Abstract

HIV/AIDS spread is a serious threat to human life. Prevention efforts must be carried out in an integrated, effective, and efficient manner in the management of the health service system, beginning with the puskesmas. However, the literature and research findings on the operational management of HIV/AIDS services, which are primarily in the puskesmas, are still scant. This study utilized a descriptive narrative approach with a literature review. According to the findings of a literature review, the Operational Management System for HIV/AIDS services at the puskesmas is regulated in government policies in the process of controlling HIV/AIDS transmission and is carried out with several processes and stages that are regulated in a system with the goal of improving the quality of services for HIV/AIDS patients. Although there are still some obstacles to the service system's implementation at the puskesmas as a first-rate (Primary) service facility and reduce the rate of HIV/AIDS transmission

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1. mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran online terhadap keputusan pembelian, 2. mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, 3. mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 4. mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh etika bisnis terhadap keputusan pembelian, 5. mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan pemasaran online, harga, pelayanan dan etika bisnis terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 472.000 jiwa, sedangkan sampel peneltian ini ditentukan dengan penentuan sampel minimum pendekatan Ferdinand (2006) sebanyak 118 responden yang terdiri dari profesi dokter, dosen, PNS, swasta dan mahasiswa. Data yang terkumpul diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran online berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Namun demikian, penelitian tidak dapat membuktikan bahwa harga, pelayanan dan etika bisnis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian pada produk fashion melalui media internet. Kata Kunci: Pemasaran Online, Penetapan Harga, Layanan, Etika Bisnis, dan Keputusan Pembelian Abstract This research aims to; 1. knowing and analyzing the influence of online marketing on purchasing decisions, 2. knowing and analyzing the effect of price on purchasing decisions, 3. knowing and analyzing the effect of service on purchasing decisions, 4. knowing and analyzing the influence of business ethics on purchasing decisions, 5. knowing and analyze the simultaneous influence of online marketing, price, service and business ethics on purchasing decisions. The population of this study was 472,000 people, while the sample of this study was determined by determining the minimum sample of the Ferdinand (2006) approach as many as 118 respondents consisting of doctors, lecturers, civil servants, private sector and students. The collected data is processed and analyzed using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression). The results showed that online marketing has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. However, this research cannot prove that price, service and business ethics have a significant effect on consumer decisions in making purchases of fashion products through the internet. Abstract

Small industry has an important role in absorbing labor, distributing income, and improving community welfare. The problem in this research is how the strategy of developing small palm sugar industry in Basidondo District, Tolitoli Regency. The aim to be achieved in this research is to know the development strategy of small palm sugar industry in Basidondo District, Tolitoli Regency. The population in this study were 107 business units. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling method with a selected sample of 30 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SWOT matrix analysis. The conclusion obtained is based on the SWOT matrix analysis, the strategy that can be done to empower the small palm sugar industry in Basidondo District, Tolitoli Regency is a concentration strategy through horizontal integration. This means that the strategy to be implemented is more defensive, namely avoiding lost sales and lost profits caused by threats. The advice given is to maintain the characteristic taste of the product and improve product quality by creating innovations in product packaging, adding types of products to have high attractiveness in order to remain able to compete with other product.

Abstract

Village development aims to improve the welfare of the village community and the quality of human life as well as poverty alleviation through basic fulfillment, development of village facilities and infrastructure, development of local economic potential, and sustainable use of natural resources and the environment. Tang Village, Bokat District, Buol Regency as one of the government units under the government is required to compile a development planning document, namely the Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJM Desa) and the Village Annual Development Plan or the so-called Village Government Work Plan (RKP Desa) for village development. Considering this is a responsibility, it must be carried out by the Tang Village Government. The involvement or participation of the community is an absolute requirement in the process of preparing the Village Government work plan (RKP Desa). This involvement is intended so that the community can make a positive contribution to village development planning. The research aims to be analyzed to determine the planning-based village development in Tang Village, Bokat District, Buol Regency. This type of research uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach so that the case studies obtained in this study can be compared with the experiences of other researchers. The research method used is the descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach using a frequency table and then interpreted based on categories according to the data obtained in the field (primary data) which is then descriptively measured using a Likert Scale. The conclusion in this study is that planning-based village development in Tang Village, Bokat District, Buol Regency reaches the Very Good category.

Abstract

Tourist Attractions in Regency There are quite a lot of tourist attractions in Buol Regency, but until now the arrangement or management has not been overall for natural tourism objects in Buol Regency, one of which is the Kumaligon Baths. . Kumaligon Baths is an area located in Kumaligon Village, Biau District, Buol Regency which is famous for its clear, cool water and hilly areas that are so beautiful to look at, and access to a location that is so close to the center of Buol city, especially in the Biau sub-district. . The purpose of our research is to identify and describe the perception of tourists regarding the quality of tourist attraction at the baths in Kumaligon Village, Biau District, Buol Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. In this study, data collection was carried out using 3 methods, namely Observation, Interview, and Documentation. The data sources used in this study consisted of two kinds, namely primary data and secondary data. This research is to describe and describe the results of research into complete, systematic sentences and carry out discussions to obtain an understanding so that conclusions can be drawn. Based on the results of the research conducted, the author concludes that from the perception of the manager, namely the Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office, the Head of the Kumaligon Village Government and the person in charge of the area, as well as tourists and visitors state the need for special attention to aspects of attractions which include natural tourist attractions and artificial tourist attractions. , Accessibility indicators include access roads and tourist information, and Facilities indicators that include services, security, food stalls, and lodging in Kumaligon baths

