Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini disajikan analisa penerapan SMK3 dan tingkat resiko sumber bahaya kecelakaan di PT Lotus Indah Textile Industri. Penilaian penerapan SMK3 berdasarkan Permenaker No.5/Men/1996 yaitu terdapat 12 kriteria audit SMK3 yaitu pembangunan dan pemeliharaan komitmen, strategi pendokumentasian, peninjauan ulang disain dan kontrak, pengendalian dokumen, pembelian, keamanan kerja, standar pemantauan, pelaporan dan perbaikan kekurangan, pengelolaan material dan pemindahannya, pengumpulan dan penggunaan data, pemeriksaan sistem manajemen, pengembangan keterampilan dan kemampuan. Sedangkan penilaian resiko sumber bahaya dibagi dalam 4 tingkat yaitu resiko ekstrim, resiko tinggi, resiko sedang dan resiko rendah. Hasil analisis perhitungan tingkat sumber bahaya diperoleh hasil jumlah sumber bahaya di PT Lotus Indah Textile Industri adalah 19 sumber bahaya, dengan level bahaya rendah 57,89%, level bahaya sedang 36,84%, level bahaya tinggi 5,26%, dan level bahaya ekstrim 0%. Kriteria implementasi terdiri dari 12 kriteria sesuai permenaker. Hasil identifikasi pencapaian implementasi SMK3 adalah level implementasi 0% - 59% adalah 16,67% (dua criteria), level implementasi 60% - 84% adalah 58,33% (7 kriteria), level implementasi 85% - 100% adalah 25% (3 kriteria). Rerata pencapaian implementasi SMK 3 adalah 70,74%. In this reserch is presented by analysis applying of SMK3 and risk level of source of accident danger in  PT Lotus of Industrial Textile. Assessment of applying of SMK3 pursuant to Permenaker No.5/Men/1996 that are 12 criterion make an audit of SMK3 that is development and conservancy of comitment, documentation strategy, review designed and contract, operation of document, purchasing, safety work, monitoring standard, reporting and repair of insuffiency, management of material handling, gathering and usage of data, inspection of management system, skilled development and ability. While assessment of risk of source of danger divided into 4 level:  that is risk of extrim, high risk, medium risk and low risk. Result of analysis calculation of level of source of danger obtained by result of amount of the source of danger in PT Lotus of Industrial Textile is 19 source of danger, with low danger level 57,89% danger level medium, 36,8% high danger level, 5,26%, and extreme danger level 0%. Implementation criterion consist of 12 criterion according to permenaker. Result identify attainment of implementation of SMK3  implementation level 0-59% is 16,67% (two criteria), implementation level 60-84% is 58,33% (7 criterion), imple-mentation level 85-100% is 25% (3 criterion). Average attainment of implementation of SMK3 is 70,74%.

Abstract

Ketidakseimbangan beban pada suatu sistem distribusitenaga listrik selalu happing disebabkan oleh beban3 fasa induktif. Pengaruh ketidakseimbangan beban tersebut muncul menyebabkan perubahan frekuensi generatordiesel. Hal inidisebabkan governor listrik tidak dapatmengisi bahan bakar pada generator diesel, frekuensi yang rendah menyebabkan output generator rendah dan juga banyak alat listrik yang menjadi rusak/buruk. Untuk membuat generator diesel navigasitol set bekerja dengan baik maka governor listrik dioperasikan dengan menggunakan Fuzzy Logic yang dapat membuat konstan frekuensi.   Kata kunci: Mikrokontroler, logika fuzzy/fuzzy Logic, governor listrik   ABSTRACT   Unbalanced loadon a power distribution system is alwayshapping caused byinductive loads 3 phase. Abstract

Kelompok nelayan Sedati saat ini mengandalkan kapal ikan 1 GT untuk menangkap ikan di lautan. Mayoritas kapal yang dimiliki oleh nelayan sudah berbahan fiber. Saat ini nelayan masih membeli kapal Fiber dari galangan kapal dengan harga yang relatif mahal. Dengan Pendapatan harian nelayan yang tergolong kecil, tentu hal ini akan menyulitkan nelayan untuk memiliki kapal sendiri. Oleh karenanya Nelayan perlu dibekali keahlian dalam pembuatan kapal berbahan Fiber, agar bisa membuat kapal sendiri secara gotong royong. Kegiatan pelatihan kapal berbahan Fiber diperuntukkan bagi kelompok nelayan di Kecamatan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pelatihan terdiri dari teori penggunaan kapal Fiber yang baik dan benar, teori perawatan dan perbaikan kapal fiber, teori pencampuran bahan fiber di kapal serta praktek pembuatan kapal di Kampus Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya.

Abstract

In order to implement the community service program, we have carried out activities at SMKN 1 Sidayu, Gresik, with the aim of increasing the capacity and skills of staff, employees and students. During this activity, various training and workshops were held, ranging from developing technical skills to improving soft skills. Active participation from all parties, including staff, employees and students, really supports the smoothness and success of this program. We hope that the results of this service activity can provide long-term benefits for SMKN 1 Sidayu, as well as encourage the progress and development of the institution in the future. Thank you for the cooperation and enthusiasm shown by the entire SMKN 1 Sidayu community during the implementation of this program. Technician competency training is able to design detector control panels. The working mechanism of this gas leak detection device, in principle, involves 3 types of gas sensors with different types as indicators of comparison of sensitivity levels. There were 2 tests carried out, namely using lighter gas and smoke, the type of smoke used was cigarette smoke and lighter smoke with a time limit of 15 seconds. The distance between the gas cylinder and the prototype device is kept close to make it easier for the instrument to detect gas accurately. The gas sensors used are the MQ2, MQ3 and MQ5 gas sensors.
