Abstract

The purpose of the results of this study was to find that there were eighteen samples of male sex and twelve samples of female sex. most work thirty-one years. From the test results it was found that the results of simple linear regression were 16.607. regression direction coefficient of 0.590 states that each addition of 1% value X, then the value of Y is 0.590. the regression direction coefficient is positive. and get a significant value (p-value) of 0.004. can be concluded that job satisfaction affects the performance of employees in the company CV. Manado Independent Global Diagram. Based on the results above, the significance value is 0.004. it can be concluded that the independent variable has significant influence on the dependent variable. The results of this study can answer the hypothesis that job satisfaction is influential on the performance of CV employees. Manado Global Self Chart.

Abstract

This study aims to: To determine the influence of significant between leadership styleon employee job satisfaction the State Property Office and Auction Manado. This study usedquantitative descriptive method using a simple correlation analysis. Measurement of thepopulation in this study are employees of the State Property Office and Auction Manadototaling 40 people.The result of analysis can product moment coefficient that is equal to 0.718 whichshows the significant correlation or relationship between leadership style on employee jobsatisfaction.With the results of this means there is a leadership style had a strong influence andsignificant impact on employee satisfaction the State Property Office and Auction ManadoKeywords: leadership style, job satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACThis research is based on thoughts on relationship marketing and promotion, especially the promotionof sales to customers loyalty to the Bank. With the growing efforts of the banking industry today, the level ofcompetition between banks is increasingly competitive, each bank has a strategy to give a sense of loyalty tothe customers to choose or save the money in bank. Because with the existence of relationship marketinginnovation is one of the supporting factors such as; Trust, Familiarity, and professional awareness tocustomers. Also, promotional factors are particularly encouraging sales promotions such as: attracting newbuyers, rewarding old customers, increasing purchasing power from old customers, avoiding customers fromswitching to other brands, popularizing brands/increasing brand loyalty , Increasing short-term sales volumein order to increase long-term market share. In order to increase the customers loyalty.This activity was held at Bank Sinarmas Manado branch in order to know the relation betweenrelationship marketing and promotion to customer loyalty of Simas Gold. Besides, this research is expected tobe input to the leadership of Bank Sinarmas Manado branch and is a contribution in increasing the loyalty ofeach customer.In this research using descriptive statistical analysis deductive and inductive statistics .. Datacollection using the instrument in the form of questionnaires/interviews, observation and document studies,and for data analysis using multiple regression statistics using SPSS 16. Population in the study are all SimasGold customers at PT. Bank Sinarmas, Tbk Manado, by taking samples of 82 respondents.The results of this study to answer the hypothesis that there is a relationship between relationalmarketing and promotion of customer loyalty, with a determinant indicates 8.4% which means that the increaseor decrease in customer loyalty depends on relational marketing and promotion, the remaining 91.6% of otherfactors. Based on the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that the value of F hitungis greater than the value of F tabel (3.613> 3.11), x and the value of significance count (sig) = 0.032 is smallerthan the value α = 0.05. These results prove that simultaneously or together the relational marketing variables(X1), and promotional variables (X2) have an influence on customer loyalty Simas Gold at PT. Bank Sinarmas,Tbk Manado branch. The t-value of the relational marketing variable (X1) is smaller than the t-table value (-0.609 <1.668) and the significance value (sig.) Is greater than the required ((0.544> 0.05). These resultsindicate that the relational marketing variables do not influence predominantly to loyalty, so Ha is rejected, soH0 formulated as: relational marketing does not affect predominantly to loyalty, because the value ofsignificance is greater than  which is required with 95% confidence interval. Or 0.5. The value of t-count ofpromotion variable (X2), is greater than t-table value (2,646> 1,668) and its significance value (sig.) Is lessthan  required (0,010 <0,05). These results indicate that the promotion variable has a positive and dominantinfluence on customer loyalty Simas Gold saving at PT.Bank Sinarmas, Tbk branch Manado. This shows thatH0 is rejected, Ha accepted, so it is concluded that there is influence of promotion with customer loyalty simasgold saving. In this case also supported by the probability value of 0.010 <0.05. These results indicate thatpromotion variables dominantly affect loyalty, then H0 is rejected, so that Ha formulated as: promotiondominant influence on loyalty, because the value of significance is smaller than  required with 95%confidence interval. Abstract

