This study aims to determine the method of demonstration effect is better than the lecture method of learning achievement maintenance / servicing of conventional ignition systems of SMK Tamansiswa Yogyakarta.This research was conducted at SMK Tamansiswa Yogyakarta in May and June 2014. This type of research is quasi-experimental. The population in this study are 61 students of class XI. The sampling technique using saturation sampling technique. Class XI was chosen from class A and class XI B controls selected as the experimental class. Data collection techniques learning achievement maintenance / servicing of conventional ignition system use a pretest and posttest. Test the validity of the instrument using the judgment experts. Before the items were used for the study, it has been previously tested in class XI C in April 2014. The reliability problem is obtained using the formula K - 20, the results of R11 = 0.933, p = 0.000, so the matter declared reliable. Data analysis techniques were calculated using t-test, prior to the trial to test the prerequisite analysis includes tests of normality and homogeneity tests.Descriptive research results show that the trend of learning achievement maintenance / servicing of conventional ignition systems of class XI student of SMK Tamansiswa Yogyakarta semester academic year 2013/2014 is taught using lecture method included in the medium category and the method of demonstration in the very high category. In the t-test obtained t = 20.200 and p = 0.000, for p < 0.005 means that there are significant differences of learning achievement maintenance / servicing of conventional ignition systems of class XI student of SMK Tamansiswa Yogyakarta semester 2013/2014 academic year. They are taught using the lecture method and demonstration method. Judging from the average hasi turns teaching methods using the method demonstration of 24.345 and 13.897 of the lecture method, this means the method of demonstration effect is better than the lecture method of learning achievement maintenance / servicing of conventional ignition systems of class XI semester Tamansiswa SMK Yogyakarta Academic Year 2013 / 2014 .

  This study aimed to determine the level of the pedagogic competence of the final year students of Mechanical Engineering Education of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. This study is descriptive research. The study was conducted in Mechanical Engineering Education Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta and The Vocational Educational School that became a partner in the implementation of the PPL II. The population were students of The Mechanical Engineering Education of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University who were implemented the PPL II in odd semester academic year 2013/2014 as many as 92 people. Data collected using the questionnaire method. As the data source is SMK students, students of Mechanical Engineering Education of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University and teacher as PPL II tutor. Analysis using descriptive statistics. The results show that the pedagogic competence of the final year students of The Mechanical Engineering Education of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University are; 1) according to the students of Mechanical Engineering Education of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University is in “good†category with an average value of 78%; 2) according to the students SMK is in “very good†category with an average value of 82%; and 3) according to teacher as PPL II tutor is in “good†categories with an average value of 77 %. This suggests that the provision granting pedagogical competence for the student of mechanical engineering UST Yogyakarta through Courses Education Group in general has been good and should continue to be improved in all aspects, so as to reach the level of competence in the very good category.

This study aimed to determine: (1) correlation with the guidance of industry working practices working interest in class XII Automotive Engineering Expertise. (2) the correlation of achievement with industry work practices working interest in class XII Automotive Engineering Expertise. (3) correlation guidance of industry working practices and achievements of the industry work practices with an interest to work in class XII Automotive Engineering Expertise SMK Yogyakarta Tamansiswa Jetis Academic Year 2013/2014.This research is ex post facto research, data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were students of class XII Automotive Engineering Expertise at the SMK Yogyakarta Tamansiswa Jetis totaling 82 respondents as well as a sample in this study. Prior to the study, the instrument first tested on 29 students of class XII SMK Piri 1 Yogyakarta. Having piloted tested the validity and reliability to determine the item valid and reliable instrument. Engineering data analysts used in this study is hypothesis testing, prior to testing the hypothesis, first tested as a condition of a requirements analysis so that the analysis of the research actually has a high reliability. Test requirements analysis done by testing normality, linearity test and test intercorrelations. After test requirements are met analysis tested the hypothesis. Test this hypothesis using multiple regression and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) the guidance of industry working practices (X1) and the achievements of the industry work practices (X2) are jointly positively correlated with interest in working on the student (Y) class XII Expertise Automotive Engineering, 2) industry practice guidance ( X1) partially positively correlated with interest in working on the student (Y) class XII Expertise Automotive Engineering, 3) achievement of industry working practices (X2 ) partially positively correlated with interest in working on the student (Y) class XII Mechanical Engineering Expertise automotive.

