Abstract

Cincau hijau merupakan tanaman olahan kuliner dan bermanfaat bagi kesehatan. Melihat hal tersebut, permintaan cincau mengalami peningkatan, namun di Kalimantan Selatan belum dikembangkan secara luas. Kendala dalam budidaya cincau karena rendahnya peran ZPT. Purun tikus merupakan tumbuhan endemik lahan basah Kalimantan Selatan. Pemanfaatan akar untuk dijadikan PGPR diharapkan dapat merangsang pertumbuhan stek cincau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perendaman PGPR akar purun tikus dengan dosis yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan stek cincau hijau, untuk mengetahui dosis PGPR akar purun tikus yang terbaik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan stek cincau hijau. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Wahana Kalimantan, Loktabat Utara, RT. 05 RW. 02, Banjarbaru pada bulan Februari sampai Maret 2022. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 1 faktor 4 taraf perlakuan yaitu P1 (100 ml.L-1), P2 (110 ml.L-1), P3 (120 ml .L-1) dan P4 (130 ml.L-1). Dengan 5 ulangan, terdapat 20 satuan percobaan. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah waktu munculnya tunas, jumlah tunas, jumlah daun, dan lebar daun. Perlakuan dosis terbaik untuk pertumbuhan stek batang cincau berdasarkan parameter yang diamati adalah P4.

Abstract

Jasmine plant is a flowering plant that has many benefits. One of them is the basic ingredient of essential oils. This study aims to determine the effect of soaking ZPT in rice washing water and the dosage of rice washing water on the quality of jasmine cuttings. This study used a one-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with six concentrations of rice washing water, namely: P1 (ZPT Root Up 5%), P2 (Rice Washing Water 50%), P3 (Fermentation Rice Washing Water 40%), P4 (45% Rice Wash Water Fermentation), P5 (50% Rice Wash Water Fermentation), P6 (55% Rice Wash Water Fermentation), with 4 replicates obtained 24 experimental units. The parameters observed were the time of emergence of shoots, the percentage of the number of shoots, shoot length, number of roots and root length. The results obtained showed that the best concentration of immersion using rice washing water on the quality of jasmine cuttings was the fermentation treatment of rice washing water 40% and 45%.
