Banks are accountable in the report, especially on the disclosure of the efficiency of resources and energy use. The difference that is reflected in the report between Conventional and Sharia banks that have financial conglomerate relations needs to be a concern for the stakeholders including regulators to include sustainable finance as part of financial conglomerates and reporting principles needs to be standardized in the form of report format or indexing by regulator.

Abstract

A major challenge in particle physics is the binary classification of high-energy gamma signals against a complex hadron background. Accurate identification of these gamma signals is critical for particle detection, especially as the volume and complexity of data increases as technology advances. The research developed a machine learning-based classification model to efficiently and accurately distinguish gamma signals from hadrons. Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, and Artificial Neural Networks are used for classification. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and correlation analysis identified dominant features, while Monte Carlo simulations validated the distribution of gamma and hadron spectra. This study focuses on geometric parameters such as fLength, fWidth, fAlpha, as well as photon distribution and distance effects (fDist) in gamma signal identification using K-Means clustering. The Random Forest algorithm achieved the highest accuracy of 87.96%, with an F1-score of 0.91, which defines its robustness in the classification task. PCA and correlation analysis showed fSize, fLength, and fWidth as the most influential factors in classification. Monte Carlo simulations successfully replicated the spectral distribution pattern with high experimental validation. The research presents a novel integration of geometric analysis, clustering techniques, and simulation validation in the classification of high-energy particles. Machine learning methods, in particular Random Forest, effectively distinguish the gamma signal from the hadron background. The combination of PCA and Monte Carlo simulations improves the understanding of data distribution patterns and key classification factors. This research contributes to the development of a more reliable astrophysical signal classification system with potential applications in large-scale astronomical data management.

Abstract

Semua orang ingin berhasil dalam menjalankan tugas tanggung jawabnya maupun dalam kehidupannya terlebih lagi bagi seorang pemimpin, ia akan berusaha untuk berhasil dalam tugasnya. Kepemimpinan yang berhasil merupakan kebutuhan mendasar pada setiap zaman sebagaimana contoh yang tertulis dalam Alkitab tentang Yosua. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keberhasilan Yosua dalam menjalankan tugas dan kehidupannya melalui studi eksposisi Yosua 1:1-9. osua menggantikan Musa yang telah mati di dalam memimpin bangsa Israel ke tanah perjanjian, dan ini merupakan tugas yang tidak mudah. Musa saja selama hampir empat puluh tahun memimpin banyak halangan dan hambatan yang dialaminya baik dari pihak eksternal maupun internal yaitu dari bangsa yang dipimpinnya. Bagaimana Yosua dapat menuntaskan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dan bahkan berhasil juga dalam kehidupannya, inilah yang menjadi pertanyaan penelitian dari artikel ini. Artikel ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatifdengan pendekatan eksposisi terhadap ayat-ayat dalam kitab Yosua 1:1- 9. Penelitian ini mengungkap prinsip-prinsip teologis dan praktis yang mendasari keberhasilan Yosua. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan Yosua tidak hanya bergantung pada kemampuan manusiawi, tetapi terutama pada ketaatan, keberanian, dan penyertaan Tuhan. Artikel ini juga menawarkan relevansi teks tersebut bagi kehidupan modern, khususnya dalam konteks kepemimpinan dan pengambilan keputusan. Kepemimpinan yang berhasil merupakan kebutuhan mendasar dalam setiap zaman. Dalam konteks Alkitab, Yosua dipanggil menggantikan Musa untuk memimpin Israel memasuki Tanah Perjanjian. Artikel ini mengkaji keberhasilan Yosua melalui eksposisi Yosua 1:1–9.

Abstract

The rapid adoption of digital transformation necessitates a strategic approach to Human Capital Management (HCM). Organizations must align workforce competencies with transformation goals to retain and develop Gen-Z talent, a digitally adept and innovation-driven demographic. This study employs the HC Framework-8 elements to analyze organizational structure, identify skill gaps, and implement strategies that enhance Gen-Z retention in the digital transformation era. The findings suggest that competency-based planning, targeted learning programs, and flexible engagement strategies are crucial in sustaining a digitally ready workforce.
