Abstract

Several previous studies have found factors or dimensions that affect the quality services of tourism and measures the perceived level of tourists as consumers. However, these studies have not been able to develop a practical model of a system as a simple overview of the tourism industry by involving various factors / dimensions that influence. This research will make a conseptual model of the service quality improvement of the tourism industry in the province of Central Java. The method used in this paper is Tourservqual, which is the Service Quality methods applied in the field of tourism. The resulting conceptual model consists of sixteen (16) dimension of the quality of tourism services that will affect or have a positive relationship with customer satisfaction (tourists). Customer satisfaction has a positive influence on destination competitiveness. Destination competitiveness measured in 36 indicators. This conceptual model expected to measure tourist satisfaction who becomes the object of the tourist areas, also measure the level of competitiveness of each of these objects, as well as knowing what factors most affect the competitiveness of tourist destinations.

Abstract

Intisari -- PT. Aneka Adhilogam Karya (AAK) adalah perusahaan pengecoran yang memproduksi berbagai perlengkapan sambungan pipa air minum di Kabupaten Klaten. Pada proses produksinya menghasilkan limbah pasir yang belum ditangani secara optimal, terdapat pula gas buang yang mengganggu karena para pekerja belum menggunakan alat pelindung diri (APD). Hal ini akan menjadi pencemaran lingkungan yang serius dan berdampak pada kondisi ekonomi dan sosial. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis konsep beserta faktor-faktor pada perusahaan yang mendorong upaya peningkatan kesehatan lingkungan perusahaan. Green manufacturing merupakan konsep yang dapat diterapkan di PT. AAK karena membahas tentang limbah hasil produksi dan kesehatan lingkungan. Faktor yang telah diidentifikasi kemudian dihitung menggunakan metode Fuzzy TOPSIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bobot yang secara berurutan oleh Standarisasi kerja terhadap penggunaan APD (0,6699), Peningkatan teknologi ramah lingkungan (0,669), Penggunaan sumber air alternatif sebagai penghematan biaya (0,654), Edukasi pekerja mengenai kesehatan lingkungan (0,634), Budaya merawat dan menjaga kebersihan lingkungan (0,634). Komitmen pemilik usaha terhadap kesehatan lingkungan (0,601), regulasi kesehatan lingkungan di masa depan (0,568). Dari penelitian ini, hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah melakukan sosialisasi tentang konsep green manufacturing kepada pekerja, menertibkan standarisasi penggunaan APD, menerapkan konsep 5R (ringkas, rapi, resik, rawat, rajin) dan memanfaatkan limbah pasir sebagai bahan konstruksi. Abstract -- PT. Aneka Adhilogam Karya (AAK) is a foundry company that produces various drinking water pipe connection equipment in Klaten Regency. In the production process it produces waste sand that has not been handled optimally, there is also vapor that will disturb the employee’s health that have not used personal protective equipment (PPE). This will be a serious environmental pollution and have an impact on economic and social conditions. This study analyzes the concepts and factors in companies that drives efforts to improve the company's environmental health. Green manufacturing is a concept that can be applied at PT. AAK because it discusses production waste and environmental health. The results of the study indicate that the rankings or weights are sequentially occupied by standardization of work on the use of PPE (0.6699), improvement of environmentally friendly technology (0.669), use of alternative water sources as cost savings (0.654), Education of workers about environmental health (0.634), Culture of caring for and maintaining environmental cleanliness (0.634). The commitment of business owners to environmental health (0.601), future environmental health regulation (0.568). From this research PT.AAK should socialize the importance green manufacturing concept to all employees, discipline the standardization of the use of PPE, apply the 5S concept (Short, set, shine, standardize, sweeping) and utilize sand waste as a construction material.

