Abstract

Traffic congestion is a major problem in the transportation system. Based Data Transport Statistics 2013 & 2014 are sourced from Statistics Indonesia (BPS Catalog: 8301007) cite an increase in the number of vehicles is high at 10.39 per cent per year on all types of vehicles. Coupled with the specific transportation community awareness so that adds a level of congestion becomes worse. Signs and traffic lights play an important role in regulating the traffic lane so that the public transport can be wise in using the road, especially in the port city of Lampung.

Abstract

Maharah Kalam (skill berbicara) merupakalan skill yang sangat penting dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Ketika seseorang mahir dalam berbicara, dia dianggap sudah mampu berkomunikasi dengan komunitas yang menggunakan Bahasa Arab itu. Namun kenyataan yang ditemukan di lapangan, terutama di madrasah-madrasah baik di tingkat Ibtidaiyyah, Tsanawiyah maupun Aliyah kemampuan murid dalam Maharah Kalam sangat lemah, misalnya untuk memperkenalkan diri saja dengan bahasa Arab banyak murid di tingkat Aliyah merasa sulit, padahal mereka sudah belajar bahasa Arab lebih kurang 5 tahun terhitung sejak tingkat Ibtidaiyah. Beranjak dari asumsi ini, menurut penulis sangat perlu adanya inovasi-inovasi baru untuk mengantisipasi kelemahan siswa dalam Maharah Kalam.  Tulisan ini mencoba memaparkan tentang metode yang inovatif dalam pembelajaran maharah kalam.

Abstract

Salah satu hal yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan aktifitas pembelajaran Bahasa Arab adalah melakukan evaluasi terhadap bahan ajarnya. Bahan ajar Bahasa Arab, sebagaimana bahan ajar mata pelajaran yang lain, ada yang berbentuk cetak dan ada pula yang berbentuk non cetak. Bahan ajar Bahasa Arab yang berbentuk cetak antara lain: buku teks Bahasa Arab, modul, handout dan lain-lain; sedangkan bahan ajar Bahasa Arab yang berbentuk non cetak antara lain Radio berbahasa Arab, kaset rekaman, video dan lain-lain. Tulisan ini bertujuan memaparkan tentang bagaimana mengevaluasi bahan ajar cetak Bahasa Arab terutama di tingkat Madrasah Aliyah.

Abstract

This research is purpose to understand (1) the effectiveness management village funds allocation in Silondou village in years 2014-2019, (2) obstacles that faced in realization village funds allocation in Silondou village, (3) cope with the obstacles in realization village funds allocation in Silondou village.The design is descriptive research. Data were collected with the documentation and interview.The result showed (1) management effectiveness village funds allocation from years 2009-2014 referring to be in category effective. The effectiveness management village funds allocation in Silondou villages year 2014 (98,98%), 2015 (100%), 2016 (100%), 2017 (98,24%), 2018 (100%), and 2019 (99,57%). (2) obstacles experienced in realization Silondou village funds allocation is the comprehension of human resources remain low, miss communication, and liquefaction the village funds allocation late. (3) cope the obstacles of realization village funds allocation can did with choacing, increase coordination, and make fund reseve.

Abstract

Small industry has an important role in absorbing labor, distributing income, and improving community welfare. The problem in this research is how the strategy of developing small palm sugar industry in Basidondo District, Tolitoli Regency. The aim to be achieved in this research is to know the development strategy of small palm sugar industry in Basidondo District, Tolitoli Regency. The population in this study were 107 business units. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling method with a selected sample of 30 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SWOT matrix analysis. The conclusion obtained is based on the SWOT matrix analysis, the strategy that can be done to empower the small palm sugar industry in Basidondo District, Tolitoli Regency is a concentration strategy through horizontal integration. This means that the strategy to be implemented is more defensive, namely avoiding lost sales and lost profits caused by threats. The advice given is to maintain the characteristic taste of the product and improve product quality by creating innovations in product packaging, adding types of products to have high attractiveness in order to remain able to compete with other product.

Abstract

Implementation of teaching and learning process is inseparable from the components of learning, one of the components of the learning that is the evaluation / assessment. Assessments that match the application of the 2013 curriculum are authentic assessments that refer to a scientific approach. Authentic assessment is done comprehensively and based on the process of learning activities demonstrated by learners during the learning which is called performance assessment (performance assessment). Pesantren Darul Mursyidi Sialogo one of the schools that apply the performance assessment model in the learning of Qur'anic tahsin. The advantage of learning tahsin in Pesantren Darul Mursyidi Sialogo by using performance assessment model is by demanding learners to do related tasks of learning, and direct educator to give assessment when the learning process takes place, it is held every meeting in class. Learning tahsin in Pesantren Darul Mursyidi Sialogo including extracurricular activities, and take place every Saturday is held once a week. The existence of tahsin learning by using performance assessment model can improve reading skill of al-Qur'an learners according to tajwid rule. This is obtained based on the Qur'an reading test and learners' learning outcomes, from 269 students there are 20 unfinished learners.Keywords: Performance Assessment Model, Learning Tahsin Al-Qur’an

