Abstract

This research purposed to get know about how tourist response to the traditional culinary the tourist villagge Bokor sub-distric west rangsang regency archipelago meranti, Riau ProvinceThis research used qualitative desciptive method to analyze the problems. The sample in this research are 50 samples by using accidental sampling. And then the technique to collected data in this research are using questionnaire, interview, and observation. And it was using likert scale to know the length of intervals.Based on the research results, the tourist response about traditional culinaryin bokor village rangsang barat sub-district kepulauan meranti regency was in four step, there were looking the preparation, how to make, presenting and have the food.Keywords : tourist response, traditional culinary, the tourist villagge Bokor

Abstract

Barium titanat (BaTiO3) dengan struktur kristal prerovskite tetragonal telah dikenal bersifat material ferroelektrik. Material ini telah banyak digunakan dalam aplikasi di bidang elektronik seperti sensor, transduccers, infrared detector dan multi layer ceramic capacitor (MLCCs). Hai ini dikarenakan barium titaniat lebih ramah lingkungan, memiliki temperature curie (Tcurie ) yang lebih rendah daripada material dielektik lain, dan memiliki konstanta dielektrik yang tinggi. Untuk meningkatkan peforma barium titaniat, diperlukan partikel barium titaniat yang berukuran nano. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini barium titaniat nano partikel distensis dengan menggunakan metode proses prekursor dengan plup merang (oryza sativa) sebagai template. Variasi temperatur kalsinasi (700 0c, 900 0c,1100 0c) dan konsentrasi perkursor (o,1 m dan 0,07 m) dilakukan untuk mengetahuipengaruh temperatur kalsinasi dan konsentrasi perkursor terhadap kristalisasi dan ukuran partikel barium titaniat. Berdasarkan hasil XRD, di ketahui bahwa pada temperatur kalsinasi 700 0c barium titaniat telah berbentuk dan seiring dengan peningkatan tempertatur kalsinasi, kristalisasi barium titaniat juga meningkat. Berdasarkan hasil SEM diketahui bahwa serbuk barium titaniat hasil sintetis telah berukuran nano. Dengan menurunkan konsentrasi prekursor menjadi 0.07 m, didapatkan sebuk barium titaniat yang lebih kecil bila dibandingkan dengan serbuk yang disintetis menggunakan konsentrasi prekursor 0.1 m.

Abstract

Coal fly ash (CFA) is the waste of coal usage that requires serious attention on handling because it is have the large quantity and containing a dangerous substances for environmental. The interesting method of waste processing of CFA is using CFA as zeolite raw material because CFA have a rich silicate and alumina. In this study, CFA is used as a raw material for zeolite synthesis nanoporous (ZSM-5) so that expected could be a solution for waste processing of CFA and also could be deliver a valuable materials that needed on many applications. Based on the result of characterization XRD and SEM, was known that structure of ZSM-5 and other zeolites (Na12Al12Si12O48.27H2O and Na0,3Al2,564Si100O203,996) have been successfully synthesized on hydrothermal processing at temperature of 97°C and the pressure of 1,3 bar.

Abstract

Associated with the function of the local tax, the local government of Ponorogo need to better exploit the resources of local taxes to increase tax compliance in Ponorogo in paying local taxes. Tax compliance in paying taxes can be determined by factors such tax knowledge to yourself taxpayer, the taxpayer awareness, the quality of tax service, as well as the penalties for taxpayers who commits an offense. This research aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness, quality of taxation services and tax sanctions simultaneously to the taxpayer compliance in paying other local taxes in Ponorogo Regency. The population of this research is all taxpayers with a sample of 148 taxpayers. The sampling procedure used in this study is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires that have passed the validity and reliability tests. Test the regression requirements using the classic assumption test. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analyses with absolute difference tests and hypothesis testing conducted through Test T and Test F. The results of this study show that: 1) Tax knowledge positively affects the taxpayer's tax compliance in paying other local taxes in Ponorogo Regency. 2) Taxpayer awareness positively affects the taxpayer's tax compliance in paying other local taxes in Ponorogo Regency. 3) Tax service quality positively affects the taxpayer's tax compliance in paying other local taxes in Ponorogo Regency. 4) Tax sanctions positively affects the taxpayer's tax compliance in paying other local taxes in Ponorogo Regency. 5) Tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness, quality of taxation services and tax sanctions simultaneously influences to the taxpayer compliance in paying other local taxes in Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the impact of implementation of SA 600 on shifting of audit clients and reducing of audit quality in Indonesia. SA 600 was issued in 2013 in order to mitigate the problem of audit failure in group entities where the group auditor is responsible for the entire audit process, particularly the audit quality in component entities or subsidiaries. In its implementation, SA 600 has received several complaints related to audit quality and shifting of audit clients. The research method is using primary data from questionnaires that was distributed to auditors and focus group discussions with auditors and users. The respondents of this research are 367 auditors of which 63% were audit partners. This research found that SA 600 can improve audit quality when its implementation is carried out according to audit standards. However, the implementation of SA 600 has an impact on the shifting of component or subsidiary company clients which move to the group or parent company auditors.

