Abstract

AbstrakThis research was motivated by the less active students’ in the learning process of mathematics and students understanding of mathematical concepts is still low. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the model to the understanding of mathematical concepts Treffinger students better than students in understanding mathematical concepts with conventional learning, and see the development of student activity in the learning process. This type of research is experimental research design with random on the subject. Population is a eighth grade student SMPN 1 Kubung Kabupaten  Solok. The instrument used in this study is an essay test . Data were analyzed using the test for normality, homogeneity test and t-test. From the statistical result obtained thitung = 1,713 and is larger than the ttabel =1,682 thus reject H0 which means thank H1. So, it can be concluded that the ability of understanding of mathematical concepts that students use the model Treffinger better than conventional learning eighth grade students SMPN 1 Kubung Kabupaten Solok.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of audiovisual media on the writing skills of persuasive text in class VIII Palembang State Middle School 15. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with the pretest and posttest group. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely classes VIII.5 and VIII.6. The total sample of the study was 68 students. The data collection technique used in this study was a persuasion text writing test. Data analysis techniques with statistical techniques t test using SPSS 21 computer program. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in test results between the experimental class and the control class. The average value of the initial test writing experimental class persuasion text 41.50 increased by 33.41 to 74.91. The average value of the initial test for writing control class persuasion texts 39.38 increased by 13.80 to 53.18. The results showed an increase in the experimental class was greater than the control class. The results of t-test calculations show tcount> ttable or 6.921> 2.035 with df = 66 at a success rate of 95% (0.025) because tcount is greater than ttable then Ho is rejected.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan penguasaan konsep dan berfikir kreatif bagi guru dengan metode every is a teacher here Mts, Muhammadiyah Tanjung Pura jenis kegiatan ini adalah tindakan kelas. Subjek kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah siswa dan guru yang berjumlah 38 orang. Sebelum tindakan dilakukan terlebih dahulu dilakukan observasi yang meliputi pemberian wawancara kepada kepala sekolah di peroleh dari lembar observasi. lembar tersebut diberikan sebanyak satu kali pada setiap akhir siklus. Setelah diberikan tindakan melalui metode every is a teacher here dalam tindakan kelas di laksanakan di MTs Muhammadiyah dari hasil observasi kegiatan pembelajaran pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan dibanding dengan siklus I. Pada siklus I siswa memperleh nilai 30%. Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kemampuan menguasai konsep dan berfikir kreatif bagi guru siswa yakni 85% meningkat sangat tinggi. Hal ini menunjukan bahwasa metode pembelajaran every is a teacher heremenurut guru dan siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Muhammadiyah Tanjung Pura, dianggap baik. Dengan demikian penerapan metode every is a teacher here dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan konsep dan berfikir kreatif bagi guru.
