Abstract

mastery of skills in the field of Information Technology. The purpose of implementing Community Service activities which took place in Balonggemek Village, Jombang Regency is to provide training and assistance for Google classroom training for elementary school teachers so that learning for elementary school students is more interesting and fun. The partners of this community service are elementary school teachers in Balonggemek Village, Jombang Regency. The methods used are identifying partner problems, preparation of activities (compilation of materials, necessary equipment), determining training capacity, schedule and arrangement of training events, implementation of activities and evaluation of activity implementation. The google classroom training materials consist of the functions and uses of google classroom, accessing google classroom, adding students to the class, viewing the class assignment page, viewing user pages, creating assignments, providing input and grades. The implementation of the community service activities went well and smoothly. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in the training. The evaluation results of the level understanding of the participants in the training can be seen by comparing the pre-test and post-test score, which shows 45% and 92%, respectively.Keywords: google classroom training, primary school teachers, Balonggemek Village, Jombang RegencyAbstrak: Pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19 yang memprioritaskan pembelajaran secara daring atau online membutuhkan penguasaan kemampuan di bidang Teknologi Informasi. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang mengambil lokasi di Desa Balonggemek Kabupaten Jombang adalah memberi pelatihan dan pendampingan pelatihan google classroom bagi guru-guru Sekolah Dasar agar pembelajaran kepada murid-murid Sekolah Dasar lebih menarik dan menyenangkan. Mitra kegiatan PKM adalah guru-guru Sekolah Dasar di Desa Balonggemek Kabupaten Jombang. Metode yang dilakukan adalah mengidentifikasi permasalahan mitra, persiapan kegiatan (penyusunan materi, perlengkapan yang diperlukan), menentukan kapasitas pelatihan, jadwal dan susunan acara pelatihan, pelaksanaan kegiatan serta evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Materi pelatihan google classroom terdiri dari fungsi dan kegunaan google classroom, mengakses google classroom, menambahkan siswa ke kelas, melihat halaman tugas kelas, melihat halaman pengguna, membuat tugas, memberikan masukan dan nilai. Kegiatan pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berlangsung baik dan lancar. Hal ini terlihat dari antusias para peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi terhadap tingkat pemahaman peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan terlihat dari hasil sebelum pelatihan (pre test) sebesar 45% dan sesudah pelatihan (post test) yang menunjukkan hasil 92%.Kata kunci: Pelatihan google classroom, guru Sekolah Dasar, Desa Balonggemek Kabupaten Jombang

Abstract

The advancement of technology in the modern era has made devices such as laptops essential in daily life. According to a report from Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of Indonesia that published in 2017, from a survey of 2,121 respondents showed that more than half percent respondent use laptop for work and study, while 34.94% use laptop for entertainment. However, selecting the right laptop often poses a challenge, especially for students in the Informatics Engineering Department at Universitas Negeri Surabaya, who frequently use outdated laptops. To address this issue, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed, utilizing the Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC) method. In this study, the MABAC method was used to select laptops based on criteria such as price, CPU, RAM, and storage. By applying the MABAC method, the DSS is believed to effectively address the issue of selecting the most suitable laptop, thereby enhancing productivity and performance. This research successfully developed a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting the best laptops using the Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC) method, which simplifies the evaluation process for users. The DSS incorporates 10 criteria: price, processor, RAM, storage, storage type, screen size, graphics card, laptop weight, battery, operating system, and warranty. The MABAC calculations ranked the Asus Vivobook 14 A1400EA as the best laptop with a score of 0.15, followed by the HP 14s EP0022TU and Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3 14ITL6 with scores of 0.05, while the Dell Latitude 3420 ranked last with a score of -0.05.

