Abstract

Background of this study was from several complaints and cases that occur in the hospital there are cases of doctors who make mistakes in diagnosing the disease causing lawsuits. This begins because of obstacles in communication Doctor Patient. Some patients complain about the doctor's services not because of the ability or expertise of the doctor, but because they feel less attention. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of doctor-patient interpersonal communication and quality of service to patient satisfaction level in polyclinic of RSUD Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh. This research method is a quantitative descriptive research that includes nonexperimental research because it does not provide treatment to the subject of research. The design of this study using cross-sectional is a study that studies the relationship between risk factors (independent) with the factor effect (dependent), where the observation or measurement of variables once and simultaneously at the same time. The results showed that the coefficient effect of doctor-patient interpersonal communication (X1) to patient satisfaction (Y) was 0.261. While for the coefficient of influence of service quality (X2) on patient satisfaction (Y) is equal to 0,665. From both variables, it is known that service quality variables have the most dominant influence on patient satisfaction in Polyclinic RSUD Dr. Moch. Anshari Saleh Banjarmasin. From the research results can be seen that the coefficient of determination R2 (R Square) is equal to 0.658 (65.80%). These results indicate that the value influence of doctor-patient interpersonal communication and the quality of service to patient satisfaction in Polyclinic RSUD Dr. Moch. Anshari Saleh Banjarmasin is 65.80%.

Abstract

   Communication within an organization is an activity that is always present (never absent), the conditio Sinne quanon, because communication is the means used by employees, either formally or informally, to discuss, exchange ideas, make a report to superiors, to provide direction to subordinates and etc. In the submitted proposal for a promotion and regular salary it is still done using the district government Home Knives SAPK application program to assist in overcoming delays. But the facts that occurred after the use of SAPK on staffing service process takes a long time because the process is long.This research is a quantitative research that emphasizes the analysis of numerical data (numbers) are processed with statistical methods. The method used in this study is a survey method. Results of the study are partial effect on the communication strategy undertaken in the use SAPK to the process of staffing services in BKPP Pemkab promotion. Home Knives simultaneous influences of the communication strategy undertaken in the use SAPK to the process of staffing services in BKPP Pemkab promotion. Home Knives it can be seen from the results obtained from the ANOVA table that F count = 19,192 with sig = 0,000. The communication strategy of the most dominant group in affecting the increase in staffing services. Key words: Communication Strategies, Employee Application System,  Promotion

Abstract

Three objectives to be achieved, the first communication between the members to know the seller.Second to determine the communication between fellow shoppers, and the third to find out the communication between the various sellers with buyers. The experiment was conducted in April, May and June 2013 in the city of Banjarmasin. As a qualitative research, preliminary research was conducted to determine the characteristics of informants in various sellers tilapia and many buyers tilapia.The results showed that the first communication between the members of the seller is seeking the material, which consists of tilapia as a sideline business, a variety of businesses, specifically businesses. The location of the sale transaction market activity in farming locations, sold in the market and sold freely on the agreement. The second communication between fellow shoppers they give each other the location where the sales information tilapia and tilapia freely purchase, subscription, or in the form of foster father. The third communication between sellers with buyers both in the location of tilapia farming and market centers Banjarmasin Antasari conducted through face-to-face, via telephone, internet, messaging via SMS, or via private message. Communication link between sellers with buyers there is a change of pattern-free relationship, increase in subscription relationship. Abstract

The research was based on the rationale for the development of communication plans drafting Detail Engineering Design (DED), so as to increase the role of planning consultants assisted the relevant agencies in the province of South Kalimantan in order to maximize the role of Detail Engineering Design (DED) in the construction of residential areas in the city of Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan Province .Issues to be discussed in this study focuses on the question:1. What is the purpose of communication planning in preparing Detail Engineering Design (DED) Region Infrastructure Simple Healthy House City of Banjarmasin in 2014?2. How phases - planning stages of communication in compiling Detail Engineering Design (DED) Region Infrastructure Simple Healthy House City of Banjarmasin in 2014?3. Anyone who is involved in the planning of communication in compiling Detail Engineering Design (DED) Region Infrastructure Simple Healthy House (RSH) City of Banjarmasin in 2014?The research results indicate that communication planning Detail Engineering Design (DED) Region Infrastructure Simple Healthy House City of Banjarmasin in the category type top-down planning and bottom up. Abstract

The background of this research is that the client / student / student is a troubled teen who is identified can always disturbing growth of the public who are not can not be expected in the community. So researchers are interested in knowing how kefektivitas komunikasiny between troubled teens with the officers in Children's Social Development of Youth (PSBR) Budi Satria South Kalimantan Province.  The method used is descriptive quantitative method with the object of study is the effectiveness of interpersonal communication officer and troubled teens in the PSBR. Theories used include Interpersonal Communication Theories, effective interpersonal communication is a humanistic perspective, and understanding of youth. Its population of 125 troubled teens by using the formula as much as 30 teenagers Taro Yamani. The results showed the effectiveness of the communication officers in troubled teens and Teens Children's Social Development (PSBR) Budi Satria South Kalimantan high category (65.36%) as there are in the range of 60.1 to 80%, the level of communication among troubled teens or clients with the officers established a good communication and efktiv. The implications of this study is that the pattern of development that has been used in the Children's Social Development of Youth (PSBR) Budi Satria South Kalimantan province have been said better.

Abstract

A communications climate and organization represent matter which need to become attention a organizational head because the factor many at least follow to influence employees behaviour. Communications in any context is elementary form of adaptation to environment. To be able to create communications climate and good organization require to comprehend both the things and also situation of employees specially in environment work Radio Republic Of Indonesia office of Palangka Raya.Pursuant to breakdown of above can be raised by the following problem formula: How communications climate of RRI Palangka Raya as Institute Broadcasting Of Public. While this Research aim to to find picture how communications climate in RRI Palangka Raya as Institute Broadcasting of Public.Approach method which is used in this research is approach of quantitative deskriftif with analysis percentage of mean to see communications climate picture in RRI Palangka Raya as Institute Broadcasting. Conceptually communications climate of RRI Palangka Raya have individuality as institute broadcasting of public especially its employees attitude picture.As for result of analysis and solution of this thesis is Climate communications in RRI Palangka Raya can be described as an atmosphere having a meaning of to all employees in running its duty as employees of RRI after there is change of position as institute broadcasting of public (LPP). This indicate that after change as LPP, employees of RRI Palangka Raya also feel change, do not only serving public externally but also internally between employees. As employees of  RRI Palangka Raya, they have binding according to organizational communications climate dimension to is to supporting each other in attainment of target service of public, involvement in so many duty and role of RRI Palangka Raya in running function of social mass media, beside factor each other trusting, to be accompanied by relation/link credibility and confidence and also openness in organization, which giving meaning at climate of komunikadi in RRI Palangka Raya.