The objectives of this study are to descibe (1) the correlation between the students’ motiation toward the learning achievement of fuel system maintenance motorcycle, (2) the correlation and parents’ attention toward the learning achievement of fuel system maintenance motorcycle, and (3) the correlation between students’ learning motivation and parents’ attention toward the learning achievement of fuel system maintenance motorcycle of tenth grade students of SMK Cokroaminoto Wanadadi. The study reports that (1) there was positive and significance correlation between the students’ motiation toward the learning achievement of fuel system maintenance motorcycle, (2) there was positive and significance correlation between parents’ attention toward the learning achievement of fuel system maintenance motorcycle, and (3) there was positive and significance correlation between students’ learning motivation and parents’ attention toward the learning achievement of fuel system maintenance motorcycle of tenth grade students of SMK Cokroaminoto Wanadadi. It could be interpreted that to improve students’ achievement, it was needed motivation and parents’ attention. The learning motivation was need by the students to support their learning activities because motivation was the main factor in increasing their learning achievement. The parents’ attention was also important to improve the students’ learning achievement because parents or family was the first education place for the students.Â

The objectives of this study were to describe (1) correlation between knowledge of automotive motor repair with entrepreneur interest; (2) correlation between entrepreneurship learning achievement with entrepreneur interest; and (3) correlation between knowledge of automotive motor repair and entrepreneurship learning achievement with entrepreneur interest among the eleventh grade students of SMK Ma-Arif 1 Kroya Cilacap Central Java in academic year 2013/2014. This study was ex-post facto research. Data collecting methods were questionnaires and documentation. Data analyzing methods used descriptive analysis, first and second hypothesis testing used partial correlation and third hypothesis testing used regression. This study shows that (1) there was a positive and significant between knowledge of automotive motor repair with entrepreneur interest; (2) there was a positive and significant between entrepreneurship learning achievement with entrepreneur interest; and (3) there was a positive and significant between knowledge of automotive motor repair and entrepreneurship learning achievement with entrepreneur interest among the eleventh grade students of SMK Ma-Arif 1 Kroya Cilacap Central Java in academic year 2013/2014.Â

Researched was purposes to improve learning outcomes subjects starter and charging system in class XI TKR student of SMK Putra Tama Bantul Academic Year 2014/2015 by using STAD.           The experiment was conducted in SMK Putra Tama Bantul XI Academic Year 2014/2015 as a class by the number of study subjects was 26 students. This study is included classroom action research conducted in three cycles, each cycle carried out in four phases: 1. Planning the action, 2. Implementation of the action, 3. Observations, 4. Reflection. Data collection techniques in this class action research using test instruments in the form of questions about the pre-test and post-test was used to measure the improvement of student learning outcomes while the non-test instrument using observation sheet used to measure students learning activities.           The results showed that the application of the method of STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) can improve student learning outcomes in subjects starter and charging system. This can be seen from the acquisition of the average value obtained by the students in the first cycle of 65.76 with a highest score of 75 the lowest value of 40. In the second cycle the average value obtained by students at 73.84 with a highest score of 85 acquisition lowest score of 60. In the third cycle of acquisition average value of 77.5 a high of 85. The activity of students in the first cycle of 23.07% is included in the low category. Activity of students in the second cycle 37.82% is included in the low category. Activity of students in the third cycle of 57.05% in the high category. Based on the results of action research can be concluded that the use of STAD method can improve learning outcomes and charging system subjects in class XI student of SMK Putra Tama TKR Bantul with success indicators 88.46% of the total students.Â

