Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jenis produk, harga, dan merek terhadap keputusan siswa dalam pembelian laptop merek ACER di Sekolah PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang. Peserta dalam penilaian ini adalah siswa-siswi Sekolah PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang. Selama siklus peninjauan, pengujian yang bertujuan dilakukan dengan 114 siswa sebagai contoh. SPSS digunakan untuk melakukan pendekatan penelitian informasi dengan menggunakan metode relaps langsung yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa merek, harga, dan kualitas produk mempunyai pengaruh terhadap pilihan. Temuan antara menunjukkan bahwa merek, harga, dan kualitas produk berdampak pada pilihan konsumen untuk membeli.

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting bagi suatu negara. Keberadaan UMKM akan memberiakan sumbangsi terhadap peningkatan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan ekonomi suatu negara. UMKM muncul dari orang-orang yang memiliki inisitif dan keberanian dalam mendirikan usaha atau bisnis. Jumlah UMKM di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan termasuk di provinsi gorontalao khususnya di desa Bilungo. Banyak potensi yang ada di desa Bilungo yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk diolah menjadi kegiatan bisnis atau usaha. Untuk menciptakan peluang usaha baru maka diperlukan orang-orang kreatif dan inovatif dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya.Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberiakan motivasi dan juga strategi yang komprehensif kepada masyarakat agar tertatik untuk mengembangkan potensi bisnis yang dimiliki agar dapat menciptakan dan mengembangkan kegiatan usaha atau bisnis baru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, loyalitas, dan motivasi terhadap komitmen organisasi di Ikatan Guru Taman Kanak-Kanak Indonesia PGRI Se-Kecamatan Tempursari, Kabupaten Lumajang. Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis diakui dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan anggota dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada guru-guru yang tergabung dalam organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, loyalitas, dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terbukti mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan anggota, sementara loyalitas dan motivasi juga berkontribusi positif terhadap komitmen. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pemimpin organisasi mengadopsi gaya kepemimpinan yang lebih demokratis dan mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas serta motivasi para guru guna memperkuat komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana upaya pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam mengatasi masalah Stunting pada anak balita di Kabupaten Takallar, Kelurahan Somballa Bella, Sulawesi Selatan serta manfaat dari upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam mengatasi masalah stunting. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan, sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penanggung Jawab Program Gizi Kabupaten Takallar, Ketua KIA Puskesmas  Somballa Bella, Ketua PKK, Wali Nagari  somballa bella, Bidan Desa, Tokoh Pemuda, Tokoh Adat, Tokoh Agama, dan masyarakat yang memiliki anak Stunting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah telah berupaya mengatasi permasalahan Stunting di Kabupaten Takallar terkhusus di Kelurahan Somballa Bella, Sulawesi Selatan. Program tersebut seperti mendirikan pos gizi setiap nagari, mengadakan sosialisasi terkait permasalahan Stunting, dan memberikan PMT bagi ibu hamil dan balita. Namun program tersebut belum berjalan maksimal karena belum semua nagari terdapat pos gizi, hanya beberapa nagari saja. Upaya tersebut memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat yakni memberi pendidikan dan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat terkait stunting, memperbaiki dan meningkatkan status gizi anak, dan memantau pertumbuhan balita.  Kata Kunci : Penanganan, Pencegahan, Stunting

