A communications climate and organization represent matter which need to become attention a organizational head because the factor many at least follow to influence employees behaviour. Communications in any context is elementary form of adaptation to environment. To be able to create communications climate and good organization require to comprehend both the things and also situation of employees specially in environment work Radio Republic Of Indonesia office of Palangka Raya.Pursuant to breakdown of above can be raised by the following problem formula: How communications climate of RRI Palangka Raya as Institute Broadcasting Of Public. While this Research aim to to find picture how communications climate in RRI Palangka Raya as Institute Broadcasting of Public.Approach method which is used in this research is approach of quantitative deskriftif with analysis percentage of mean to see communications climate picture in RRI Palangka Raya as Institute Broadcasting. Conceptually communications climate of RRI Palangka Raya have individuality as institute broadcasting of public especially its employees attitude picture.As for result of analysis and solution of this thesis is Climate communications in RRI Palangka Raya can be described as an atmosphere having a meaning of to all employees in running its duty as employees of RRI after there is change of position as institute broadcasting of public (LPP). This indicate that after change as LPP, employees of RRI Palangka Raya also feel change, do not only serving public externally but also internally between employees. As employees of RRI Palangka Raya, they have binding according to organizational communications climate dimension to is to supporting each other in attainment of target service of public, involvement in so many duty and role of RRI Palangka Raya in running function of social mass media, beside factor each other trusting, to be accompanied by relation/link credibility and confidence and also openness in organization, which giving meaning at climate of komunikadi in RRI Palangka Raya.

Communication Strategy is planning and management for a purpose with effective communication in it. This research will explain and describe the Communication Strategies in the Java-Dayak Family in the City of Palangka Raya. The study entitled "Communication Strategies in Javanese-Dayak Family in Palangka Raya" is based on three indicators of intercultural communication, namely perception, Verbal process and Nonverbal process. The three indicators above must be owned by every family with different ethnic groups. This research uses a qualitative research approach. This qualitative research approach aims to explain the deepest phenomena. In qualitative research do not prioritize the size of the population or sampling even the population or sampling is very limited. Of the three indicators, indicators of perception and verbal processes are said to have been effective because the results of research on several families can learn, understand and adopt the culture of couples and apply in daily life both between husband and wife, and between parents to children. In the nonverbal process indicator, it seems that in one family under study it is less effective and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere in intercultural communication within the family. With this research, it is expected that later it can become a new science in communication references in families that have different ethnic groups in it.

PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN POLITIK TERHADAP KEPATUHAN PHYSICAL DISTANCING MENCEGAH PENYEBARAN COVID-19 Aquarini Aquarini

Physical distancing mengurangi risiko transmisi dan memperlambat penyebaran COVID-19. Pemerintah lokal dan regional di banyak negara di dunia telah mengeluarkan kebijakan karantina untuk menerapkan physical distancing. Artikel ini mencoba menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan politik terhadap kepatuhan physical distancing mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 dengan menggunakan studi literatur. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan ini tidak merata dan dapat dipengaruhi oleh keyakinan terhadap kebijakan politik pemerintah. Langkah-langkah physical distancing, yang dapat memperlambat penyebaran penyakit menular, dapat memungkinkan waktu sistem perawatan kesehatan untuk berkembang dan bersiap menanggapi COVID-19. Physical distancing sukarela yang substansial dan memberikan beberapa bukti bahwa langkah-langkah wajib dipatuhi dan juga efektif dalam mengurangi frekuensi individu untuk keluar rumah. Physical distancing sukarela dimoderatori oleh keberpihakan dan konsumsi media dengan cara yang meningkatkan pentingnya komunikasi yang jujur, jelas, dan konsisten oleh para pemimpin politik. Hasil ini konsisten ketika mempelajari bagaimana kebijakan politik dapat mempengaruhi kepatuhan physical distancing seluruh negara saat pemberlakuan lockdown. Temuan kami menyarankan agar pemimpin politik merancang strategi kreatif dan inovatif untuk mengkomunikasikan kebijakan untuk kesehatan masyarakat dan pesan tentang risiko yang terkait dengan COVID-19 cenderung lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap physical distancing

Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan, menjelaskan dan menganalisis implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Palangka Raya dan faktor apa yang mempengaruhi implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Palangka Raya.Sebuah iklim komunikasi dan organisasi merupakan hal yang perlu menjadi perhatian seorang pimpinanan organisasi karena faktor tersebut banyak sedikitnya ikut mempengaruhi tingkah laku karyawan. Komunikasi dalam konteks apapun adalah bentuk dasar adaptasi terhadap lingkungan. Untuk dapat menciptakan iklim komunikasi dan organisasi yang baik perlu memahami kedua hal tersebut serta keadaan karyawan khususnya di lingkungan kerja kantor Radio Republik Indonesia Palangka Raya sebagai Lembaga Penyiaran Publik.Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriftif kuantitatif dengan analisis persentase rata-rata untuk melihat gambaran iklim komunikasi di RRI Palangka Raya Sebagai Lembaga Penyiaran. Secara konseptual iklim komunikasi RRI Palangka Raya mempunyai ciri khas sebagai lembaga penyiaran publik terutama gambaran sikap karyawannya.Adapun hasil analisis dan pembahasan tesis ini adalah Iklim komunikasi di RRI Palangka Raya dapat digambarkan sebagai suatu suasana yang bermakna bagi para karyawan dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai karyawan RRI setelah ada perubahan posisi sebagai lembaga penyiaran public (LPP). Ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah perubahan sebagai LPP, karyawan RRI Palangka Raya juga merasakan perubahan, tidak hanya melayani publik secara eksternal tapi juga secara internal antar karyawan. Sebagai karyawan RRI, mereka memiliki keterikatan sesuai dimensi iklim komunikasi organisasi untuk saling mendukung dalam pencapaian tujuan pelayanan public, keterlibatan dalam berbagai peran dan tugas RRI dalam menjalankan fungsi social media massa, di samping factor saling percaya, diiringi keyakinan dan kredibilitas hubungan serta keterbukaan dalam organisasi, yang memberi makna pada iklim komunikadi di RRI Palangka Raya.

Abstract The purpose of the study of Nonverbal Communication in Mandau Dance of the Dayak tribe of Central Kalimantan is to understand non-verbal communication in Mandau dance of the Dayak tribe of Central Kalimantan seen from the Lasswell communication model and to find out students' understanding of non-verbal messages in Mandau dance of the Dayak tribe of Central Kalimantan. The research approach used is qualitative research with the type of phenomenology. The research instruments used interviews and documentation. The interview instrument used Laswell's communication theory. The analysis was carried out by a) procedure stage; b) Horizonalisation procedure; and c) Cluster of Meaning procedure (textural description, structural description, essence description stage; and report. The data validity test in this study was carried out by testing credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. Based on the results of the research, non-verbal communication in the Mandau dance of the Dayak tribe of Central Kalimantan is seen from the Lasswell communication model. Laswell's communication aspects: (a) Who: dancers; (b) Says What: conveys messages of spirituality, courage, or balance; (c) Through What Channel (In What Channel): in mandua dance; (d) To Whom: mandau dance audience; and (e) With What Effect: allows the audience to absorb and reflect on the messages conveyed and apply an attitude of courage and perseverance. Students' understanding of non-verbal messages in the Mandau dance of the Central Kalimantan Dayak tribe is very good because students understand that the mandau dance is not just a beautiful movement. However, there is a moral message in it.

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the implementation of the Disaster-Resilient Village Program (DESTANA) in Lamandau Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from eight villages selected as research sites. The findings indicate that budget constraints, limited community training, and a lack of coordination among stakeholders are the primary challenges. Only half of the villages have conducted emergency response simulations, with low community participation. This study highlights the importance of equitable budget distribution, community engagement, and enhanced cross-sectoral coordination. The contribution of this research lies in strengthening community-based disaster risk reduction theory and providing strategic recommendations for more inclusive policies. It opens opportunities for further exploration of the social and cultural factors influencing community preparedness in facing disasters. The development of digital technology is slowly changing people's habits in obtaining information. Information needs are now easily obtained quickly, can be accessed anytime and anywhere. This has an impact on the print media industry including newspapers.Newspapers or newspapers are one of the media that convey information about an event or current news. Newspapers are one of the oldest media for disseminating information. Inside they cover a variety of information ranging from crime, politics, editorials, to weather forecasts. Newspapers in print form have been in demand by the public since a long time ago. In addition to presenting the information that has been posted on the pages of newspapers, this media is also easy to obtain through mobile sellers or direct subscriptions. However, along with technological developments, newspapers have begun to be abandoned by their readers. People in the modern era have switched to digital news media in the form of a web (online) which can be accessed via a device or computer in real time, easily and quickly. Apart from that, online news is also considered more practical and free.The decline in the newspaper industry has already begun to be felt. National scale newspaper printing editorial office. They have changed their direction into digital media. This is because people's interest in reading news wants to be practical in the digitalization era. Not infrequently, many online media companies are starting to grow and develop ahead of print media. However, the existence of newspapers which have begun to fade on a national scale is not really felt in the print media industry on a local scale in Central Kalimantan. The local people of Central Kalimantan, especially East Kotawaringin Regency (Kotim), are still looking for newspapers as news media in the area. Even though online media is also starting to grow and develop in East Timor, the existence of print media outperforms online media which is also locally based.