Abstract

Situasi penurunan pemasaran dan penjualan pada Kedai Walet Kofie, yang disebabkan oleh persaingan ketat dengan sesama kedai kopi, memerlukan analisis mendalam dan perumusan strategi yang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal dan merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk mengembangkan Walet Kofie. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Kendal, yaitu di Kedai Kopi Walet Kofie. Subjek dalam penelitian ini, meliputi: penikmat kopi, manajemen kedai Walet Kofie dan akademisi. Pengumpulan data dengan pengamatan langsung, wawancara, pengisian kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) untuk merumuskan langkah-langkah strategi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal sebagai strategi pemasaran dengan kekuatan utama dalam perusahaan adalah ketersediaan fasilitas lengkap (wifi, toilet, mushola), namun kelemahan utama adalah sarana promosi yang belum maksimal. Sedangkan faktor luar sebagi peluang untuk menyusun strategi pemasaran yaitu membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan, sedangkan ancaman utama yang dimiliki Walet Kofie terdiri dari tiga yaitu: tingkat persaingan kedai kopi yang tinggi, rating buruk dari konsumen, dan perubahan tren pasar. Strategi alternatif yang digunakan Strategi S-T (Strengths-Threats) yaitu strategi yang memanfaatkan kekuatan untuk mengatasi ancaman. Walet Kofie perlu fokus pada penguatan dan pemanfaatan kekuatan-kekuatan yang dimilikinya, sekaligus menghadapi dan mengatasi ancaman-ancaman yang ada, yang terdiri dari enam langkah: pengembangan menu kreatif dan variative; ekspansi produk non kopi; program loyalty dan promosi; peningkatan kualitas pelayanan; penyesuaian dengan perubahan iklim; ekspansi ke lokasi baru atau bermitra dengan ojek online. Abstract

Pada setiap perusahaan pasti memiliki alur rantai pasok masing-masing untuk mengoptimalkan produksi yang mereka lakukan agar mendapatkan hasil produksi yang layak untuk digunakan oleh khalayak umum. UKM LUMAZA sendiri merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang industri makanan yang terletak di Kota Pekalongan. Terkadang UKM LUMAZA itu sendiri mengalami beberapa risiko yang terjadi saat akan melaksanakan kegiatan rantai pasok tersebut. Resiko itu terjadi atas ketidak direncanakannya kegagalan dari rantai pasok itu sendiri. UKM LUMAZA pun selalu mencoba dan berupaya agar resiko yang terjadi berkurang walaupun terkadang risiko itu sendiri tetap terulang terus menerus. Salah satu resiko yang pernah terjadi adalah bahan baku yang digunakan berbeda dengan bahan baku yang biasa digunakan, akibat supplier yang biasa digunakan mengalami stok habis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode HOR untuk menyelesaikan risiko itu sendiri dengan awal mula pendekatan SCOR hingga menemukan hasil identifikasi 19 kejadian risiko dan 12 agen risiko. Dari 12 agen risiko diprioritaskan 4 kejadian risiko berdasarkan nilai terbesar dari HOR fase 1. Lalu ditentukan tindakan mitigasi pada HOR fase 2 didapatkan 6 strategi yaitu, 1) Melakukan pembuatan jadwal pengiriman, 2) Melakukan penambahan stock bahan baku, 3) Melakukan inspeksi lebih ketat sebelum produk dikirim, 4) Melakukan penambahan kurir pengiriman, 5) Melakukan jadwal rencana produksi, dan 6) Melakukan penambahan saran pengiriman. Kata kunci : Mitigasi, FMEA, House of Risk.

Abstract

UMKM Sri rejeki adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi roti gulung. Roti gulung yang diproduksi memiliki beberapa varian, yaitu: roti gulung isi caramel meses, roti gulung isi caramel keju, dan roti gulung coklat keju. Sistem produksi yang dilakukan adalah dengan make to stock. UMKM ini masih mempunyai permasalahan pada jumlah produk cacat yang disebabkan oleh beberapa factor yang menyebabkan penurunan kualitas pada produk roti gulung. Pada proses produksinya UMKM ini sering mengalami cacat produk yang dapat dilihat saat roti gulung sudah dalam keadaan siap dikemas. Rata-rata total produksinya yaitu sebesar 1200 pcs dengan persentase cacat produk sebesar 4,33%. Bentuk produk cacat yang terjadi pada saat proses produksi meliputi: ukuran yang tidak sesuai, roti yang tidak mengembang,dan hangus. Dengan bantuan metode SPC dan FMEA yang telah dilakukan dapat mengidentifikasi jenis kecacatan dengan persentase tertinggi yaitu cacat gosong sebesar 36,34%, cacat bantat sebesar 33,33% dan cacat tekstur sebesar 30,33%. %. Penyebab terjadinya cacat produk dan usulan perbaikan dapat didentifikasi dengan metode 5W+1H. Pada jenis cacat gosong penyebab terjadinya kecacatan disebabkan oleh: Penggunaan takaran gula dan susu yang terlalu banyak, terlalu lama saat proses memanggang/mengoven dan juga suhu oven yang terlalu panas. Abstract