Abstract

Bantalan bola pompa pelumas sebuah turbin gas mengalami kegagalan pada awal operasi. Bola bantalan tidak bisa berputar, terdapat indikasi pemanasan berlebihan pada ring dalam dan luar. Penyebab kegagalan bantalan dianalisa dengan pemeriksaan visual, analisis komposisi kimia, analisis struktur mikro, dan uji keras. Efek pemanasan berlebihan ditunjukkan oleh warna permukaan yang lebih gelap pada ring luar dan dalam akibat gesekan dengan bola. Komponen ring luar dan bola terbuat dari material yang sama yaitu JIS G4805 Grade SUJ1, setara dengan ASTM A485 Grade 1. Struktur mikro ring luar dan bola dari bagian tidak rusak relatif sama, yaitu martensit temper dan partikel karbida. Struktur mikro martensit temper dan partikel karbida pada ring luar dan bola yang mengalami kerusakan parah berubah menjadi bongkahan karbida pada lokasi kontak. Kekerasan komponen bantalan yang tidak rusak diuji untuk menjadi acuan nilai kekerasan awal material. Kekerasan awal bola adalah 435 VHN, ring dalam adalah 249 VHN, dan ring luar adalah 742 VHN. Kekerasan ring dalam jauh lebih rendah dari ring luar akibat pemanasan berulang menggunakan welding torch pada waktu pemasangan dan pelepasan bantalan ke dan dari poros. Temperatur pemanasan diduga mencapai temperatur 650. Kekerasan ring luar yang mengalami kerusakan parah adalah 756 VHN, dan bola yang rusak parah adalah 480 VHN. Kekerasan yang meningkat adalah akibat terbentuknya gumpalan karbida karena ada karbon dari sisa grease yang berdifusi ke dalam ring luar ketika terjadi gesekan antara bola dan ring luar. Penyebab utama kerusakan bantalan bola tersebut adalah keteledoran operator yang tidak menambah grease setelah pemanasan ketika memasang poros ke bantalan. Pemanasan tersebut akan menguapkan grease dan menghilangkan efek lubrikasinya, sehingga bola tidak bisa berputar, dan akhirnya terjadi gesekan relatif antara bola dengan ring dalam dan ring luar. Penyebab ini didukung oleh data temperatur stabilitas grease (sekitar 110), yang mendekati temperatur maksimum pemanasan yang diijinkan oleh pabrik pompa, yaitu 93.

Abstract

Hydraulics tubing austenitic stainless steel 316L for offshore instrument was failed due to pitting corrosions attack. This research aims to determine the root causes of tube leakage by visual examination of new and failed tube, scanning electron microscope (SEM) examination, deposits analysis by energy dispersive spectroscope (EDS), and microstructural analysis by light microscope. The examination results show that pitting corrosions were originated from surface defects as residences for deposit and marine growth. Pitting corrosions form a tunneling underneath the surface which one of the characteristic of sulpfhur reduced bacteria (SRB) corrosion. This conclusion is also supported by high sulphur concentration in surface deposit as a results of bacteria metabolisms and formation of FeS compound. Crevice corrosion also contributed to pitting formation because critical crevice temperature of 316L tubing material is around 10oC, lower than the service environment temperature. These two corrosion modes may occur separately or combined. Surface defects might be originated from improper handling, storage, or during construction, which induce scratches on tubing surface. To prevent pitting corrosion reoccurence, it is recommended to use fire retardant polyurethane thermoplastic rubber sheathing stainless steel 316L tube or superduplex stainless steel tube material which critical crevice temperature is 35˚C.

Abstract

Barium titanate (BaTiO3) with perovskite tetragonal crystal structure is known as ferroelectric materials. Recently, this material is widely used in electronic industry such as sensor, transducer, infrared detector and Multi Layer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) because barium titanate is more environmental friendly, the T curie of barium titanate is lower than the other dielectric materials and it has a high dielectric constant. Nanoparticle size of barium titanate is needed to improve the it’s performance. Conventional method of material synthesizing usually produces impurities from ball milling process and the particle size of material is not in nano size. This experiment, we synthesize barium titanate using precursor process method with pulp of rice straw (Oryza sativa) as a template. Variation in calcination temperature (700°C, 900°C, 1100°C) and precursor concentration (0.1 M and 0.07 M) was conducted to get information about the influence of calcination temperature and precursor concentration to the cristallinity and particle size of barium titanate. XRD result showed that barium titanante was already formed in 700ºC calcination temperature and has its optimum temperature on 900ºC. As the concequence of rising of calcination temperature, cristallinity of sample was increased. SEM images showed that particle size of sample was already in nano size. Meanwhile, as the result of decreasing of precursor concentration, the particle size of sample was decreased. Hal ini dikarenakan barium titanat lebih ramah lingkungan, memiliki T curie yang lebih rendah daripada material dielektrik lain, dan memiliki konstanta dielektrik yang tinggi. Partikel barium titanat yang berukuran nano diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Metode konvensional dalam memproses material seringkali menimbulkan pengotor yang berasal dari proses ball milling serta ukuran partikel yang didapatkan belum mencapai nano. Dalam penelitian ini, partikel titanat berukuran nano partikel disintesis dengan menggunakan metode proses prekursor dengan pulp merang (Oryza sativa) sebagai template. Variasi suhu kalsinasi (700°C, 900°C, 1100°C) dan konsentrasi prekursor (0,1 M dan 0,07 M) dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu kalsinasi dan konsentrasi prekursor terhadap kristalinitas dan ukuran partikel barium titanat. Hasil XRD menunjukkan bahwa pada suhu kalsinasi 700ºC barium titanat telah terbentuk dan temperatur optimum pada 900ºC. Seiring dengan peningkatan suhu kalsinasi, kristalinitas barium titanat juga meningkat. Hasil SEM menunjukkan serbuk barium titanat hasil sintesis telah berukuran nano. Dengan menurunkan konsentrasi prekursor menjadi 0,07 M, didapatkan serbuk barium titanat yang lebih kecil bila dibandingkan dengan serbuk yang disintesis menggunakan konsentrasi prekursor 0,1 M.Kata kunci : barium titanat, nano partikel, pulp Oryza sativa, metode proses prekursor