(2) To determine the level of correlation learning achievementindustry practice with interest in entrepreneurship students of class XIISMK Ma'Arif Kota Mungkid Magelang District Academic Year 2014/2015. (3)To determine the level of correlation learning achievement entrepreneurship subjects and achievements of industry practice with interest in entrepreneurship students of class XIISMK Ma'Arif Kota Mungkid Magelang District Academic Year 2014/2015.Correlational research type and using a quantitative approach to determine the effect of two variables is how much correlation. This research was conducted at SMK Ma'Arif Kota Mungkid  Magelang District Academic Year 2014/2015with a population of 159 students. The research sample is determined by Isaac and Michael, which amounted to 110 students. The sampling technique is random sampling. The data collection technique using questionnaires (questionnaire) and methods of documentation. The validity of the questionnaire instrument made with grain analysis using Product Moment Correlation formula and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha formula. Testing the hypothesis with regression analysis andpartial correlation analysis, which had previously been carried out analysis prerequisite test including normality test, linearity and multicollinearity

This study aimed to know (1) the use of demonstration method could improve learning motivation of cooling system and (2) the use of demonstration method could improve learning motivation. This study was an action research. Data collection techniques used documentation and test. Data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and quantitative to know percentage of learning achievement. This study shows that (1) the use of demonstration method could improve learning motivation of cooling system. The students were used to learn by using demonstration method and they showed their activeness in learning process. (2)Â The use of demonstration method could improve learning motivation. The average score of pre cycle was 56.25, cycle I was 63.28, cycle II was 72.81, and cycle III was 81.56.

This research aims: (1) to enhance students’ learning achievement in the subject of brake system class XI TKRA SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Sleman and (2) to improve students’ learning activeness in the subject of brake system class XI TKR A SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Sleman in the 2015/2016 academic year.This study is classroom action research done in 3 cycles which each cycle held in 4 stages, namely: planning, implementing, observation and reflection. This research was done in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Sleman class XI TKR A in the 2015/2016 academic year with 40 students as the subjects. The data were collected using test, observation and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative technique.The results indicate that the implementation of demonstration method and film media shows the enhancement of learning achievement and activeness in the students of class XI TKR A SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Sleman on the subject of brake system in every cycle. It is shown by the improvement of students’ learning achievement test in cycle I which pre-test average value is 60.37 while post-test average value is 69.75. Thus, students’ learning achievement increases 9.38. In cycle II, it is obtained that the pre-test average value is 62.62 while the post-test average value is 75.25. Therefore, students’ learning achievement increases 12.63. In cycle III, the pre-test average value is 65.25 and the post-test average value is 82.75. Moreover, students’ learning activeness in the cycle I 42% increases 26% in the cycle II into 68 % and improves 19.50% in the cycle III to 87.50 %. Based on the above results, it can be concluded that the implementation of demonstration method and film media are able to improve students’ learning achievement and activeness on the subject of brake system class XI TKR A SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Sleman in the 2015/2016 academic year.

The purpose of this study is to knowing: (1) can the application of inquiry learning methods increases learning motivation of measuring tool; and (2) can the application of inquiry learning methods increases learning achievement of measuring tool of Light Vehicle Engineering of Al-Mujahidin NW Kumbung East Lombok.This study included a Classroom Action Research. Subject of This research is Light Vehicle Engineering in 10th class of SMK Al-Mujahidin NW Kumbung which amounts to 18 students. While the object of this research is motivation of learning and achievement of measuring tool subjects. Data collection technique in this study uses the technique of questionnaires and tests. The Istrumen in this study uses the syllabus, lesson plans, questionnaires, tests and observation sheet. And than the data analysis technique uses descriptive and quantitative analysis to determine the percentage of student achievement.The results of this research showed that: (1) the application of inquiry learning methods on measuring tool subject can increases learning motivation, indicated with an average of Students learning motivation in 1st cycle 61.22, on the 2nd cycle 76.33, and on the 3rd cycle 90.17; And (2) the application of inquiry learning methods can increases student learning achievement on measuring tool subjects. this research showed that an increase in the average value of 49.44 in 1st cycle into 78.88 in the 2nd cycle and into 85.55 on the 3rd cycle before the action.
