Abstract

The study was administered at Private Islamic elementary school Pekanbaruwhich aimed to obtain objective data, factual, accurate and systematic regarding implementation Program as an attempt to shake the character building students of private Islamic elementary school Pekanbaru. Character is life mustika what distinguishes man from other creatures. Given the urgent and fundamen character, then the educational institution has a responsibility to incorporate them to the students in the school environment in general and in the process of learning, especially in order to form human character with various policies set out in the program within the school and the learning process. This study is a qualitative research case study type with a naturalistic approach in which researchers describe the study and case studies related to implementation Program as an attempt to shake the character building students of private Islamic elementary school Pekanbaru by direct observation, interview and documentation as data collection techniques. As for the informant is the head master, deputy superintendent of curriculum, deputy head of the student, the teacher and studens in grade five. The results of study showed that implementation Program as an attempt to shake went well with the pattern of habituation and modeling, but there is no planned evaluation and follow-up of the school. Abstract

Teachers are professionals who are tasked with planning and implementing the learning process, assessing the results of learning, guiding and training, and conducting research and community service. There are a number of things that cause low public recognition of the teaching profession, namely the low level of professional competence,teacher mastery of the material and teaching methods are still below the standard. Thepurpose of this study was to determine the role of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in the thematic learning process and find out what are the factors that support the role of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in the thematic learning process.Qualitative descriptive research (naturalistic approach) from January to June2018 in Private Islamic Madrasah in Pekanbaru City. Data collection technique;nonparticipant observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is reduction,display, and conclusion drawing / verification and source and technique triangulation.The results are indicated by the job description of the teacher in carrying out their duties as they should be able to increase the teacher's role in thematic learning,both in professional, social, personality, and pedagogic competence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Kubang Jaya Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan, mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peran dan tindak lanjut orang tua dalam membentuk akhlak islami anak. Menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif jenis studi kasus (case study) dengan pendekatan naturalistic. Informannya seluruh warga desa Kubang Jaya yang memiliki anak usia Sekolah Lanjutan Tingkat Pertama dengan teknik purposive sampling. Peneliti sebagai human instrument. Teknik pengumpulan data; observasi nonpartisipan, wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Kemudian, teknik analisis data meliputi data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification, serta triangulasi sumber dan teknik sebagai penguji keabsahan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan anak memiliki akhlak terpuji yang sesuai dengan ajaran agama Islam, terjalinnya hubungan emosional, kerjasama, informasi dan komunikasi yang baik antara orang tua dan anak, cara orang tua dalam membentuk akhlak anak dengan kondisioning (kebiasaan) dan pengertian (insight), serta dengan menggunakan model atau contoh secara langsung dan perhatian orang tua terhadap anak kini lebih banyak lagi dari sebelumnya, baik itu dalam cara anak berperilaku maupun dalam bidang pendidikannya. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan orang tua lebih meningkatkan perannya dalam penanaman nilai – nilai keagamaan anak dan  memberikan tanggung jawab kepada anak sesuai dengan kemampuannya dengan pengawasan terhadap pergaulan anak tersebut.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan pandangan Islam terhadap pemberian susu formula kepada anak, yang mana dianjurkan kepada setiap ibu untuk memberikan ASI kepada anaknya secara langsung. Kalaupun si Ibu atau anak tersebut tidak dapat memberi atau menerima ASI yang dikarenakan beberapa faktor yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam, maka anak boleh diberikan susu formula dengan catatan tidak ditemukan lagi ibu susuan (Wanita lain yang diupahkan untuk menyusui anak), karena pemberian ASI pada anak merupakan bagian paling dasar bagi perkembangannya sehingga tumbuh secara alami. Merupakan suatu kebahagian dan kebanggaan bagi ibu dan anak yang memperoleh ASI sehingga terciptanya hubungan yang sangat erat pada perkembangan jiwa, mental dan spiritual si buah hati.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out whether there was a significant effect of work climate and achievement motivation on teachers’ performances of State Islamic Junior High School in Pekanbaru. Used correlation method with quantitative approach. The total number of respondents was 30 teachers. Technique of collecting the data used observation, questionnaire and documentation. Technique of analyzing the data used qualification test which consists of normality test, linearity and homogeneity test, and hypothesis test which was done by using simple correlation analysis, multiple correlation and determination analysis (R2) which entirely used SPSS version 22.0. The result showed that work climate gave effects on teachers’ performances of Islamic State Junior High School in Pekanbaru which was at a very strong category was 0.989, achievement motivation gave effects on teachers’ performances of Islamic State Junior High School in Pekanbaru which was at a very strong category was 0.993. Furthermore, work climate and achievement motivation simultaneously gave effects on teachers’ performances of Islamic Junior High School which was at a very strong category was 0.994. If work climate and achievement motivation increase, teachers’ performances of Islamic State Junior High School in Pekanbaru will be higher. Conversely, if the work climate and achievement motivation decrease, teachers’ performances of Islamic State Junior High School in Pekanbaru will be lower. From these results, it is expected that teachers can maintain and enhance their performance in completing the tasks optimally.

