Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce analog chees from sweet corn milk and soy beans with lower fat levels than cheese in general. This study uses a randomized design with a single factor in 3 treatments that is the manufacture of analogue of sweet corn milk and mily soil with the addition of lactic acid bacteria with 1%, 2%, and 3% concentration. The observed parameters include physical characteristics (texture, color, scent and taste) and chemical (protein and fat content). The results showed that analogical cheese physical characteristics have soft texture, yellow pale color, slightly scaved aroma and salt taste. The results of protein analysis ranged from 8,42% - 10,90% and fat 2,41% - 3,60%. The analogue of the analog cheese in this study can be categorized low fat cheats than the cheese from animal milk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman ekonomi Islam dalam sistem keuangan masyarakat di Desa Kalimbua, Kabupaten Enrekang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 responden yang terdiri dari anggota masyarakat desa setempat, disesuaikan dengan kondisi di lapangan. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam, penerapan sistem keuangan berbasis syariah, serta dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman masyarakat terhadap ekonomi Islam di Desa Kalimbua masih tergolong rendah, yang berdampak pada penerapan sistem keuangan syariah. Analisis data menunjukkan hubungan yang lemah dan tidak signifikan antara pemahaman ekonomi Islam dan penerapan sistem keuangan syariah di desa tersebut. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya penerapan sistem keuangan syariah antara lain terbatasnya akses terhadap lembaga keuangan syariah, serta kurangnya pendidikan dan sosialisasi mengenai manfaat serta kelebihan sistem keuangan syariah. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan penerapan sistem keuangan syariah di Desa Kalimbua, diperlukan upaya yang lebih intensif dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan memperluas akses terhadap lembaga keuangan syariah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Islamic Education curriculum using the CIPP evaluation model. The method used is field research. The research results show that in the context of learning, students' low socioeconomic background affects their learning facilities. Nevertheless, the Islamic Education curriculum aligns with the school's vision of shaping students with noble character. In terms of input, Islamic Education teachers have met the standards set by the government, but they still face challenges due to lack of teaching materials and limited technological learning media. In the learning process, teachers consistently use diverse methods tailored to learning objectives and utilize technology, albeit with limitations. Regarding the product aspect, student learning outcomes are quite good, with nearly 75% reaching the minimum completion criteria. However, some students still cannot read the Quran, and there is a need for cooperation among various educational stakeholders.
