Abstract

Abstract: Issue of dental carries which is closely related to the consumption of cariogenic food, has not only become a dental health [roblem, but has also become an avid research interest in the room of scholarly research discussion. This study aimed to present an illustration of the association between cariogenic food and the occurence of dental caries in children. This was a literature review study using a descriptive research design. The electronic data base Science Technology Index (SINTA), specifically SINTA 2 and SINTA 3, was used to collect the appropriate reviewed articles, by using the entry keywords of “karies” “caries”, “karies gigi pada anak”, “dental caries in children”, “makanan kariogenik”, and “cariogenic foods”. The results obtained seven articles fitting the topics. All articles stated that consumption of cariogenic foods including sweet food, carbohydrate-rich food, and sweet drink played an important role in the occurrence of dental caries among children. In conclusion, cariogenic food contributing to dental caries issue in children included sweet and carbohydrate foods as well as soft drinks.Keywords: dental caries; cariogenic food; children Abstrak: Isu karies gigi yang lekat kaitannya dengan konsumsi makanan kariogenik tidak hanya menjadi masalah di bidang kesehatan gigi, tetapi juga telah menjadi bahan riset menarik dalam ruang diskusi kajian ilmiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan hubungan antara makanan kariogenik dengan kejadian karies gigi pada anak. Jenis penelitian ialah suatu literature review dengan desain penelitian deskriptif. Penelusuran bahan pustaka dilakukan dengan cara memasukkan kata kunci “karies” “caries”, “karies gigi pada anak”, “dental caries in children”, “makanan kariogenik”, dan “cariogenic foods” dengan memanfaatkan basis data Science Technology Index (SINTA), khususnya SINTA 2 dan SINTA 3. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan tujuh artikel yang sesuai dengan topik bahasan. Ketujuh artikel tersebut manyatakan bahwa mengonsumsi makan kariogenik yang mencakup makanan manis, berkarbohidrat maupun minuman ringan manis berandil besar tehadap kejadian karies gigi pada anak. Simpulan penelitian ini ialah makanan kariogenik yang menjadi biang masalah terjadinya karies gigi pada anak meliputi makanan manis dan berkarbohidrat serta minuman ringan.Kata kunci: karies gigi; makanan kariogenik; anak

Abstract

This study aims to find out the level of satisfaction of outpatient BPJS patients to pharmaceutical services in the pharmaceutical installation of Dr. M.M DundaLimboto Hospital which is seen based on five dimensions, namely reliability dimension, responsiveness dimension, assurance dimension, tangible dimension, and empathy dimension. The type of this research is descriptive observational quantitative with a cross sectional research approach. The sources of data in this study are BPJS Rajal patients who receive pharmaceutical services at the Pharmacy Installation of RSUDdDr. M.M, DundaLimboto, with data obtained via filling out a questionnaire for each respondent, using five assessment scores, very satisfied 5, satisfied 4, quite satisfied 3, dissatisfied 2, and dissatisfied 1. The method used in the current studywas the customer satisfaction index (CSI) method aiming at knowing the level of customer satisfaction. The results show that the satisfaction of outpatient BPJS patients to pharmaceutical services at the pharmaceutical installation of Dr. M.M DundaLimboto Hospital is 79.93% categorized as satisfied.

Abstract

Introduction: Hernias happen when an organ or tissue bulges through a weak  point in the abdominal wall. Inguinal hernias are common and may need surgery.  The present study report the overview of the risk to affect the inguinal hernia at  Aloei Saboe Hospital.Method: The research focused on patients with inguinal hernias who underwent  examinations at Aloei Saboe Hospital, in Gorontalo Province from January to  December 2022. The study used the total sampling technique, with a sample size  of 42 individuals. It was conducted in September and October 2023 at the same  hospital.Results: The data indicates that a significant portion of patients in the range of age  56-65 years (28.6%), with a majority being male (85.7%). Additionally, the  majority of patients who were not employed (19.0%) were also found to have this  condition, as well as a vast majority of those with a primary diagnosis of inguinal  hernia (88.1%).Conclusion: Most patients with inguinal hernia at Aloei Saboe Hospital are males  in the late elderly age group who are no longer working. The main diagnosis for  most patients is inguinal hernia. The study's findings suggest that the hospital can  enhance its system, particularly in archiving medical records or electronic medical  forms, to serve its patients better. Key words: Gorontalo, hernias, inguinal hernia

