Education is currently in a new state after Covid-19, which has brought changes to education. Especially in the competence of teachers whose development is highly demanded to face the normal era. This study aims to reveal the role of school principals in improving the ability of teachers, so that teacher commitment can be maintained through a school quality culture. This study uses a library research research method by using documentation data collection techniques from several references and the analysis is carried out using descriptive analysis methods. The results obtained that school principals can carry out strategies to increase teacher commitment in the normal era through attention to improving the quality of learning, fulfilling infrastructure, increasing teacher professionalism, forming work teams, giving authority to regulate good learning flows to teachers, establishing collaboration with outside parties, providing rewards to teachers, to evaluations that build teacher commitment.

Minimnya kesadaran terhadap pergeseran nilai-nilai moral saat ini menjadi suatu perhatian tersendiri. Pergeseran tersebut dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya pengaruh barat yang sudah mulai menggempur generasi terutama generasi Islam. Ditandai dengan adanya degradasi akhlak yang sudah kian marak di lingkungan masyarakat. Perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan tentunya dapat dimulai dari lingkup terkecil yaitu keluarga seperti dari orangtua kepada anak. Hal itulah yang menjadi latar belakang penulis untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai upaya orang tua dalam mencegah degradasi akhlak anak di era digital guna menentukan langkah preventif yang tepat dalam memperbaiki generasi di era digital ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kepustakaan. Metode tersebut dipilih agar penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan suatu pemahaman yang komprehensif berdasarkan sumber-sumber data yang relevan. Peneliti berfokus pada pembahasan secara umum menuju khusus yang diawali dengan penjelasan mengenai pengertian degradasi akhlak dan era digital kemudian membahas bentuk-bentuk degradasi akhlak anak di era digital lalu diakhiri dengan pembahasan mengenai upaya orang tua dalam mencegah degradasi akhlak anak. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan orangtua dalam menangani degradasi akhlak anak adalah dengan senantiasa menanamkan orientasi hidup yang kokoh berlandaskan syariat Islam sehingga anak akan mampu membentengi diri dari berbagai tantangan zaman dengan senantiasa teguh diatas pendirian Islam.

Perkembangan teknologi yang berkembang pesat telah menghasilkan teknologi artificial intelligence (AI) atau kecerdasan buatan yang dapat meniru kognitif manusia. Kemajuan AI juga telah berdampak pada pendidikan. Pemanfaatan AI dapat menghasilkan peluang yang mendukung pendidikan. Namun, penggunaannya juga dapat menimbulkan tantangan di dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur atau studi pustaka. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peluang AI dalam pembelajaran telah membantu personal pendidik dan peserta didik dalam proses belajar mengajar, sekaligus menjadi asisten virtual yang memberikan kemudahan menyelesaikan tugas dan permasalahan. Namun, tantangan yang di hadapi dapat berupa terbatasnya sumber daya dan biaya, keterbatasan AI sehingga ketidak amanan privasi pengguna, hingga kurangnya literasi AI dikalangan pendidik.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses perencanaan implementasi metode modeling the way pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada siswa kelas 3 di SD Negeri 006 Kunto Darussalam, serta melihat proses pelaksanaan dan faktor-faktor yang mendukung serta menghambat metode modeling the way dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa terhadap mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang berupa reduksi data, model data dan penarikan atau verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan metode modeling the way dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kreativitas siswa dengan kegiatan demonstrasi tema pelajaran dan diskusi oleh siswa telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Metode modeling the way dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam telah meningkatkan kreativitas siswa ditandai dengan persiapan siswa sebelum demonstrasi, siswa yang saling bekerja sama dengan teman sekelompok, siswa yang terampil menjawab pertanyaan saat melakukan proses diskusi. Selain itu faktor pendukung implementasi metode modeling the way adalah adanya persiapan matang oleh guru sehingga metode ini efektif dan efesien meningkatkan keterampilan kreativitas siswa. Faktor penghambat dapat dilihat dari kurangnya kerjasama dan tanggung jawab antar siswa.

