Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri 1, 2, dan 3 Pujiharjo. Motivasi kerja yang baik, baik dari segi intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik, dapat meningkatkan komitmen dan produktivitas guru. Selain itu, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang memotivasi, mendukung, dan komunikatif dapat memperkuat motivasi guru serta menciptakan suasana kerja yang mendukung kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kontribusi motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru secara spesifik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada para guru dan dianalisis dengan teknik regresi berganda untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh motivasi kerja serta kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi kerja yang tinggi, baik dari aspek intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik, terbukti meningkatkan proses pengajaran. Selain itu, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif melalui dukungan, bimbingan, dan komunikasi yang baik berhasil menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan meningkatkan kinerja guru.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and employee performance on user satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods, using probability sampling techniques, namely 108 users of the Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kab. Puncak Jaya. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that competence and work discipline can increase user satisfaction, competence can increase user satisfaction, work discipline can increase user satisfaction. Suggestions to increase user satisfaction need to pay attention to emotions by prioritizing polite service, to increase competence you need to pay attention to skills by having a professional attitude and work discipline you need to pay attention to compliance with office regulations by using attributes in accordance with company regulations.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and employee performance on user satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods, using probability sampling techniques, namely 104 visitors to the Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kab.Puncak Jaya. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that service quality and employee performance can increase user satisfaction, service quality can increase user satisfaction, employee performance can increase user satisfaction. Suggestions to increase user satisfaction need to pay attention to product quality with books neatly arranged in bookshelves.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of supervision on the performance of employees at the Office of Manpower Office of Puncak Jaya City in 2023, in terms of internal and external monitoring. This research data is obtained from the method of data presentation of the results of responses of respondents (questionnaires), as well as other research results relevant to the object under study, in this case the primary data from the government agencies Manpower Office of Puncak Jaya. The statistical analysis used in this study is simple regression analysis using SPSS 22 program. The findings of this study indicate that the supervisory variables consisting of external supervision, internal and control audits significantly influence the performance of employees of the Manpower Office of Puncak Jaya City, as evidenced by the value of significance of 0.025 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how much influence service quality has on the level of community satisfaction in Tinnginabut District, Puncak Jaya Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this research were people who had interests in the Tinnginabut District, Puncak Jaya Regency and a sample of 96 people was taken. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Simple Regression Analysis. Based on simple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y= 18.347 + 0.448 is obtained. The regression coefficient value of 0.448 states that if the service quality is at the 1 unit level, then the job satisfaction value is 0.448. Based on hypothesis testing with the t test, the t-count value was 7.010 > t-table 1.986, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that partially there is a positive influence of service quality on community satisfaction at the Tinginnambut District office, Puncak Jaya Regency. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, the R value = 0.586 and the R square (R2) value is 0.343. This shows that the influence of service quality is 34.3% while the remaining 65.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

Many companies pay little attention to the Occupational Health and Safety (K3) of their employees, which can cause work accidents and health problems. This can be overcome by implementing an Occupational Safety and Health (K3) program. By creating safe and comfortable working conditions, companies can achieve quality employee performance. If these two aspects are implemented properly, employees will feel satisfied. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of K3 on employee performance, the influence of the work environment on employee performance, the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of K3 on employee performance, and the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of the work environment on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach. The population of this research is the employees of staff Dinas Tenaga kerja bagian kelistrikan Kabupaten Puncak Jaya. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and observation. The sample for this research was taken by purposive sampling, amounting to 100 manufacturing employees of staff Dinas Tenaga kerja bagian kelistrikan Kabupaten Puncak Jaya. Data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square. The variables studied were Occupational Health and Safety (K3) (X1), Work Environment (X2), Employee Performance (Y), Job Satisfaction (Z). The results of this study indicate that Occupational Health and Safety (K3) influences employee performance, work environment influences employee performance, job satisfaction mediates the effect of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on employee performance, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of work environment on employee performance.
