Abstract

One of the criteria for educational products to be said to be feasible and can be used in the classroom is validity. This trial was conducted to measure the suitability of the product with the theory. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of validity of companion textbook products based on Bangkalan local wisdom, the theme of the beauty of diversity in my country. In this study, validity trials were carried out by experts and users with the aspects measured including material, language, textbook design, and culture. From the validity test on these aspects, the expert validity score was 87% and the user validity score was 94%. At the end of the validation stage, an average validity of 90% was obtained, indicating that the companion textbook product was very valid and suitable for use in the classroom.

Abstract

Pada era pasca covid, selain hasil belajar, terdapat aspek penting lain yang harus diperhatikan yaitu pembentukan karakter Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai bagaimana cara menerapkan pembelajaran blended learning berbasis pendidikan karakter pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode studi literatur, dengan mengumpulkan berbagai macam sumber relevan baik jurnal, buku, prosiding di lingkup nasional maupun internasional terkait topik yang dibahas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah blended learning dapat dijadikan solusi terbaik tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar, melainkan juga untuk membentuk karakter siswa. Untuk dapat menerapkan blended learning berbasis pendidikan karakter ini, maka diperlukan persiapan pada tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Beberapa hal yang perlu disiapkan diantaranya memodifikasi kegiatan pembelajaran, indikator, dan evaluasi agar dapat mengembangkan nilai-nilai karakter. Selain itu, dalam proses pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter, guru sebagai fasilitator harus mengemas nilai karakter tersebut agar mudah dipahami siswa, spontan, dan dapat dijadikan kegiatan rutin (pembiasaan).

Abstract

One effort to make it easier for students to understand thematic material is to include the content of their own local wisdom in learning. Unfortunately, at this time, there are no accompanying textbooks that contain local wisdom content. The purpose of this research and development is to produce a complementary textbook product based on Bangkalan local wisdom that is valid, effective, and practical to improve students' cognitive outcomes. This research procedure uses a 10-step design from Borg and Gall. The results of expert validation of the developed textbooks were 86%, while the validation from practitioners was 93%, each indicating that the products developed were classified as very valid and feasible to use. The effectiveness of the product is seen from the classical learning outcomes that is equal to 100%, indicating complete and effective learning. The practicality of the product is assessed from the average value of the student and teacher questionnaire responses, which is 93% and the observation of the implementation of teacher and student learning with the results of 94%, each of which shows very practical criteria. The results of the study indicate that the companion textbook product based on Bangkalan local wisdom that was developed is very valid, effective, and practical so that it is suitable for use in classroom learning.

Abstract

Curriculum is a very important role in education aimed at directing it in a better direction.  Curriculum  implementation  is  developed  in schools  to  suit circumstances and needs. These things are related to each other and become a reference for all parties who play a role in implementing the curriculum. The curriculum  process  includes  planning,  organizing,  implementing,  monitoring and  evaluating  in  curriculum  development.  Evaluation  as  a  measure  of curriculum achievement. Education is a human effort to improve knowledge to become better. The purpose of this article is to develop an innovative curriculum in an effort to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the urgency of HOTS in elementary school science learning, the problems in its implementation, and solutions to these problems, so that the goals of HOTS in the 21st century can be achieved. The method used is a literature study of 15 related articles to obtain information related to the objectives that have been set. The results obtained show that HOTS is very important to apply to elementary school science learning, but in its implementation there are still problems including students' lack of high-level thinking abilities, inappropriate assessments, and the use of irrelevant teaching materials. Things that can be done to solve the problem are by applying the concept of a scientific approach, changing the assessment system to an authentic assessment system, and improving the quality of teaching materials so that they are in line with HOTS and the learning objectives formulated by K13 to face the 21st century

Abstract

Currently, teachers must have the skills to create HOTS-based questions because the government, through the revised edition of the 2013 curriculum policy, states that the taxonomy of thinking is taught at all levels of education. The aim of creating HOTS-based questions is to prepare students to have logical, critical and creative thinking qualifications that are able to foster reasoning processes based on the complexity of dynamic changes in society. The process of creating HOTS-based questions is: 1) determining the goal of the questions to be achieved by students, which consists of: a) the ability to search and study information, b) connecting various information relationships, and c) applying information to solve problems, 2) creating questions that are able to develop students' reasoning abilities, which consist of various activities, namely: a) exploring, b) analyzing, c) synthesizing, d) evaluating, e) developing reasoning abilities when obtaining information, and f) critical thinking

Abstract

Media pembelajaran dapat digunakan untuk menimbulkan motivasi belajar peserta didik hinggaakhirnya dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk menganalisis studi primer terkait penggunaan media pembelajaran pada materipecahan sekolah dasar siswa sekolah dasar dari tahun 2018-2023. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode SLR (Systematic Literature Review). Pengumpulandata dilakukan dengan mendokumentasi 33 artikel yang publish dalam rentang tahun 2018-2023pada jurnal nasional sinta 1-6. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada rentang tahuntersebut, jenis media yang banyak digunakan dan terbukti berdampak positif terhadap pemahaman,hasil belajar, minat maupun focus siswa pada materi pecahan jenjang sekolah dasar adalah jenismedia visual yaitu sebanyak 19 artikel. Jenis media lainnya yang juga sering dipakai adalahmultimedia yaitu sebanyak 10 artikel. Sedangkan penggunaan jenis media audio visual masihsedikit yaitu sebanyak 4 artikel. Selain itu, belum ditemukan artikel yang menggunakan jenismedia audio

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk bahan ajar open ended terintegrasi kearifan lokal Bangkalan untuk meningkatkan penalaran matematis dan literasi budaya siswa kelas IV. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang melibatkan subjek guru dan 34 siswa kelas IVA SDN Demangan 1 Bangkalan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik angket, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data-data yang sudah terkumpul, kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sejalan dengan tujuan penelitian, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Produk bahan ajar yang dikembangkan mendapat skor 90% untuk kevalidan, rata- rata tes 84 dengan persentase jumlah siswa tuntas 88% untuk keefektifan, dan 92% untuk kepraktisan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa produk telah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan diantaranya dan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan kemampuan penalaran matematis dan literasi budaya siswa masing- masing pada skor gain 76% dengan kriteria tinggi dan 65% dengan kriteria sedang setelah menggunakan produk bahan ajar. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan jika produk layak digunakan dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matmatis dan literasi budaya siswa kelas  IV.

Abstract

Based on data from PISA, it shows that students' mathematical abilities in Indonesia are still relatively low. Therefore, improving students' mathematical reasoning abilities is a way in order to cope with those problems. This research aims to analyze research related to the mathematical reasoning abilities of elementary school students in 2018-2022, considering that a literature review on this topic has never been carried out. The type of this research is a systematic literature review. Data was collected by documenting 20 selected articles in Sinta 1-6 journals and Scopus. The results of this research revealed that topics related to mathematical reasoning abilities in elementary schools have not been widely researched in the last five years. The majority of articles discuss the characteristics and the analysis of students' reasoning abilities mapping in a group. The most widely published Sinta 3 and Scopus articles with the most researched material are geometry. The frequent type of research carried out is quantitative. Suggestions for future research are to conduct further research related to the development of mathematical reasoning abilities in elementary schools, especially on fractions and algebra materia.