UD. XYZ is a trading business engaged in the processing and distribution of seafood, facing challenges in managing raw material inventory due to seasonal fluctuations and supply uncertainties. A lack of attention to raw material availability, especially perishable items such as fish, shrimp, and squid, poses a risk of quality deterioration and financial losses is not properly managed. The classification of raw materials based on their importance and contribution helps improve operational efficiency. By applying the Always Better Control (ABC) method, The company can manage inventory more optimally and reduce costs. The analysis results show that category A with a cumulative percentage 1-85% includes key raw materials such as milkfish, shrimp, squid, and wader fish. Category B with a cumulative percentage 86-95% consists of cooking oil, garlic, shallots, and eggs. Category C with a cumulative percentage 96-100% includes wheat flour, rice flour, ginger, candlenut, tapioca flour, salt, cornstarch, turmeric, bay leaves, lime juice, stock powder, coriander, and pepper

Abstract

PT. Jati Luhur Agung is a company engaged in the wood industry, focusing on the wood flooring and wood component business. In the manufacturing industry, raw materials play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of production. The company has been facing an overstock problem in raw materials because purchases are made solely based on estimation or forecasting, resulting in higher costs.The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal raw material order quantity to avoid overstocking and to minimize total costs. This research compares the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and the Just In Time (JIT) method to identify which is more optimal and cost-efficient.The findings of this study indicate that the EOQ method is more effective compared to JIT. By applying EOQ, the optimal economic order quantity is 124 m³, with an ordering frequency of twice per year. The total inventory cost under EOQ is IDR 54.259/418, whereas the company’s previous policy incurred a cost of IDR 268.274.868 (TIC) between the company’s policy and EOQ amounts to IDR 214.015.450, leading to substantial cost savings.In conclusion, the EOQ method has proven to effectively prevent excessive raw material inventory by enabling optimal ordering and achieving significant cost reductions.

Abstract

Supplier assessment is an important aspect of the supply chain that directly impacts product quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. UKM Telur Asin Noerce is a processed poultry product that is in high demand in Indonesia, so the availability of duck eggs as raw materials must be guaranteed on an ongoing basis. In the case of UKM Telur Asin Noerce, the assessment of duck egg suppliers is a strategic factor because it directly affects the quality, quantity, and smoothness of production. The problem that arises is how to determine the most efficient supplier that meets the company's criteria. This study uses a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methods. The results identified 8 main criteria and 27 sub-criteria. The DEA method was applied to measure the relative efficiency level of each supplier based on predetermined inputs and outputs. Data was obtained through interviews with the company and quantitative data collection from duck egg suppliers. The AHP analysis results showed that quality was the criterion with the highest weight, followed by supply continuity and timeliness. Furthermore, the results of processing with the DEA-CCR model showed that of the four suppliers analyzed, there were 4 efficient suppliers with an efficiency score of 1 (100%). Based on the results of the study, using the AHP method, the Customer Care criterion had the highest weight (0.244), indicating that responsive service was a high priority. Furthermore, using the DEA super efficiency method, the results show that of the four suppliers, Demak ranks first as the priority supplier. The combination of AHP and DEA has proven to be effective in providing objective and systematic recommendations in supplier selection. Thus, companies can make more accurate and data-driven decisions.

Abstract

Eli Collection convection business is a medium-sized business engaged in the convection sector producing various types of sports pants including training pants, shorts, and chinos. The production process of this business applies a make-to-order system. The business has a number of order requests, but some businesses are still unable to fulfill these requests. Therefore, productivity calculations are needed. The author uses the Marvin E. Mundel method for productivity calculations. In January as the base or base period and finally obtained the results that the partial productivity index fluctuated after being compared with the base period at a percentage of 100%. The highest raw material productivity index occurred in April at 128.8% and the lowest in May at 81.51%. The highest labor productivity index occurred in April at 109.12% and the lowest in June at 93.78%. The highest energy productivity index occurred in May at 126.55% and the lowest in April at 87.84%. The highest machinery and production equipment depreciation productivity index occurred in April at 111.76% and the lowest in June at 91.71%. The highest machine maintenance productivity index occurred in May at 530.23%, and the lowest in September at 33.1%. The productivity index calculations identified several factors that contributed most to the problem, including raw material, labor, machinery, and energy productivity. This was due to the greater decline in these productivity indexes.