Abstract

In educational institutions, one of the factors that influences the quality of the educational institution is the performance of the head of administration. Among the duties of the head of administration is managing letters and archives. The Head of Administration plays an important role in managing archives. These archives need to be managed well because every activity in an educational institution is always related to archives. Archives have an important role in the process of presenting data to leaders in making decisions and formulating policies, therefore in order to present complete, fast and correct information there must be good work systems and procedures in the field of archives

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions such as madrasas often experience delays and data errors in grade processing and report preparation because administrative processes are still carried out manually. This study aims to automate grade recaps and academic report generation by applying artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the efficiency and accuracy of educational management. The methods used include needs analysis in one Islamic high school (MA), AI-based system design, and implementation of a machine learning module for grade analysis. This trial was conducted in one Madrasah Aliyah (MA) with 150 student grade records collected between July and December 2024 and 20 teaching and education staff. The test results showed that the average grade recap time was reduced from approximately 2–3 days to only 8–10 minutes (≈97%), academic report generation from 3–5 days to 1–2 hours, and the input error rate decreased by more than 90%. A total of 85% of teaching and administrative staff stated that the system was very helpful in their work. These findings confirm that AI integration significantly improves the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of Islamic educational administration while making an important contribution to the madrasah digitalization agenda. This research is expected to make a tangible contribution to the digitalization of Islamic education through the use of AI technology. Although the prototype was demonstrated at a single institution, its modular architecture illustrates a novel adaptation of AI in Islamic educational administration.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Fadhilah Pekanbaru yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui hal – hal yang terkait dengan penanaman nilai – nilai karakter sebagai upaya pencegahan tiga dosa besar pendidikan di SDIT Fadhilah Pekanbaru. Menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif jenis studi kasus dengan pendekatan naturalistic. Informannya seluruh warga sekolah dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data; observasi nonpartisipan, wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Kemudian, teknik analisis data meliputi data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification, serta triangulasi sumber dan teknik sebagai penguji keabsahan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan sekolah melakukan pembiasaan penanaman sikap Empati dan menjungjung tinggi sikap saling menghormati, menghargai, dan mengasihi semua warga sekolah; Adanya pelaksanaan program mushafahah (Bersalaman) yang dilakukan sebelum aktivitas pembelajaran dilaksanakan; Adanya program pendidikan karakter setiap pagi Jum’at yang dalam pelaksanaannya berupa  Yasinan dan Do’a bersama; Motivasi diri dari kepala sekolah; dan Pembacaan Poin Pelanggaran; Adanya Sosialisasi anti bullying di sekolah bersama organisasi yang memiliki perhatian lebih terhadap perundungan/bullying; Kegiatan mengaji pagi yang merupakan Implementasi Pelajar Pancasila yang pertama Beriman, Bertakwa Kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan berakhlak Mulia, serta adanya edukasi mengenai kekerasan seksual. Maka diharapkan pihak sekolah, para peserta didik dan orang tua saling bekerjasama dalam mencegah terjadinya tiga dosa pendidikan.