Entering the era of society 5.0 has brought changes. This is great for educational institutions that rely on digital technology as a means of achieving national education goals. However, despite the many benefits of technology in the world of education, the character of students is slowly starting to be eroded due to unfriendly access to information. This creates various challenges and opportunities for teachers to provide religious character education to students through digital technology in the era of society 5.0. This study uses a qualitative library research method. Literature data was collected through various sources of books, scientific articles and using content analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the challenges of religious character education in the era of society 5.0 consist of minimal parental knowledge about character education, no parental control, limited and unequal resources, technological innovation that causes a loss of control, and no interaction and socialization. Meanwhile, opportunities for religious character education in the era of society 5.0 consist of supporting technology, teacher competence, varied strategies, and building competence, innovation and student achievement. This study recommends further research to explore character education through more diverse methods and wider research objects.

Education has now entered the era of society 5.0, where digital technology makes all human work easier. Digital technology is used by adults and children. Seeing that children are also active users of digital technology, it is necessary to provide an understanding of digital literacy by parents and teachers. So that the use of digital media is not misused by children and can prevent irregularities. To teach children about digital literacy, parents and teachers need to work together and work in synergy, not throwing responsibility at each other. This research uses a literature study or literature review approach to several sources such as research journals, scientific articles, and books. After that, the data obtained is viewed, then conclusions are drawn to gain new understanding. Content analysis techniques were used to conduct the research. The results of the study show that parents and teachers can work together in fostering children's digital literacy through smooth communication, schools provide online platforms for sharing, parent-teacher meetings, and parents' initiatives to contact teachers.

The background of this research is the phenomenon of students' lack of critical and creative thinking skills, as well as teachers' lack of ability to develop curricula and learning strategies that align with HOTS principles. The purpose of this research is to determine how the implementation of AI in HOTS learning can improve students' intelligence. This research uses a library research method with data sources from relevant scientific articles and journals. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting and analyzing data from various sources. Data analysis techniques use content analysis to determine how the implementation of AI in HOTS learning can improve students' intelligence. Research results show that implementing AI in HOTS learning is crucial for improving student intelligence. AI can help enhance students' critical and creative thinking skills, as well as assist teachers in curriculum development and student assessment. AI technologies used in HOTS learning include machine learning, natural language processing, and recommendation systems. Thus, implementing AI in HOTS learning can be an effective solution to enhance students' intelligence and prepare them for future challenges. This research is expected to contribute to the development of education in Indonesia in a more effective and efficient manner.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran case method-team based project pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dan budi pekerti pada siswa di SMKN 1 Rambah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development. Sampel penelitian kelas eksperimen sebanyak 38 orang untuk diimplementasikan model Case Method-Team Based Project, dan kelas kontrol sebanyak 36 orang dari jurusan Akuntansi kelas XI. Instrumen penelitian digunakan untuk mengukur kognitif dan psikomotorik siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran case method-team based project lebih efektif digunakan dibandingkan model pembelajaran ceramah untuk mendukung peningkatan kognitif dan psikomotorik siswa. Pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dan budi pekerti wajib dipahami siswa agar terimplementasi dalam dunia kerja. Yang di awali dengan pengukuran kognitif dan psikomotorik siswa dalam model pembelajaran case method-team based project.

Utilization of technology Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education has become increasingly popular in recent years. This study was conducted to determine how AI can improve student achievement in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning process through creative learning that can increase student engagement. The research method used was field research, located at Rambah Middle School. The data source for this study was eighth-grade students discussing the use of AI in creative learning. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and data reduction. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing and synthesizing the collected data to determine the use of AI in creative learning. The results of the study indicate that the use of AI in creative learning in Islamic Religious Education can increase student engagement and achievement in a more effective and efficient manner through projects and assignments using technology. AI can help improve students’ ability to understand learning materials, develop skills, and increase learning motivation during independent learning. In addition, AI can also assist teachers in developing curricula that are appropriate to students' needs and abilities. Thus, the use of AI in creative learning can be one solution to improve the quality of education in Indonesia and help students achieve better performance. .

College student learning achievement shows a reflection of mastery of knowledge both in quality and quantity which is influenced by several factors. This study was conducted to determine the influence of lecturers' teaching factors, interactive media, and learning motivation on college student learning achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic. The approach used in the reseach is quantitative with 50 college students from three different universities as reseach subjects. Data were collected through a questionnaire instrument google form by method simple random sampling or randomly selected. Then analyzed using multiple logistic regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS for windows. This study shows the results that the teaching of lecturer has no effect on increasing college student learning achievement, but interactive media and learning motivation have a positive effect on college student learning achievement. This study recommends further research to examine the effect of lecturer competence on online lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic.
