Abstract

Limbah minyak bekas pakai masih menjadi masalah pencemaran lingkungan di Kelurahan Lambara dengan rata-rata 1,5 liter/minggu dihasilkan per Rumah tangga. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah melatih para ibu PKK dalam melakukan pengelolaan limbah minyak bekas pakai. Metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari 4 bagian, yaitu survei lokasi, sosialisasi awal, praktik awal pembuatan sabun cuci pakaian berbahan dasar minyak bekas pakai, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Sejumlah 16 Ibu-ibu PKK terpilih sebagai mitra dalam pengelolaan limbah minyak bekas pakai di Kelurahan Lambara, kecamatan Tawaeli mengikuti program ini. Kegiatan pelatihan ini terbukti efektif dalam upaya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu-ibu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga (PKK) mengenai limbah minyak bekas pakai, dan keterampilan ibu-ibu PKK dalam mengedukasi masyarakat. Hal tersebut dapat di lihat dari presentase selama pre-test pengetahuan yaitu 40% kategori baik, 50% cukup, dan 10% kurang. Dan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan selama post-test dengan kategori baik menjadi 100% pada seluruh ibu-ibu PKK. Di simpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan setelah di lakukan pelatihan. Peran ibu-ibu PKK dalam pengelolaan limbah minyak bekas pakai di harapkan di optimalkan dan di terapkan di wilayah kelurahan Lambara serta dapat turut mengedukasi keterampilan pengolahan limbah minyak bekas pakai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari pada masyarakat untuk mengurangi masalah pencemaran limbah minyak bekas pakai.

Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically the effect of media exposure, firm size, profitability on corporate social responsibility disclosure. This research was conducted in IDX-IC companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2022. Based on the purposive sampling method, the number companies used as the sample of this research were 10 companies with a research period of 10 years. Processing data using SPSS version 25.0 for windows. The results of this research indicate that partially shows that media exposure and profitability has no effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure and firm size has positive effect and significant on corporate social responsibility disclosure about 1,8%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of geography learning by teachers in forming environmentally-minded characters at SMAN 1 Pasangkayu. This research is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was all students in class XI IPS at SMAN 1 Pasangkayu, a total of 41 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires distributed directly to students, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive statistical analysis using a percentage formula. The results of the research show that the implementation of geography learning in the classroom has a total of all indicators, namely 17 assessment intervals in the (sufficient) category and research on the implementation of geography learning by teachers in forming environmentally sound character at SMAN 1 Pasangkayu has a total percentage of 67.24%. overall is in the (good) category, the total percentage is obtained from the four indicators of environmentally sound character, namely: (1) Using resources economically and implementing conservation, (2) Reusing and recycling used materials, (3) Utilizing renewable resources, (4) Controlling population density. So it can be concluded that the implementation of geography learning by teachers in forming environmentally-minded character at SMAN 1 Pasangkayu is in the good category.

Abstract

BPJS Kesehatan is a national social security program that functions to provide comprehensive health protection for the Indonesian people. The utilization of BPJS Kesehatan cards is greatly influenced by of knowledge, ease of access, and public awareness in using health services. The research was conducted to ensure relation between knowledge and the utilization of BPJS Kesehatan cards in the community at Teluk Tiram Banjarmasin Health Center in 2025. The species of research conducted was quantitative research in with an analytical survey using a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 98 people as active BPJS Kesehatan participants at Teluk Tiram Health Centre. Sampling technique is Purposive sampling. Data analysis using Univariate and Bivariate analysis tests. The Pearson Correlation test analysis stated that the p-value of the knowledge variable obtained p-value = 0.015, and perception p-value = 0.004 towards the used of BPJS Kesehatan services in Teluk Tiram Banjarmasin Health Center. The study found a relationship between knowledge and BPJS Kesehatan card utilization at Teluk Tiram Community Health Centre in 2025. The study concluded is that BPJS Kesehatan card utilization at the Teluk Tiram Community Health Centre in Banjarmasin has been optimal. The community health center is expected to continue improving outreach, education, and service quality to ensure more equitable utilization of the program.

Abstract

Postpartum Blues is a mood disorder often experienced by mothers after giving birth and can develop into postpartum depression if not detected and treated early. Lack of knowledge of mothers and families regarding postpartum mental health is one of the risk factors for this condition. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of postpartum mothers, pregnant women, and cadres regarding Postpartum Blues and conduct early screening for postpartum depression using the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS). The methods used include health education through interactive counseling, discussions, and filling out the EPDS questionnaire for postpartum mothers, pregnant women, and cadres. The target group of the activity was postpartum mothers, pregnant women, and cadres in the Gunung Samarinda Village. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of psychological changes after childbirth, the signs and symptoms of Postpartum Blues, and the importance of family and health worker support. In addition, EPDS screening helps identify mothers at risk of postpartum depression so that appropriate follow-up can be carried out. This activity is expected to be a preventive and promotive effort in maintaining the mental health of postpartum mothers, pregnant women and cadres as well as improving the quality of maternal health services in the community.   Abstrak Post Partum Blues merupakan kondisi gangguan suasana perasaan yang sering dialami ibu setelah melahirkan dan dapat berkembang menjadi depresi pascapersalinan apabila tidak terdeteksi dan ditangani sejak dini. Kurangnya pengetahuan ibu dan keluarga mengenai kesehatan mental masa nifas menjadi salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya kondisi tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu post partum, ibu hamil dan kader mengenai Post Partum Blues serta melakukan skrining dini depresi pascapersalinan menggunakan Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS). Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendidikan kesehatan melalui penyuluhan interaktif, diskusi, serta pengisian kuesioner EPDS kepada ibu post partum, ibu hamil dan kader. Sasaran kegiatan adalah ibu nifas ibu hamil dan kader yang berada di Kelurahan Gunung Samarinda. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai perubahan psikologis setelah melahirkan, tanda dan gejala Post Partum Blues, serta pentingnya dukungan keluarga dan tenaga kesehatan. Selain itu, skrining EPDS membantu mengidentifikasi ibu dengan risiko depresi pascapersalinan sehingga dapat dilakukan tindak lanjut yang tepat. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi upaya preventif dan promotif dalam menjaga kesehatan mental ibu post partum , ibu hamil dan kader serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan maternal di masyarakat.
