Abstract

Abstrak Evaluasi adalah istilah yang bukan merupakan hal yang asing bagi setiap guru pendidikan jasmani di sekolah. Bagi seorang guru tentu mengetahui dan sangat menyadari bahwa evaluasi harus selalu dilakukan, agar dapat selalu mengetahui kemajuan belajar siswa. Pelaksanaan evaluasi ini akan dapat dilaksanakan lebih baik, apabila guru sangat memahami akan makna dan fungsi dari sebuah evaluasi tersebut. Sebagai guru mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani, mendapatkan manfaat yang sangat banyak disaat para guru tersebut melaksanakan evaluasi secara baik, manfaat tersebut antara lain: (1) Evaluasi memungkinkan guru lebih terampil dan cermat dalam menafsirkan kemajuan hasil belajar siswa. (2) Evaluasi akan memberi umpan balik bagi keberhasilan suatu program. (3) Evaluasi akan meningkatkan pengakuan pihak luar terhadap manfaat Pendidikan Jasmani. (4) Evaluasi dapat dijadikan ukuran keberhasilan guru dalam mengajar (PBM). Evaluasi dalam pendekatan portofolio, adalah kumpulan hasil kerja siswa untuk suatu tujuan tertentu, yang menggambarkan upaya, kemajuan, dan prestasi siswa dalam bidang tertentu. Proses pengumpulan harus melibatkan partisipasi siswa, terutama dalam menentukan materi, petunjuk pemilihan, kriteria penilaian dan bukti-bukti refleksi diri siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar kerja, laporan siswa, karya siswa dan lain-lain. Aspek yang dinilai sebaiknya mencerminkan aspek pengetahuan, aspek kebugaran siswa, prestasi kecabangan (Bukan teknik dasar dan prestasi olahraga). Aspek-aspek ini dijabarkan dalam indikator penilaian.

Abstract

Abstract: The Improvement of ECE Educators’ Performance in Developing the Kinesthetic Quotient. This study aims to improve the performance of Early Childhood Education (ECE) educators at the TAPAS Al-Ikhlas BPPNFI Regional IV Surabaya so that they are capable of developing children’s kinesthetic qoutient through the concepts of ECE and kinestetic teachinglearning. This study was a classroom action research study. The data were collected through interviews, observations, and documents and were analyzed by means of data reduction, data display, data verification, and conclusion drawing. The findings showed that: (1) before the action was implemented, the kinesthetic teaching-learning model was teacher-centered, the educators did not understand kinesthetic learning concept and learning psychology, the classroom management was not well implemented, and the teaching style was monotonous, (2) after the action was implemented, the educators’ teaching skills improved, they employed a variety of teching styles, they understood ECE concepts better, and they were willing to accept changes and committed to making changes. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh permainan kecil berdasarkan tingkat motor educability terhadap motivasi dan keterampilan passing permainan futsal. Subjek penelitian adalah ekstrakurikuler SDIT Ghilmani Surabaya sebanyak 64 siswa yang dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok. Kelompok eksperimen berdasarkan tingkat motor educability tinggi dan rendah diberikan latihan permainan kecil attack 1-2-1 dan menjala ikan, kelompok kontrol berdasarkan tingkat motor educability tinggi dan rendah tidak diberikan latihan permainan kecil attack 1-2-1 dan menjala ikan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experiment. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan factorial design, serta analisis data menggunakan uji-t dan anova two way. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan skala Likert untuk motivasi belajar dan ketrampilan passing untuk mendapat data pada saat pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data pretest dan posttest dari analisis menggunakan SPSS, masing-masing kelompok yaitu (a) kelompok perlakuan menggunakan permainan kecil berdasarkan motor educability tinggi dan rendah terhadap motivasi belajar diperoleh rerata 06,31% dan untuk passing futsal diperoleh rerata 06,90%  dengan sig < 0,05. (b) kelompok kontrol tidak menggunakan permainan kecil berdasarkan motor educability tinggi dan rendah terhadap  motivasi belajar diperoleh rerata 01,37% dan untuk passing futsal diperoleh rerata 01,40%  dengan sig > 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar dan keterampilan passing futsal untuk kelompok eksperimen setelah diberi perlakuan permainan kecil dilihat dari hasil uji-t, serta pengaruhnya yang signifikan ditunjukan melalui uji anova. Generalisai hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan kecil efektif pada kelompok eksperimen terhadap motivasi belajar dan passing futsal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh latihan Crocodile Push Up dan Burpee terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan hasil Shooting Handball Mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sumenep. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan quasi experiment dengan rancangan penelitian matching only design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes kekuatan otot lengan melakukan Push Up selama 30 detik, tes hasil Flying Shooting Handball menggunakan skor pada saat pretest dan posttest. Data dianalisis secara statistik dimana uji normalitas, homogenitas, uji-t, dan Anova dikonduksikan menggunakan bantuan SPSS seri 0.22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata posttest 9.200>5.600 dan 1.054>0.625 dari rata-rata pretest. Hal ini menunjukan terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan antara pretest dan posttest terhadap Flying Shoot Shooting Handball yang dipengaruhi oleh perlakuan Crocodile push-up dan burpee terhadap Kekuatan Otot Lengan dah hasil Flying Shoot Shooting handball Mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sumenep. Berdasarkan analisis di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan Crocodile Push-Up dan Burpee terhadap kekuatan otot lengan dan hasil Flying Shoot Shooting Handball Mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sumenep

