Abstract

The research aims to find the foundation of cooperatives in the Islamic economy as well as the role of sharia supervisory board in determining sharia cooperatives and their realization of sharia cooperative products, as well as looking at the course of sharia cooperative activities from the point of view of analysis of Islamic economic perspectives. This research method uses qualitative and descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques used in this research are using interviews, observations, and documentation. With the data source, the primary data of the interview principal data and secondary data observe the results of the realization of the implementation of sharia products provided by the sharia cooperative light madaniBinjai. The results of this study show the role of sharia supervisory board in providing advice and advice to the board and supervisors and supervising KSPPS activities to comply with sharia principles, assess and ensure the fulfillment of sharia principles on operational guidelines and products issued by KSPPS, supervise the development of new products, request a fatwa to DSN-MUI for new products that have not been fatwa.Keywords: Role, Statutory Provisions, Sharia

Abstract

This research aims to determine the selling value of food commodities and the selling value of livestock commodities in Langkat Regency. And what strategies are used to get high selling value. This research uses qualitative methods and a descriptive approach. This research shows that first, the selling value of food is not yet in line with farmers' current expectations, with fertilizer prices being expensive and limited, but the selling value is still unstable. Meanwhile, the selling value of livestock in the district is still said to be quite stable.

Abstract

This research was conducted to evaluate the impact of Murabahah financing on the performance of MSMEs, with a case study of Dilola Snack in Medan. Murabahah financing has become one of the main choices for MSMEs in meeting their working capital needs because of its transparent nature and in accordance with sharia principles. In an economic context that continues to develop, MSMEs often face challenges in accessing financing that is in accordance with Islamic values. Therefore, it is important to understand the extent to which this financing can support the growth and sustainability of small businesses. The method used in this research is observation and in-depth interviews with the owner of Dilola Snack to obtain relevant and comprehensive data. The research results show that Murabahah financing has a significant positive impact on increasing production capacity, operational efficiency and new product development. However, margin payment obligations require careful cash flow management to maintain business sustainability. Overall, Murabahah financing has been proven to support the growth of MSMEs while still complying with sharia principles.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of halal certification on increasing the number of sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises products in Binjai City. This research is field research using a quantitative approach. The population is all consumers and producers of micro, small and medium enterprises. The sample was selected using random sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The method used in this research is Quantitative with Simple Linear Regression using Two Variables. The research used is field research, primary data from questionnaires and secondary data from documentation. The population in this study was 100 people and the sample was determined using the Slovin method, namely 100 samples.In this research the author used quantitative research and analyzed it with SPSS 22. Based on the research results, the t test (partial) showed that the training program had a significant effect on increasing income. The calculated t value is 7.353 < t table (7.353 > 0.1660). Based on the regression results, it can be seen that the Needs variable has a calculated t value of 1,839 with a sig of 0.069. This means t count < t table (1,839 > 1,660). The second hypothesis states that the collateral factor has no significant effect on people's interest in borrowing money from loan sharks. Based on the regression results, it can be seen that the collateral variable has a calculated t value of 6.634 with a sig of 0.000. This means t count > t table (6.634 > 1.660). all independent variables (X1 and The R2 test results show that variable X (Independent) has an influence of 31.5% on variable Y (dependent), while the remaining 68.5% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

The research was conducted wtith the aim of analyzing the settlement of troubled murabahah financing at BPRS Rahmah Hijrah Agung Lhokseumawe. This research is a type of field research conducted in BPRS to obtain relevant data or data sources (primary and secondary) the author conducts data collection through observation, documentation and interviews. Then the data obtained were analyzed using descriptive methods. Based on the research and discussion that the author has done, it can be concluded that the factors that cause problematic murabahah financing can be caused by bank who are not careful in analyzing financing and lack of supervision after funding is given in addition it is also caused by customers who intentionally do not want to fulfill their obligations or because the customer’s business has decreased. The handling of murabahah financing is problematic in the BPRS Rahmah Hijrah Agung Lhokseumawe, namely by collecting incentives, granting warning letters or reprimand, extension of the installment period and execution of collateral. Settlement of troubled financing carried. Out by BPRS Rahmah Hijrah Agung Lhokseumawe is not contrary to islamic because in accordance with the fatwa of the national shariah council of the Indonesia ulama council in handling troubled financing BPRS provides time allowance for customers who have not been able to pay their obligations by giving an ectended period of time to pay installments for customers who fall into the category of experiencing a disaster or a business downturn but still be saved.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies in increasing sales of PT Masitoh Travel Qolbi Medan Umrah packages. The research used is qualitative. Qualitative research is a research process based on a methodology that investigates a social phenomenon and social problem, namely by creating a complex picture, including words, detailed reports from the respondent's views. The research method used is the case study method, namely research carried out by looking directly at the field. Case study is a method that explains the type of research regarding a particular object over a period of time, or a phenomenon that is determined in a place that is not necessarily the same as other research areas. The results of this research show that PT Masitoh Travel Qolbi Medan has implemented digital marketing in its Umrah marketing, but the application of digital marketing at PT Masitoh Travel Qolbi Medan in Umrah marketing is by utilizing TikToks, and social media such as Instagram, Facebook as the main support (supporting system) so that can reach a wider market, it is still considered less effective compared to marketing through the influence of the owner. With the owner's background as a religious teacher or lecturer, marketing through the owner's influence is considered more effective because many of the congregation who know PT Masitoh Travel Qolbi Medan, carry out Umrah pilgrimage trips and register at PT Masitoh Travel Qolbi Medan are the congregation who took part in the study from the PT Owner Masitoh Travel Qolbi Medan.
