In order to improve the quality of education at a level of education a strong leader is needed and the implementation of good supervision. The study of school success shows that the principal is the person who determines the focus and atmosphere of the school, therefore the success of the school is a school that has a successful leader. School leaders are those who are described as people who have high expectations of staff and students,school leaders are those who know a lot about their tasks and who determine the atmosphere for their school.

The value and benefits of the school library as a learning resource do not mean anything for teaching if its existence is not utilized optimally, so this requires the attention of students and teachers to better utilize it. To obtain maximum learning outcomes students must enhance interaction with these learning resources. Thus students should have high motivation and creativity to use the school library as a source of learning so that it becomes a positive habit in themselves. In addition through the school library students can educate themselves on an ongoing basis.

Education is a process of humanization through the appointment of human beings to the human level. That is, education is to bring people out of ignorance, by opening the actual-transcendent veil of human nature (humannes). The learning process also requires efforts to understand how individuals are different from others (individual differences). On the other hand, understanding how to be human like other humans (equality in specieshood or humanes). The educational process should provide an inside out place for self-empowerment based on one's own paradigm, character and motives. With self-awareness and self-insight, students can "connect" with themselves and have a deeper understanding of themselves.

The better the education of a nation, the better the quality of a country, which is a general assumption regarding a nation's education program. In fact, education describes the group activities of a group of teachers and other educational personnel carrying out education in collaboration with interested people. In essence, education has the principles of movement in matter, interaction, innovation and ideals. Education in the individual's view is the cultivation of the wealth or potential that exists in each individual so that it is useful for the individual himself and can be presented to society. Meanwhile, in the community's view, it is the inheritance of culture and the development of potential. The above illustrates that advanced education is supported by good and superior resources, both planning, management and development of human resources in educational organizations. Management of organizational human resources is very dependent on the quality of the people in it, organizational leadership is the starting point of change where a pattern of leader behavior attempts to influence others to achieve the goals set in education.

These archives need to be managed well because every activity in an educational institution is always related to archives. Archives have an important role in the process of presenting data to leaders in making decisions and formulating policies, therefore in order to present complete, fast and correct information there must be good work systems and procedures in the field of archives