Abstract

Abstrak— Di era digital, teknologi memiliki peran penting dalam memfasilitasi komunikasi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat, salah satunya melalui layanan pengaduan publik. Aplikasi WargaKu Surabaya merupakan inovasi dari Pemerintah Kota Surabaya yang memudahkan masyarakat dalam menyampaikan aduan, kritik, dan saran secara langsung. Salah satu instansi yang menerima laporan dari aplikasi ini adalah Satpol PP Kota Surabaya. Aduan yang masuk sangat beragam dan jumlahnya cukup besar. Namun, data tersebut umumnya berbentuk teks tidak terstruktur, serta banyak aduan yang berulang atau membahas topik yang sama. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa penanganan aduan oleh Satpol PP belum berjalan optimal, sehingga diperlukan pengelolaan data yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja algoritma K-Means dan Fuzzy C-Means dalam mengelompokkan data aduan masyarakat. Tujuannya adalah untuk membantu pemerintah memetakan isu-isu yang paling sering muncul agar dapat diprioritaskan penanganannya. Data yang digunakan merupakan aduan masyarakat kepada Satpol PP melalui aplikasi WargaKu Surabaya, sebanyak 500 data yang dikumpulkan dari Januari 2023 hingga April 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma K-Means memiliki performa lebih baik dalam membentuk klaster, dengan nilai Silhouette sebesar 0.5048 dibandingkan Fuzzy C-Means sebesar 0.5000. Selain itu, K-Means lebih cepat dan menghasilkan pemisahan klaster yang lebih jelas, sementara Fuzzy C-Means lebih sensitif terhadap data outlier.   Kata Kunci— Text Mining, Aduan Masyarakat, K-Means, Fuzzy C-Means, Clustering.

Abstract

SDIT Qoshru Al Athfal is an integrated Islamic-based elementary school (SD) in Jombang which has 12employees. The problem experienced so far in the payroll process is that the agency does not yet have acomputerized payroll information system that can be used to calculate employee salaries quickly, preciselyand accurately. This research aims to design and implement the fuzzy Tsukamoto method in a website-based payroll information system. This payroll information system is designed to be website-based usingthe PHP CodeIgniter programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used in thisresearch is Fuzzy Tsukamoto. The Fuzzy Tsukamoto method was chosen because of its fundamentalmathematics which is easy to learn. This method is used to determine the amount of employee salariesthrough three stages, namely Fuzzyfication, namely the formation of basic variables and fuzzy sets such aslength of service, education and attendance. Then Inference, namely determining fuzzy rules or rules basedon predetermined variables, and finally Defuzzyfication, namely calculating the amount of employee salaryobtained from membership degrees and fuzzy rules. The result of this research is a web-based payrollinformation system. This system can also print attendance reports, pay slips and fuzzy data reportsaccording to employee needs with 100% accuracy.Keywords: Fuzzy Tsukamoto, Pay Information System, Employee Pay.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of technology forces human life to follow every development, one ofwhich is the existence of computers which have become the main commodity in every activity. Advancesin technology and information also provide many conveniences in processing inventory data. Oneimportant aspect in an institution is the management of inventory items, because they are assets of theinstitution whose existence and condition must always be monitored and reported at all times. With thisreport, information regarding the presence or absence of an inventory item can be obtained. The goodsinventory system in public elementary schools in Bareng sub-district is not yet optimal regarding inventoryrecording reports and there is a lack of order in reporting inventory items. This research aims to design andimplement a website-based school inventory system using the Safety Stock method to increase theefficiency of school inventory items. This method prioritizes securing school inventory stock so that thereare no shortages when requested at each institution. The research results show that the application of theSafety Stock method is effective in managing school inventory in public elementary schools in Bareng sub-district, with a significant reduction in the waiting time for inventory items to arrive and the completiontime for school inventory reports. This system provides an efficient solution to improve the quality of theschool inventory security system and operational reports in each institution in the Bareng sub-district.Keywords: Inventory, Safety Stock, School.

Abstract

One of the most important aspects of student assessment is descipline which measures several indicatorssuch as attendance or participation in school activities and also compliance with the rules set by the school.The fuzzy logic Tsukamoto method was chosen because of its ability to handle uncertain and subjectivedata so and objective student discipline assessment reports. The system is designed using websitetechnology that makes it easy for teachers to enter, monitor and evaluate student discipline scores. Systemtesting is carried out using data obtained from the superior NU Mojoagung Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, data inthe from of assessments used by teachers to determine student discipline such as attendance and attitudescores which are processed using the Tsukamoto fuzzy logic method. The results of this study show thatthis system is able to produce reports on the discipline assessment of students who are disciplined by 55%and those who are quite disciplined 45% of a certain period of time with a good level of accuracy so that itcan facilitate the school in a more precise evaluation related to coaching and developing student discipline.Keywords: Processing Scores, Discipline, Fuzzy.
