Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai sistem dokumentasi pada koleksi arkeologi Musem Rumah Arca Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah, (1). Untuk mengetahui apa saja jenis koleksi arkeologi di Rumah Arca Kabupaten Sukoharjo, (2). Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan dokumentasi arkeologi di Rumah Arca Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan model analisis interaktif dalam analisisnya. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, mengkaji dokumen dan arsip (contentanalysis), dan observasi.

Abstract

The implementation of PAKEM in Arabic lesson in integrated Islam primary school Al-Furqan of Palembang implemented in the indicator. This could be seen from the implementation of indicators on active learning, creative, effective and fun in learning Arabic language. Implication of PAKEM on Arabic lesson in integrated Islam primary school Al-Furqan of Palembang, even in the facility, learning tool, learning infrastructure, learning resources, instructional media, environmental regulation, the classroom setting, activities and the learning environment had created a fun learning atmosphere. In PAKEM, having advantages and disadvantages in Arabic language learning in integrated Islam primary school Al-Furqan of Palembang. It was seen from the advantages that it could give a freedom in learning, and made the classroom atmosphere which was dynamic and alive. Where each teacher and student were equally active. While the weakness of PAKEM was the teachers had not been able to always be active and teachers also had not been able to condition the class as well. And teachers did not understand the character of the students.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to improve the quality of oocytes in old-female rats by using pregnant mare serum gonadotrophin (PMSG). Female rats at productive age were used as a control.  The experimental rats were injected with 4 doses of PMSG i.e., 0, 2.5, 5.0, and 10 IU PMSG. After 2 weeks of acclimation to the experimantal condition, the experimental rats were injected with PGF2α at a dose of 25µg/g BW two times with 2 days interval to synchronize estrous cycle. PMSG injections were conducted at the same time with the second PGF2α injection.  After PMSG injection, the experimental rats were divided into two groups rats, i.e., rats without mating for masurement of oocyte qualities and rats mated for measurement of offspring qualities.  Therefore, 16 experimental rats from each age group were sacrifized for maeasurement of oocyte qualities.  The other 16 experimental rats for each age group were mated for measurement of offspring qualities. Parameters measured were hematological profile, uterine and ovarian weights, the qualities of oocytes, the qualities of the offsspring born by using swimming test and rat maze test. The collected data were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) and continued with Duncan test with a 95% confidence level. The data were analyzed using SSPS. The results showed that the improvement in the quality of oocytes in old female rats using the PMSG hormone in this study showed an increase in the quality of oocytes in old and productive age rats. The highest number of oocyte quality was found in rats of productive age (3.25) and significantly different (P< 0.05) from the other oocyte qualities. The quality of offspring born to old age and productive age rats injected with PMSG were improved.  It was concluded that the improvement of oocyte quality by using PMSG also improves offspring qualities.

Abstract

Along with the development of the times which of course increasingly sophisticated technology as like today, bringing us into the era of revolution 4.0. One of the important components for developments in this era of industry is the presence of Big Data. This Big Data is widely used by companies in business to be able to get a clear picture of consumer behavior and analyze the data to be able to draw the conclusions and also what consumers need in the market. And this of course gonna give a company more access to the market channels in many ways. Unfortunately, this way has the potential to make some company who has access to big data have a dominant position in the market which can lead to monopolization of the market and control over market share. The purpose of this conceptual article is to provide an overview of big data from a competition law perspective and provide advice to the authorities to regulate and supervise the ownership of company access to Big Data that can potentially create a monopolistic market.