Abstract

Estimasi Kejadian Diare di masa yang akan datang merupakan aspek penting mengingat tingginya prevalensi Diare di Kota Makassar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi kejadian Diare di Kota Makassar selama 10 tahun (2017 – 2027) dengan pendekatan model dinamik tanpa skenario (tingkat pesimis), mengestimasi kejadian Diare di Kota Makassar selama 10 tahun (2017 – 2027) dengan pendekatan model dinamik dengan skenario gabungan perbaikan sanitasi dasar, sanitasi makanan dan minuman, skenario pengurangan konsumsi jajanan dan skenario personal hygiene tingkat moderat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kota Makassar yang dipilih secara purposive.Untuk model estimasi kejadian diare menggunakan pemodelan dinamis dengan Stella 5,0. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang berada di Kota Makassar. Adapun sampel penelitian yaitu masyarakat yang terkena diare yang tercatat dalam catatan laporan kasus di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Makassar 2012-2016.Hasil penelitian estimasi kejadian Diare di Kota Makassar selama 10 tahun (2017 – 2027) tanpa skenario (tingkat pesimis) menunjukkan bahwa 10 tahun yang akan datang (2017 – 2027) kejadian Diare mengalami peningkatan sampai 1,10 kali lipat tiap bulan dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun dengan kasus Diare sebesar 145.855 kasus pada tahun 2017 menjadi 471.884 kasus pada tahun 2027. Estimasi kejadian diare (2017- 2027) dengan pendekatan model dinamik dengan skenario gabungan perbaikan sanitasi dasar, sanitasi makanan dan minuman, skenario pengurangan konsumsi jajanan dan skenario personal hygiene tingkat moderat menunjukkan bahwa (2017 – 2027) kejadian Diare mengalami penurunan sampai 3,00 kali lipat tiap bulan jika dibandingkan dengan skenario tingkat pesimis dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun dengan kasus Diare sebesar 48.167 kasus pada tahun 2017 menjadi 155.057 kasus pada tahun 2027.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh celebrity endorsement dan citra merek terhadap minat beli produk kecantikan wardah pada mahasiswi HPMM Cabang Maiwa yang ada di Makassar. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Total jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 102 orang mahasiswi HPMM Cabang Maiwa yang ada di Makassar, sedangkan penentuan sampel digunakan rumus slovin dengan hasil sebanyak 51 orang responden yang akan dibagikan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode uji validitas, uji reabilitas, analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen celebrity endorsement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel depeden minat beli dengan nilai Sig. Lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan variabel independen citra merek hanya berpengaruh positif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen minat beli dengan nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05. Koefisien Determinasi menunjukkan nilai nilai Adjusted R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,308. Hal ini mengandung arti bahwa variasi dari minat beli dipengaruhi oleh celebrity endorsement dan citra merek sebesar 30,8 % dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) to analyze the influence of competence to the performance of SMA SMA teacher in Kolaka regency, (2) to analyze the effect of facilities on the performance of high school teacher in Kolaka regency, and (3) to analyze the influence of motivation on the performance of high school teacher in Kolaka District. The method of analysis used in this research is Multiple Regression analysis method. Research data obtained from the teacher. State Senior High School in Kolaka District. The research approach is a causal approach that is explanatory. The results of this study indicate that: (1) competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in SMA Negeri in Kolaka District. This indicates that the higher the competence of a teacher, the teacher's performance will increase because of the high responsibility for the work assigned to him, (2) the facility has a positive and significant effect on the teacher's performance in the Senior High School in Kolaka District. This indicates that there is a tendency that the availability of complete learning facilities will assist or support the achievement of teacher performance, and (3) the motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in SMA Kolaka Regency. This shows that if a teacher has a high work motivation, then the teacher will do the job hard, diligent, and with high dedication so that will be achieved maximum results.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisa apakah kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Puskesmas Sudiang Raya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dan dilakukan untuk menguji sebuah hipotesis bahwa kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Puskesmas Sudiang Raya. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode survey dengan kuesioner sebagai instrument utamanya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Puskesmas Sudiang Raya yang berjumlah 40. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi pengujian hipotesis melalui uji F dan uji T. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa yang mempunyai kompetensi yang tinggi akan mencapai prestasi kerja yang tinggi dan dengan memperhatikan lingkungan kerja yang baik maka tugas yang diberikan pegawai akan dikerjakan dengan baik pula untuk peningkatan kompetensi bagi pegawai agar dapat menghasilkan kinerja pegawai yang berprestasi bagi Puskesmas Sudiang Raya. Hasil analisis ditemukan terdapat hubungan dan pengaruh signifikan antara kompensasi dan kompetensi dengan prestasi kerja pegawai Puskesmas Sudiang Raya, pengaruh Kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Puskesmas Sudiang Raya adalah 17,9 %. Sedangkan yang 82,1% (100% - 17,9%) dipengaruhi oleh variable lain. Keywords: Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja, Prestasi Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Bulukumba. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data dari responden. Data yang diambil dari sampel yang mewakili seluruh populasi. Maka sampel yang diambil dari populasi harus betul-betul mewakili (representalive). Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan hasil 95.36 atau 95 responden. Adapun penelitian bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer, adalah data asli yang dikumpulkan sendiri oleh peneliti untuk menjawab masalah penelitiannya secara khusus. Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh dengan survey lapangan yang menggunakan semua semua metode pengumpulan data original. Dalam penelitian ini data primer didapat dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden mengenai identitas responden, bobot kepentingan dari pelayanan yang diharapkan dan bobot kualitas dari pelayanan yang diterima. Analisis data pengaruh antar variabel dengan mengunakan analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil analisis data didapatkan bahwa Hasil regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas yakni tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Selain itu dari hasil tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa variabel bebas yang dominan adalah variabel Assurance (sebesar 0.218). Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Kepuasan Nasabah.