Giving Policy Special Autonomy for Papua Province which is based on Law No. 21 of 2001 on the policy of this Special Autonomy in essence has the government's goal centere authority for the Papuan people to manage their own natural resources are owned and given the devolution of responsibility to promote, accelerate development both in terms of political, economic, cultural, and social welfare. Therefore, education is very important for every citizen of Indonesia. Department of Education that works must actively participate in policy implementation public services, starting with kindergarten elementary, junior high through high school/vocational school. One of the challenges faced by the Government of Papua Province, more specifically in the district of Lanny Jaya maximize the level of education of the Papuan people in addressing the issue of lagging development in various sectors in the district of Lanny Jaya, especially on the development of quality education, both natural resources and human resources, so that able to reduce the problem of underdevelopment and social welfare and creating a quality society. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of special autonomy policy in education in the District of Lanny Jaya Papua Province.This study used a qualitative design, which focused on the implementor communication, the sources of policy implementation, trends relating to the impact of dispositions, the appointment of bureaucrats and bureaucratic structures executor/organizer. The primary data obtained through observations through interviews with 10 informants consists of 6 people from relevant agencies and the 4 elements in society who are knowledgeable about education, and supported by studies related documentation. The data were processed and analyzed through the stages of categorization, data reduction, data grouping, which in turn are arranged in the form of narratives, data interpretation, and conclusions based on the arrangement of the narrative, and to verify the results of the data with the informant that is based on the conclusions.The results showed that the communication is done over emphasize internal communications in which the government should have to provide space for the community so that the implementation of policies run under Law No. 21. 2001 on special autonomy. Organizations in solving the educational bureaucracy is not in the communication to introduce and disseminate the existence and the services performed in connection with education services in the general population. Factors human resources in education both in quality and quantity still tranquility, given the lack of qualified human resources factor even sumbedaya development. Factors disposition in performing work based more responsibility as a government to run the administrative functions not serving the public do not even run a bureaucratic administrative functions for education in the interior. Bureaucratic structure which is operationally services, namely education and training section and a public service that reflects the service as contained in the basic tasks, functions and scope of activities defined, and not supported standard operating procedures (SOP) as a working guideline implementation of the special autonomy.The study concluded that the implementation of special autonomy in Papua Province District Lanny Jaya is not maximized in efforts to achieve a healthy society, cultured, qualified and independent in realizing the various aspects of the construction of more specialized education. It is recommended that education should be improved communication media such as newspapers, radio, banners, brochures and billboards about the existence of special autonomy, and need socialization of all theimplementation of the measures taken, it is necessary to do the evaluation, supervision and planning and services clear implementation of the Law on Special Autonomy for Papua. 21 in 2001. In addition, it should be added helpers bureaucracy by considering appropriate educational background with the required fields. Perluh pulah attempted to placed the public service means more strategic and easily accessible by the public. Outlines the main duties and functions based on a clear organizational structure, as well as reorganize the organizational structure with more focus on the technical and operatin standard "procedures as guidelines in implementing the policy of public services in the field of education.

Abstract

Abstract:Leadership is needed to direct or guide others or subordinate toward the achievement of anorganizational goal. To achieve these goals, required the better human resources inside company ororganization through career development activities. Currently, the employee job satisfaction is very importantnow days because it can affect the way of the company. The purpose of this research is to examine the influenceof leadership and career development to employees’ job satisfaction at PT. Bank Sinarmas, Tbk branchManado.The method used in this research is quantitative method using logistic regression model. Thepopulation is 48, total sampling is used as sampling technique in order to obtain all 48 employees as the sample.Interviews, observation, questionnaires are used in collecting data. Analysis method is using R-Squarecoefficient, Hosmer and Lemeshow test as well as hypothesis test using EXP value or ODDS ratio and ChiSquare to measure the effect of variables using SPSS 16.0 Windows.The result shows the significant value of leadership variabel is 0,035 and career development variabelis 0,01, both variables has significant influence to job satisfaction. Furthermore, the result show that leadershipand career development has significant influence as partial and simultaneous toward job satisfaction.Keywords: Leadership, Career development, Job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the performance of the State civil apparatus in the Manado CityRegional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. This research method uses descriptive qualitativemethod. Primary data obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. Secondary data is takenfrom documents, study libraries, articles of research results, and websites that support research. Researchinformants were determined using purposive sampling techniques, where informants were chosen basedon the researchers' judgment and judgment. The number of informants taken was 15 informantsconsisting of 1 person Inspectorate, leadership consisted of head of agency, head of division, head of subdivision and head of sub division as many as 6 people, community consisted of 6 taxpayers, PPAT / Notary1 person, headman of 1 person. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively through stages consistingof data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusion drawing. This article argues that theleaders? ability need to improve compliance with SCA, by providing punishment and reward that buildsquality work. The quantity of work is influenced by the quality and utilization of available time. In thecase of time usage there is an SCA that works beyond the specified working hours to complete the work.Openness and mutual trust between SCA s in the Manado City Regional Tax and Retribution ManagementAgency by freeing the SCA s to express their aspirations without any restrictions as a form of cooperation.With the collaboration, SCA is also required to be able to take responsibility according to the job desk ofeach role.Kata Kunci: Performance; State Civil Apparatus; Regional Tax; Retribution; Management
