Abstract

Keberlanjutan sosial-ekonomi merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat penting dalam pengembangan pariwisata, apalagi di era pandemi saat ini. Faktanya pariwisata adat atau budaya menjadi pemasukan terbesar ekonomi negara-negara berkembang non-barat. Namun adanya pandemi Covid-19 membuat penurunan jumlah wisatawan mancanegara termasuk wisatawan yang menuju Indonesia. Desa Wisata Adat Osing merupakan desa wisata adat di Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang merasakan dampak dari pandemi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa atau mengkaji keberlanjutan soial-ekonomi pada Desa Wisata Adat Osing Kemiren yang kemudian dihubungkan dengan keaadaan pandemi Covid-19 saat ini. Adapun metode yang digunakan berupa deskriptif-kualitatif, dengan menambahkan analisa mengenai keberlanjutan sosial-ekonomi yang dilihat dari parameter SDGs dalam mendukung keberlanjutan. Hasil dari studi ini mendapatkan bahwa Desa Wisata Adat Osing sudah mengarah pada keberlanjutan sosial-ekonomi namun pada era New Normal ini perlu ditingkatkan strategi-strategi yang lebih mapan dalam menunjang perekonomian serta kondisi sosial masyarakat setempat agar keberlanjutan sosial-ekonomi pada desa tersebut lebih terjamin.Kata kunci: Desa Wisata Adat, Desa Kemiren, Keberlanjutan Sosial-Ekonomi, Pariwisata

Abstract

Nowadays, the high development of technologies and the density of the population demands high housing necessity. If there is no balanced between them and the environmentally concept, it will certainly cause problems to the next generation in the future. The sustainability concept in architecture is one alternative way which can be used to overcome this problem. Based on the prior theory, the traditional house applies the concept of sustainable architecture. Osing Traditional House from Osing Tribe also uses the concept. The Osing traditional house is located in Banyuwangi City. This study aims to prove the truth of the theory of sustainable architecture concept in traditional houses, especially in the Osing Traditional Houses in Banyuwangi and identify spatial patterns, structures, materials and other parameters that are considered to sustainable aspects. In the study, it was found that the Osing Traditional House includes aspects of topography, spatial patterns, structures and building materials as well as other parameters that contain to sustainable aspects. Keywords:     Sustainable Architecture, Osing Traditional House, Sustainable Aspects

Abstract

Sampangan Hamlet is part of Muncar Fishing Village, which is experiencing regional development that affects the physical condition of the environment. The changing physical condition of the environment can certainly affect the shape or settlement pattern of this fishing village. This study aims to reveal the coastal settlement pattern of Muncar Fishermen Village, where it is located in Sampangan Hamlet, Banyuwangi. The research method used is qualitative, using spatial analysis with GIS, and supporting data from documents, interviews, and field observations. The results of the study show that in the aspect of seaside settlement patterns in the form of perpendicular parallel to the sea line, while those located some distance away have a mixed pattern (grid and spinal), the use of open space there are 2 types, namely diffuse and centralized patterns, the location and orientation of settlements in the form of land space and transitions, a circulation hierarchy consisting of collective, local, and environmental, and 44.86% land use for settlements.
