Abstract

 Abstracts. The objective of this research is to find: (1) increased learning motivation by applying the PBL method, and (2) increased learning outcomes by applying the PBL method. This research uses classroom action research with three cycles, each cycle consists of four phases: (1) planning; (2) action; (3) observe; and (4) reflecting. The research subjects were students of class XI TKR A totaling 26 students. Data collection techniques in research are: (2) self-assessment to measure student motivation; and (2) Tests to measure the learning outcomes. The data obtained is quantitative and processed into descriptive statistics. Data were analyzed descriptively. The research results are as follows: (1) learning motivation in the first cycle of 12.46 categorized as low, the second cycle of 14.72 categorized as high, and the third cycle of 16.76 categorized as very high, has increased by 2.26 from the first cycle to the second cycle and by 2.04 from the second cycle to the third cycle; and (2) learning outcomes in the first cycle of 75,38, the second cycle of 81,79), and the third cycle of 83.33, has increased by 6. 41 from the first cycle to the second cycle and by 1.54 of the second cycle to the third cycle.

Abstract

Research using cluster analysis with the K-Means test aims to determine the level of economic quality in each of Indonesia's provinces. This research also reveals whether with a high Human Development Index (HDI), the Happiness Index (HI) will also be high? The research using a quantitative approach with secondary data collected from BPS in 2021. The data consists of 34 provinces in Indonesia. The data collected are in the form of HDI, income, expenditure, percentage of formal workforce, and HI. The results show that cluster 1 contains 12 provinces with the lowest indicators on HDI, income, formal employment, but has the highest HI, cluster 2 contains 1 province with the highest indicators of HDI, income, formal employment, but has the lowest HI, and cluster 3 contains 21 provinces with indicators of HDI, income, formal employment, and IK being in the middle between clusters 1 and 2. Based on the K-means test, it can be concluded that the 4 indicators, namely HDI, income, expenditure, and the percentage of formal employment are directly proportional, but these four indicators will be inversely proportional to the HI indicator. These results assume that a high HDI is not necessarily followed by a high HI if viewed from the quality of the economy. Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan karena pada saat pembelajaran daring gambar teknik mesin dimasa pandemi Covid-19 di SMK Piri 1 Yogyakarta penyediaan bahan ajar masih berupa potongan materi yang berupa file PDF serta tugas pembelajaran melalui Google Classroom. Sumber belajar buku yang hanya dikemas seadanya dan berbentuk file PDF dinilai kurang menarik membuat siswa kurang aktif dan berfikir kritis. Bedasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dan menguji kelayakan e-Modul gambar teknik mesin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dimana akan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa e-modul gambar teknik mesin untuk siswa kelas XI TP di SMK Piri 1 Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan observasi. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu ahli materi, ahli media, dan siswa kelas X Teknik Pemesinan SMK Piri 1 Yogyakarta. Objek penelitian yaitu kelayakan e-modul gambar teknik mesin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif.