Abstract

This study aimed to know the featured commodity and commodity and potential businesses which is yet to be superior, but has the potential to excel in the future if they are given a special treatment or policies; and provide recommendations which commodities or featured businesses that need / could be developed in each sub-district. Besides, it also increases the role of banks in the development featured KPJu and District Government’s policies, which is also associated with the Provincial and Central Government policies, in order to develop the featured commodity as well as small and medium businesses. The data used in this research is secondary data collected from the Central Statistical Bureau and also from other relevant sources. Meanwhile the primary data are achieved from interviews with stakeholders in the sub-district and district level through Focus Group Disscusion (FGD). The results of this study indicate that commodities such as palm oil, rice, cocoa, fishing at sea, chili, rubber, durian and livestock is very good to be developed in North Aceh District. However necessary assistance for the featured KPJu SMEs is very crucial and needs to be intensified and implemented sustainably. In connection with that, the involvement of institutional companion such as Business Development Service (BDS) or the existing SMEs Business Incubator need to be further enhanced in term of  their role and function with the support of Universities and related Institutions. Moreover, there is also a need for a continuation of the current collaboration between the Regional Government and local College in the area, of which  needs to be improved and developed. The three universities obligation knows as Tridharma Universitas in Indonesia, in particular dharma Community Services, as well as co-curricular programs such as on the job training or other co-curricular activities should be developed as an assistance program of the featured SMEs KPJu.Keywords: AHP modification, local featured commodity and poverty alleviating strategy

Abstract

Konsep interaksi sosial yang terdapat di dalam al-Qur’an mempunyai banyak karakter dan macam-macamnya, setiap ayat yang berbicara tentang interaksi memiliki makna-makna yang bisa dibilang berbeda, namun jika diteliti dengan seksama itu semua adalah satu pemahaman. Seperti yang terdapat pada surah al-Mumtahanah ayat 8 bahwasannya interaksi sosial itu adalah proses timbal balik yang dilakukan oleh seluruh belahan manusia dengan tidak membeda-bedakan antara ras, suku,  ideologi, negara bahkan agama. Dan Allah SWT tidak melarang atau bahkan menganjurkan untuk berinteraksi kepada siapapun.  Dalam artian berintraksi kepada orang-orang yang tidak memerangi kalian. Dan Allah SWT juga menganjurkan untuk berbuat adil dengan mereka semuanya. Berbuat adil dalam masalah interaksi itu tidak ada batasannya, baik kepada sesama agama maupun lintas agama. Dengan syarat interaksi sosial yang terjalin itu tidak melanggar syari’at dan hukum-hukum Allah SWT. Imam Musthafa al-Maraghi    memberikan    penjelasan bahwasannya Interaksi sosial adalah suatu hubungan timbal balik yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok masyarakat. Baik antara individu dengan individu, individu dengan kelompok maupun kelompok dengan kelompok, yang mana tidak saling membedakan atara satu dengan yang lain, baik dari aspek sosial, kasta, posisi, suku, ekonomi bahkan agama.

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum is the current curriculum, the 2013 curriculum is the foundation for schools and staff in carrying out school activities from school equipment to teaching activities. Learning based on the 2013 curriculum must reflect scientific learning activities with an authentic evaluation model to produce a perfect level of learning. The author refers to the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) to see an overview of scientific learning and authentic evaluation models, because there are indications that the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) does not provide an overview of scientific learning and authentic evaluation models. This study aims to determine teacher implementation of scientific learning and authentic evaluation models in the teaching and learning process and teacher problems in implementing scientific learning and authentic evaluation models. The method in compiling this scientific essay is a descriptive method, where the author describes the problem and makes a draft to provide an interpretation of the teacher's application of scientific learning and authentic evaluation models in Arabic learning. To collect data, the writer uses data observation and interviews, both of which function to collect data and analyze it so that conclusions can be drawn. The results of the research are the application of scientific learning and the authentic evaluation model carried out by the teacher is almost perfect with several shortcomings such as lack of innovation, information, generality, and the elimination of important points. The implementation rate reaches 85% for scientific learning while the authentic evaluation model is only 50% due to the elimination of points that occur in the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), Meanwhile, the problem with teachers in applying the scientific approach and authentic assessment is the teacher's lack of attention to the scientific approach and authentic assessment, writing lesson plans that are assisted by others without being accompanied by the teacher's response to study the lesson plans that have been written, so that the teacher's knowledge of scientific and authentic assessments is lacking and it can be seen in the less than perfect RPP writing.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Development Book “Ayo Belajar Bahasa Arab” with LKS to improve students writing skills in Writing Hijayyah Letters (R&D research at MIN 15 Pidie Jaya)". The researcher found the problem that about 60% of the third-grade students at MIN 15 Pidie Jaya were not able to write Hijaiyah letters correctly, there were even some of them who wrote from left to right, especially when they wrote continuous letters in sentences. Based on these problems, the researchers wanted to develop worksheets to help improve their ability to write Hijaiyah letters. The LKS that the researcher wants to develop is the procedure for writing separate Hijaiyah and Hijaiyah letters that are connected to train them in writing so that they can write Arabic words and sentences correctly. The purpose of this study was to determine student responses to the development of worksheets. And to determine the level of effectiveness of the LKS development that has been developed. This researcher uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with the research instruments used are student questionnaires, expert validation, and tests. And the researcher took 15 third-grade students as samples. As for the data analysis technique, the researcher used the T-test formula from the SPSS program. The results obtained based on this research are the development of worksheets based on valid expert assessments with a value of 93%, while the test results show that the use of worksheets is effective in improving their ability to write Hijaiyah letters. This is based on the results of the value of sig 0.00 <0.05.