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact and role of the "Pushbike Fun Race" Event on the development of Push Bike sports in Mojokerto Regency as well as to find out the SWOT analysis owned in the implementation of the "Pushbike Fun Race" Event. The type of research used is qualitative research using interview, documentation and observation methods. The subjects in the study used 3 data sources, namely the chairman of KORMI Mojokerto Regency, the guardians of the participants, and the organizing committee. The results of the data analysis of this study show that there are various impacts after the event, including the Push Bike sport is now in the stage of entering the Community Sports Organization Branch, many people around the event location are interested in Pushbike sports, and it is one of the promotional events for tourist attractions. Meanwhile, the role of the "Pushbike Fun Race" event includes creating a positive image of the Push Bike event in Mojokerto Regency, as a liaison between Push Bike sports activists and institutions in Mojokerto Regency, and as a starting point for organizing the Push Bike event in Mojokerto Regency. Meanwhile, the results of the SWOT analysis show that the internal factor is balanced between strengths and weaknesses, in contrast to external factors, the opportunity factor is more dominating than the threat factor. It can be concluded that the "Pushbike Fun Race" event creates various impacts and positive roles for the development of Pushbike sports in Mojokerto Regency, then the SWOT analysis shows that the opportunity factor is more dominating than the other three factors contained in the "Pushbike Fun Race" event.

Abstract

This research described a planned attempt to investigate the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of climbers who are hiking on Mount Puthuk Gragal, located in Cembor village, Pacet district, Mojokerto regency. In conducting this research, the researcher applied a combination between quantitative descriptive and survey method. Whereas, by using purposive sampling, the researcher selected 60 respondents as the samples and gave a questionnaire that consisted of 22 questions. Furthermore, the research indicators included intrinsic and extrinsic. The outcome showed the motivation of climbers who were hiking on Mount Phutuk Gragal for recreational sport education. It can be concluded that climbers were more extrinsically motivated by 80.02% than intrinsically motivated by 78.76%. The average calculation for each type of motivation showed that the intrinsic motivation of hiking on Mount Puthuk Gragal for recreational sport consisted of indicators: necessity of 77.50% in the high category, expectation of 87.50% in the very high category, curiosity of 84.45% in the very high category and pleasure of 65.58% in the High category, while extrinsic motivation consisted of indicators: facilities of 79.62% in the high category and beauty of 80.42% in the high category. Based on the data above, it can be concluded that the motivation of climbers when hiking on Mountain Puthuk Gragal based on high necessity, high expectation, high curiosity, high pleasure, high facility, and high beauty.

Abstract

The use of social media today is not only among adults, in fact many children under 17 years old already have social media. Unfortunately, social media has many negative effects on children's lifestyles, if the child does not receive regular parenting from their parents regarding the use of social media. The aim of this research is to find out how the use of gadgets affects the physical fitness level of grade 8 male students at SMPN 1 Sukodono. The research method used is descriptive quantitative to analyze data by describing or illustrating the data. From the use of gadgets by 40 students, the results were 13% in the low category, 30% in the medium category, 38% in the high category, and 20% in the very high category. Meanwhile, the physical fitness results for grade 8 male students at SMPN 1 Sukodono were in the medium category with a score of 37,3. The results of the research on the intensity of gadget use of grade 8 male students at SMPN 1 Sukodono are in the high category with a percentage value of 38% and conversely, the physical fitness level of grade 8 male students at SMPN 1 Sukodono is dominant in the medium category with a VO²Max of 37.3.

Abstract

A country that has several aspects of history, culture and traditions that are developing rapidly, one of which is traditional sports games, one of which is Indonesia. Traditional sports are an alternative that is used to find out traditions and customs in traditional sports games that can be passed on to each generation. The aim of this research is to determine the level of understanding of traditional sports in Class V of SDN 2 Sidokepung Buduran Sidoarjo. This is very necessary for students as a form of awareness in recognizing the customs and traditions of the country. The design of this research is quantitative descriptive research and the data collection method is by filling out a questionnaire. The sample for this research was all male students in class V at SDN 2 Sidokepung Buduran Sidoarjo, totaling 57 students. The results of the research show that class V male students are very interested in traditional sports material in physical education at SDN 2 Sidokepung Buduran Sidoarjo, with the most being in the Medium category, there are 30 students or 53%. In detail, the percentage of research results is for the very low category of 6 students or 11%, the low category of 7 students or 12%, the medium category of 30 students or 53%, the good category of 11 students or 19%, the very good category. as many as 7 students or 5%. The conclusion of this research is that the majority of students' level of understanding at SDN 2 Sidokepung Buduran Sidoarjo in sports learning obtained the highest score in the medium category..

Abstract

Regional Sports Festival (FORDA) II KORMI East Java is a Community Sports Festival where this event is held every 2 years, the organizer of this event itself is the Indonesian Community Sports Committee (KORMI) East Java Province assisted by the organizing committee from KORMI City/Regency who is the host. The purpose of holding this event is as a preparation for the National Sports Festival (FORNAS) for the implementation of FORNAS VIII itself, God willing, it will be held at the end of June to the beginning of July in West Nusa Tenggara. FORDA II itself was attended by 37 Parent Sports Organizations (INORGA) from 34 KORMI Cities/Regencies in East Java Province, the number of participants participating in this activity was 3,678 participants with the following details: 3,162 activists, 292 officials and 224 coaches.

Abstract

This mentoring activity aims to improve the physical fitness of the community through traditional stilt sports in Jambangan Village, Surabaya City. Stilts, as part of Indonesia's cultural heritage, have the potential to train balance, muscle strength, endurance, as well as the focus and concentration of its players. This program includes providing materials on physical fitness, correct stilt playing reflexology techniques, and direct practice sessions for participants. The results of the activity show that community participation in stilt games can improve their physical fitness while strengthening a sense of togetherness and awareness of the importance of preserving traditional culture. In addition, stilts are also a means of education for the younger generation to learn about traditional games that are beneficial for health. This program is expected to be able to create an active community that continues to develop traditional sports as part of a healthy lifestyle and local culture