Abstract

This study examines the evolution, structure, and global dissemination of the dynamic capabilities (DC) concept within business and management literature through a comprehensive bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. Drawing on data from the Scopus database covering the period 1997–2024, the study maps co-citation relationships, keyword co-occurrence, country collaboration patterns, and thematic trends. The results reveal that Teece, D.J. remains the most influential author, anchoring the field’s theoretical development, while emerging scholars—especially from China and India—are contributing to its expansion. The United States leads international collaboration networks, followed by the United Kingdom and China. Thematic mapping indicates a core cluster focused on innovation, knowledge management, and enterprise resource management, while new clusters highlight intersections with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and sustainability. Temporal analysis shows a shift from system-based approaches toward digitally enabled and strategically integrated research. These findings demonstrate the growing interdisciplinarity, global reach, and strategic relevance of dynamic capabilities, providing valuable insights for scholars and practitioners seeking to navigate organizational adaptation in a rapidly changing business environment.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the global e-commerce industry, which is expected to reach USD 5.8 trillion by 2023, is driving companies to adopt artificial intelligence (AI)-based personalization to enhance customer experience. Leveraging big data, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP), AI personalization enables real-time, tailored interactions that have been shown to increase conversions by up to 30% and customer loyalty by up to 84%. However, issues such as data privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, and digital fatigue due to over-personalization are major challenges. This study conducts a narrative review of the impact of AI-based personalization on customer engagement and loyalty in the e-commerce context. The study integrates multidisciplinary perspectives from marketing, information technology, and consumer psychology, and synthesizes selected literature (2015–2025) from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases. The findings suggest that AI personalization enhances customer engagement through recommendation systems, NLP-based chatbots, and predictive analytics, which ultimately drives loyalty. Trust and perceived content relevance act as key mediators in the relationship, while privacy concerns and information fatigue may decrease its effectiveness. This study contributes to the development of a theoretical framework on the AI–engagement–loyalty relationship and provides practical guidance for industry players to design more ethical, transparent, and sustainable personalization strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) the influence of perceived value on behavioral intentions; (2) the influence of perceived value on consumer satisfaction; (3) the influence of consumer satisfaction on behavioral intentions; and (4) the mediating role of consumer satisfaction in the relationship between perceived value and behavioral intentions. The research population comprises all customers of Surabaya Urban Area. A total of 100 respondents were selected using a convenience sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire, and instrument validity and reliability were assessed accordingly. Hypotheses were tested through path analysis, with data processing conducted using the SPSS software. The findings indicate that: (1) perceived value significantly affects behavioral intentions; (2) perceived value significantly influences consumer satisfaction; (3) consumer satisfaction significantly affects behavioral intentions; and (4) consumer satisfaction mediates the relationship between perceived value and behavioral intentions. The study concludes that all proposed hypotheses are empirically supported.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Supplier Trust and top management involvement on enhancing Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), with a particular focus on the mediating role of Buyer–Supplier Relationships. The research was conducted among China manufacturing companies operating in East and Central Java, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a structured questionnaire to collect data from 44 participating firms. The collected data were analyzed using path analysis to assess both direct and indirect relationships among the variables. The results demonstrate that Supplier Trust and Top Management Involvement have significant and positive impacts on SCRM. Furthermore, both constructs significantly influence the quality of Buyer–Supplier Relationships. In turn, strong Buyer–Supplier Relationships are found to significantly improve the effectiveness of SCRM practices. These findings confirm the importance of fostering trust and leadership engagement at the strategic level, as well as nurturing relational mechanisms between buyers and suppliers to mitigate supply chain risks. The study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by empirically validating the mediating role of Buyer–Supplier Relationships in the link between internal trust and leadership factors and external risk mitigation outcomes. The practical implications suggest that manufacturing firms should invest in trust-building initiatives and engage top management in proactive supply chain risk strategies.

Abstract

The effective marketing of tourism products requires more than mere coordination—it demands strategic and sustained collaboration among stakeholders responsible for tourism development and those directly or indirectly engaged in tourism-related activities. The success of tourism marketing initiatives is strongly influenced by a unified understanding of the strategic role that tourism plays in driving regional economic growth. Prior to the implementation of any marketing strategy, a collective commitment is essential from all relevant parties, acknowledging tourism as a high-yield economic sector and a catalytic driver of regional development and local revenue generation. Recognizing this shared vision enables the formulation of more targeted, inclusive, and sustainable tourism marketing strategies that align with broader economic objectives.

Abstract

In the aftermath of global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic, start-up resilience has become a central concern for entrepreneurs and scholars alike. This study investigates the roles of resourcefulness, market responsiveness, and digital pivoting in shaping the resilience of start-ups in a post-crisis environment. Drawing upon a quantitative survey of 210 start-up founders across Indonesia, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS. The findings reveal that resourcefulness, market responsiveness, and digital pivoting each have a significant and positive effect on start-up resilience, with digital pivoting emerging as the most influential predictor. These results highlight the necessity for start-ups to foster dynamic capabilities and embrace digital transformation as strategic responses to environmental uncertainty. This study offers theoretical and practical implications for building adaptive capacity in start-up ecosystems, especially in emerging markets facing frequent disruptions.