Abstract

Introduction: Human anatomy is a basic and challenging medical science studying the normal structure of the human body and its relationship with other body structures. However, the current anatomy learning methods must continue to be developed to make them better. This research aims to see the effect of modified anatomy Jendral playing cards on the results of the anatomical response of the musculoskeletal system in medical students.Method: This research was carried out at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, on 31 first-year pre-clinical medical students consisting of 7 men and 24 women with an average age of 18 years. The research design used is a pre-experiment method with one group pretest-posttest design where respondents will be given an intervention by playing Modified Jenderal Anatomy Playing Cards. Analysis of this research data used the Wilcoxon Test.Results: There was an increase in quiz results from 8,00 ± 12,00 (median ±interquartile range) to 36.00 ± 24.00 (median ±interquartile range), as well as the p-value of 0.000 (p-value ≤0.05).Conclusion: Playing modified anatomical jendral playing cards influences the results of medical students' Anatomy of Musculoskeletal System Practical Response Assessment. Medical teachers will use the present learning media innovation in activities reviewing anatomy practicum and using pictures Cadaver, which will be assessed to improve medical students' learning outcomes. Key words: Anatomy assessment results, anatomy cards, learning media, medical students

Abstract

The present study aims to find out the performance analysis of medical record officers at Toto Kabila Hospital. As seen from the compliance of officers to the application of standard operational procedures (SPO), the workload and the suitability of the officers' competence are by their toxics. The current study is descriptive research applying a qualitative approach. Data collection using interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of this study were 5 participants consisting of the head of medical record, inpatient coordinator, assembling coordinator, assembling officer, and filing coordinator. The results of this study indicate that compliance with the SOP implementation has not been fully implemented. The assembling section has implemented the existing SOP and the filing section has not fully implemented the SOP because the inpatient BRM storage facility is not adequate, thus slowing down the existing services. people and available a number of two people. In the filing section, 4 people are needed and there are only 3 available. A competent medical recorder understands the tasks assigned to him, compared to an officer who is not a medical recorder.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact that providing administrative workers with both rewards and punishments has on their performance, both individually and concurrently. The individuals who participated in this study were those who worked in the General Administration and Administration rooms, as well as those who worked in Administration at each polyclinic located inside Dr. M.M. Dunda Limboto Hospital. This research makes use of a quantitative methodology in its methodology. Techniques for collecting data through the use of questionnaires. Then, the method of sampling that is utilized is a combination of basic random sampling techniques and probability sampling. The descriptive data that was obtained is then subjected to multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 29. This is done after the data that was acquired has been collected. The findings of this study indicate that Reward has a positive and significant impact on the performance of administrative employees. This is evident from the fact that the t count (3.258) is higher than the t table (2.037) with a significant level of 0.03 (less than 0.05). Punishment also has a positive and significant impact on the performance of administrative employees, as evidenced by the value of the t count (3.530) with a significant level of 0.01 (less than 0.05). Furthermore, there is a simultaneous influence between Reward and Punishment on the performance of administrative employees. This is demonstrated by the fact that the F count (15.258) is higher than the F table (3.28) with a significant level of 0.01 (less than 0.05) and the R Square value obtained by 0.488. According to the chart, the effect of performance on reward and punishment accounts for 48.8 percent of the total, while the other elements are influenced by factors that are not described in this study.

Abstract

The training program for healthy heart and soul cadres in handling anxiety for hypertension sufferers aims to train cadres to provide knowledge and skills in recognizing signs of anxiety in hypertension sufferers and providing appropriate treatment to reduce the negative impact on health. Mentoring healthy heart and soul cadres aims to empower cadres who have taken the form of efforts to handle anxiety levels in hypertension sufferers. Cadre assistance is able to increase cadres' knowledge and skills in handling anxiety after an anxiety screening is carried out so that the level of anxiety can be known so that treatment can be carried out. Keywords: Cadres, Healthy Heart and Soul, Training