Abstract

Dengan semakin meningkatnya pengguna internet, potensi digital marketing melalui pemanfaatan sosial media memiliki peluang lebih besar dalam memasarkan sebuah produk. Para pelaku UMKM perlu memanfaatkan sosial media sebagai media promosi demi meraih pasar yang lebih luas. Hanya saja belum semua anggota Komunitas Sahabat UMKM melakukan penjualan online dengan menggunakan media sosial dikarenakan masih asing/gagap dalam menggunakan dan memahami media sosial sebagai sarana penjualan online, sedangkan yang sudah melakukan penjualan secara online(menggunakan Instagram) menyatakan bahwa media yang dimiliki kurang mampu bersaing dikarenakan desainnya kurang menarik dengan tampilan foto produk yang masih sederhana. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dilakukan pendampingan pembuatan desain media promosi digital marketing, workshop teknik pengambilan foto produk dan workshop teknik editing foto produk. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara hybrid yaitu melakukan pendampingan pelatihan secara online dan offline dengan UMKM. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terlihat anggota Komunitas Sahabat UMKM mulai memahami konsep, arti, dan fungsi desain promosi yang kompetitif untuk mendukung daya saing digital marketing produk mereka di era global dan mampu melakukan foto produk serta mengeditnya menjadi sebuah foto produk dengan tampilan yang menarik.

Abstract

Empowerment is an attempt to help people to help themselves or an attempt to lead people to learn to lead themselves. This study aims to find out how the economic empowerment of the community is carried out in Cikolelet Village through the Mekar Bakti 1 Farmer Group and also the things that are supporting and inhibiting factors in these empowerment activities. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method in which the researcher will describe or explain the problems studied in accordance with the facts in the field. Through the social welfare science approach, it is shown that community empowerment in rural communities is considered quite effective in improving health. Based on the research results, it is known that the empowerment carried out by farmer groups is through soybean seed cultivation, tofu making, goat milk management, and mallet (cikolelet honey). In addition, it is also known that the supporting fact is that the community in Cikolelet Village actively participates in all empowerment activities. However, the place and marketing access have not been fully supported.

Abstract

colony cage (communal) or group cage is a cage model in a cage room in which several cattle are placed, freely without being tied, functioning as a place of marriage and enlargement of children until weaned, or used as cages for enlargement and fattening. Group or communal model housing is expected to increase reproductive success and efficient use of labor. Sumber Suko Village is one of the villages located in the Belitang Sub-District of East OKU Regency where farmers communities there have begun to implement communal cage systems for their livestock. The high interest and desire of farmers to join in the maintenance of communal cage systems is an interesting phenomenon to be studied further. The researcher wanted to know what the benefits of the communal system were that encouraged cattle farmers to want to join the system of group cage maintenance. Based on the discussion above can be concluded as follows : (1) To find out the benefits of the housing system for Sumber Suko Village Community. (2) To find out how to maintain an approved internal communication systen in East OKU Regency. (3) To find out how to establish communication between group members who have one goal. How to improve efficiency in addition, members also get manure and also cow urine fermentation that serves to prevent the arrival of group plants as wel as getting assistance from the government in the from of free injection marriage, a feed chopper and bentor communication between group members by establishing effective, intensive communication. Effective communication is communication that can increase the productivity of farmers and communication, can resolve conflicts an can create a enducive environment.

Abstract

. Business mergers are carried out with many goals, including increasing company profitability and efficiency. This research contains the application of business combination accounting to the merger of PT Indosat Ooredo Tbk. with PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia with the implementation of PSAK 22. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of business combinations on company performance and income. The research method used is a literature study of journals, websites and previous articles. The results of this research include an overview of the application of business combination accounting and its impact on company performance and income. Through financial performance analysis carried out using ROA, ROE, PER and NPM, the results show a rapid increase after the merger of PT Indosat Ooredo Tbk. with PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia. This research encourages companies to maintain their achievements and maintain the trust of investors and customers.

Abstract

This article aims to present an in-depth Systematic Literature Review related to several key aspects in the audit domain, including Audit Completion, Subsequent Event Review, Auditor's Report, Management Letter, and Fact Finding. By adopting a systematic approach, this research summarizes and analyzes related scientific literature to provide a comprehensive view of the latest developments in each of these aspects. The results of this literature review provide in-depth insight into strategies and methodologies in completing audits, evaluating the impact of subsequent events, the role and process of preparing auditor reports and management letters, as well as finding relevant facts in the audit process. This research not only provides an overview of current practices in the world of auditing, but also identifies knowledge gaps that may provide a basis for future research. By understanding in depth the key aspects of the auditing process, this article makes an important contribution to the development of audit science and facilitates a better understanding of future challenges and opportunities.
