Abstract

Small and medium industry have important role in developing manufacture industries in West Sumatra especially in food sector. Food processing industry in Padang, is potential industry to be developed. Product competitiveness is still lacking in small and medium food processing industry in Padang. The product  distribution is still difficult, this matter need to be considered for the company through the increasing performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of supply chain management toward company performance. The population in this research is small and medium industry in Padang city that operating in food processing in Padang. The sample that used is 100 small and medium industry from the entire population of 736 small and medium industry, that taken by simple random sampling and the collected data is using questionnaire. Technique analysis used  is multiple linear regression that operated by SPSS programe. Variable information sharing, long term relationship, cooperation and process integration have positive and significant influence toward supply chain management performance on company. Process integration has the biggest significant value, and then information sharing then long term relationship and cooperation. All hypothesis was accepted because the  significant value is lower than 0,05. The result of coefficient determinant is 0,318, it shows that the ability of independent variable in explaining dependent variable is 31,8%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in June 2019 at the Marine Chemistry Laboratory, Department of Marine Sciences, Riau University.The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of ash cockle (Anadara granosa) as biosorbers of zinc (Zn2+).The research was conducted by contacting zinc  and blood clam ash with the variation of concentrationof 14 × 103, 20 × 103 and 26 × 103 ppm with a maximum contact time of 24 hours.Zinc analysis performed by using atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). The results showed that the ash shells could be used as adsorption material and variations in concentration could affect the absorption of zinc metal. The optimum absorption occurs at a concentration of 14 × 103 ppm with a 24 hour contact time of 99.67%.Key word: Blood Calm Seashell, Adsorbent, Zinc, Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of ownership structure, board attributes, and bankcruptcy risk indicators on the timeliness of financial reporting with IFRS comvergence as a moderating variable. The independent variables used in this study are the foreign ownership, institutional ownership, board size, independent board membership, gender diversity, and bankcruptcy risk indicators. While the dependent variable used in this studyis the timeliness of financial reporting an IFRS convergence as the moderating variable in this study.The population in this study consist of mining companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2021. Purposive sampling is used to as the sampling method. This study uses panel data regression to examine ownership structure which consists foreign ownership and institutional ownership, board attributes which consists board size and independent board membership, gender diversity and bankcruptcy risk indicators on the timeliness of financial reporting and testing the moderating variable using the Moderated Regression Analysis.The results show that foreign ownership, board size, and bankcruptcy risk indicators have a significant effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, while institutional ownership, independent board membership, and gender diversity have no significant effect on the timeliness of financial reporting. IFRS convergence does not moderate the relationship that exist between foreign ownership, institutional ownership, board size, independent board membership, gender diversity, and bankcruptcy risk indicators with the timeliness of financial reporting.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi di SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Baru, bahwa LKPD yang digunakan selama ini isinya masih belum dirancang untuk peserta didik menemukan dan menerapkan idenya sendiri. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD), sehingga peneliti berinisiatif untuk mengembangkan LKPD berbasis discovery learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD berbasis discovery learning pada materi kalor di SMP. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang mengadopsi pengembangan ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation) dengan modifikasi, tanpa tahapan implementasi dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelayakan pengembangan LKPD berbasis discovery learning yang dinilai oleh ahli media berada pada kategori layak (0,80 ± 0,05) dan ahli substansi materi juga berada dalam kategori layak (0,81± 0,07), serta respon peserta didik terhadap LKPD berbasis discovery learning berada dalam kategori sangat menarik (0,82 ± 0,07). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis discovery learning dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di SMP.

Abstract

This Integrity is one of the important values integrated in learning. In the value of integrity, there is an aspect of responsibility that exists in a student. This study describes the learning process carried out by teachers related to the character of responsibility and describes the character of student learning responsibility in grade V SDN 39 Pontianak Kota. Descriptive qualitative is the method in this study. Observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentatuon were used as data collection techniques. Data analysis using interactive analysis of the Milles and Hurberman model. The data validity check techniques used are credibility, transfermability, dependability, and comfirmability tests. The implementation of learning that is carried out has brought out the character of learning responsibility in it. This can be seen in the lesson plans made by teachers including the value of responsibility, the selection of learning methods supports the cultivation of responsibility, namely by providing assignments and questions, classroom conditioning and classroom management as well as assessment and evaluation of learning related to the character of responsibility carried out by the teacher. The character of student learning responsibility in class V is already available in the learning process but with different levels. This is seen based on indicators of responsibility, namely doing tasks and homework well, being responsible for every action, picketing according to a predetermined schedule, doing group tasks together. A total of 4 people with medium responsibility category, 21 with high responsibility category and 5 people with very high responsibility category.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Sekolah Dasar Islam Assidiqiyah Ciledug. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 56 responden yang merupakan guru di Sekolah Dasar Islam Assidiqiyah Ciledug. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara disiplin kerja, iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja

Abstract

Individuals, as bystanders, can reduce bullying by engaging in prosocial behavior toward victims. However, many students either side with the perpetrator or passively observe. This study aims to explore the factors influencing prosocial bystander behavior in bullying situations among students at 'X' Maros Junior High School. Using a mixed-method approach (quantitative and qualitative), the study involved 263 students aged 12–15 years who had witnessed bullying. Instruments used included a prosocial behavior questionnaire, a vignette, and open-ended questions. The findings revealed that most bystanders in Maros Junior High School were actively engaged in all stages of prosocial behavior, including stopping the perpetrator, reporting to a teacher, and offering social support to the victim. The factors influencing prosocial behavior were both personal/psychological and situational. Personal factors included attitudes toward bullying, empathy, emotional involvement, risk perception, religiosity, victim attribution, self-efficacy, and conformity. Situational factors included the relationship with the perpetrator or victim, the presence of other bystanders, and the severity of the bullying. Moreover, the study highlights the importance of promoting empathy and emotional involvement as key factors in encouraging bystanders to act. The presence of peers also plays a critical role in influencing whether bystanders intervene. These findings offer valuable insights for developing strategies to encourage adolescents to intervene and support peers who are victims of bullying. The research contributes to the creation of effective anti-bullying programs by emphasizing the role of both personal and situational factors in shaping prosocial bystander behavior.
