Abstract

The City of Pekanbaru provides many accommodation places with fairly good facilities, with a strategic location and abundant varities. Many types of accommodation have developed in Pekanbaru City, one of which is a five-star hotel, especially the Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru which is a four-star hotel. This study aims to determine the implementation of the washing cycle in the laundry section at the Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. This study relates the application of the washing cycle to the elements of Flush, Break, Suds, Carryover Suds, Bleach, Rinse, and Extract. This study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach to describe and explain the situation that occurs by collecting data and information in the field. The sources of informants in this study were the Manager, Supervisor, and Laundry Attendant at the Laundry Section of the Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. In this study, the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of services has been carried out based on the relevant Washing Cycle by paying attention to the elements of Flush, Break, Suds, Carryover Suds, Bleach, Rinse, and Extract. Abstract

The city of Tanjung Balai Karimun has a good tourism potential, with a strategic location and rich culture. Many types of tourism industry are developing in the city of Tanjung Balai Karimun, one of which is culinary tourism, most of them are coffee shops or cafes which are growing rapidly. This research aims to determine the implementation of a barista's duties in carrying out services at PotoCoffee Milkshake Tanjung Balai Karimun. This research is in correlation to service delivery with some aspects such as speed, accuracy, friendliness and skill. This research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach to describe and explain the situation that occurs by collecting data and information in the field. The key informants in this research are the Manager, Supervisors, Barista and customers at PotoCoffee Milkshake Tanjung Balai Karimun. In this research, the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research affirms that the implementation of services has been carried out based on Standard Operating Procedures related to speed, accuracy, friendliness, and barista skills itself. Keywords: Implementation, Service, Barista, Karimun Regency.

Abstract

Bengkalis Regency has a potential tourist attraction.One of the attractions that have great potential is Marine Tourism in North Rupat District. So many tourists visit bengkalis district to enjoy the tourist attraction in bengkalis one of them is North Rupat District which has a long beach about 17 km, and has a beautiful view overlooking the straits of Malacca. This study aims to describe the condition of tourism accessibility in North Rupat Sub-district of Bengkalis Regency and to know the responses of tourists to accessibility in North Rupat Sub-district of Bengkalis Regency. This research uses quantitative method for analysis which try to give clear and detailed description based on facts found in the field through questionnaires and questionnaires distribution then drawn a conclusion. The questionnaires were distributed as many as 50 people. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews. The results of this study indicate that the response of tourists about the accessibility of North Rupat Sub-district of Bengkalis Riau Regency is in the Less Good category with the total number of 2727 total is in the range 1891 - 2731.
