Abstract

Digitalisasi adalah transformasi dalam penyusunan pemberdayaan teknologi. Dusun Semarum Magelang memiliki potensi sosial, ekonomis, religi dan budaya. Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah melakukan pembuatan dan pemberdayaan Website Profile Dusun Semarum Magelang untuk menjadi sarana informasi dan komunikasi efektif dalam upaya Digitalisasi Desa. Metode Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan metode ABCD (Aset Based Community Development) melalui melakukan pendekatan, riset, konsep, sosialisasi, pelatihan, koordinasi, pembuatan, pengembangan. Hasil dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa program berjalan efisien dengan persentase 100% dari indikator capaian berupa Website Profile, transfer pengetahuan melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan serta pemberdayaan dan pengembangan oleh perwakilan stakeholder dusun. Tingkat keberhasilan ini memerlukan tindak lanjut berupa menjaga kesadaran stakeholder mitra akan urgensi Website Profile sebagai sarana informasi dan komunikasi. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan dengan luaran Website Profile dan asset di dalamnya memiliki manfaat sebagai sarana penyebarluasan informasi, promosi potensi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat Dusun Semarum secara efisien.

Abstract

The BPJS Ketenagakerjaan program has low participation rates, particularly in the Informal Sector Workers (BPU) program. Informal sector workers can register as participants to obtain the same rights as formal sector workers. Increasing the number of participants requires effective marketing communication, especially in order to inform potential participants. Shield agents use personal selling to attract participants. This study aims to determine the marketing communication applied by Shield Agents in their efforts to increase participant enrollment in the informal sector. The study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological approach and data collection techniques, including interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results are divided into six stages. First, prospecting by identifying targets from the immediate environment and community. Second, the pre-approach is conducted by introducing product differences and building trust through ID cards and assignment letters. Third, presentations, brochures, and testimonials explain the benefits and fees. Fourth, objection handling involves exploring the reasons for objections and providing solutions. Fifth, closing focuses on convincing potential participants and assisting with registration. Sixth, follow-up aims to maintain loyalty and measure participant satisfaction. This strategy is expected to increase participant acquisition significantly.

Abstract

Persaingan di sektor industri kuliner menuntut pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) untuk memiliki keterampilan pelayanan dan penyajian yang sesuai dengan standar industri pariwisata. Di Desa Wisata Mbulak Wilkel, keterbatasan kapasitas pelapak dalam aspek hospitality dan plating menjadi kendala dalam meningkatkan daya tarik destinasi kuliner. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pelaku UMKM kuliner melalui pelatihan hospitality dan plating. Menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, yakni melibatkan pelapak secara aktif dalam seluruh tahapan kegiatan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu observasi kebutuhan, pelatihan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi lapangan. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta dengan bersama praktisi di bidang hopitality dan plating. Pasca pelatihan menunjukan sebanyak 75 % menu yang disajikan oleh warung-warung di Mbulak Wilkel dilakukan upgrade dan perubahan plating lebih menarik, memiliki Standart Operating Procedure penyajian, serta peningkatan manajement pelayanan. Temuan ini menunjukan dampak pada peningkatan keterampilan hospitality dan plating para pelapak yang akan berpengaruh pada peningkatan daya saing destinasi kuliner lokal di desa wisata.

Abstract

Agricultural products are not always promising when through the relay sales system carried out by middlemen and low agricultural product prices. The use of digital marketing as a promotional medium makes it easier for sellers and buyers to make transactions, expand the reach of promotions, and help determine market needs effectively. Weak infrastructure and market information, small agricultural scale, lack of knowledge of business actors, and lack of good marketing policies are problems that cause inefficient marketing systems. Community service aims to enable women farmers who are members of KWT Riski Dinari to obtain effective digital marketing steps and strategies, introduction and development of applications that can be used for marketing in the digital world, so that the presence of applications can be an effective bridge in carrying out the digital marketing strategy of the KWT Riski Dinari organization. The method of implementing the activity was a workshop attended by mothers who are members of KWT Riski Dinari, the youth of Kulon hamlet, and the community. Activities carried out include material presentation, case examples, practice and evaluation.  The result of the MBKM Mandiri Fikomm Community Service UMBY activity in 2024 is that participants slowly understand the use of social media. In addition, participants can learn how social media functions, trends that are currently on the rise, and learn how it impacts both personally and professionally. Thus, the implementation method provides a good understanding and skills to workshop participants in gaining knowledge related to how to use social media as a bridge in their business. Through the right platform, the understanding of digitalization workshops obtained by participants, active communities, and quality content produced will be a benchmark for successful acquisition and utilization related to digitalization.
