Abstract

Latar belakang : Dewan komisaris merupakan elemen kunci dari tata kelola perusahaan yangresponsif terhadap fungsi-fungsi dasar yang ditugaskan kepadanya seperti mengawasi dan memantau,menghindari perilaku oportunistik serta memberikan saran dalam keputusan ditingkat manajemenuntuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis perusahaan. Kasus kecurangan terus terjadi dalam jangka waktu 10tahun terakhir semenjak aturan Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) disahkan pada tahun 2002.Tujuan : Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan kepemilikan saham dewan komisaris terhadapkecurangan laporan keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI.Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dengan metode regresi logistik denganmenggunakan data seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2018-2020.Hasil : Semua data dalam penelitian ini memenuhi uji asumsi klasik dan terdistribusi secara normal.Variabel pendidikan komisaris memiliki pengaruh terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan. Variabelkepemilikan saham tidak berpengaruh terhadap kecurangan laporan keuangan.Simpulan : Pendidikan komisaris memiliki pengaruh dalam mengurangi kecurangan laporankeuangan sedangkan kepemilikan saham tidak berpengaruh terhadap kecurangan laporan keuanganperusahaan selama tahun 2018-2020.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavior, Attitude, terhadap intensi mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha serta untuk mengetahui persepsi atau penilaian mahasiswa terhadap variabel Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavior, Attitude terhadap intensi mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner baik secara online kepada mahasiswa/i yang sedang menempuh Pendidikan di kota Semarang dan sekitarnya, dengan mengumpulkan sampel 100 mahasiswa yang sudah pernah mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan dengan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavior, Attitude memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap intensi mahasiswa berwirausaha serta penilaian mahasiswa terhadap variable Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavior, Attitude termasuk dalam kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Sustainable national development requires support from quality, creative, and independent human resources (HR). In facing the challenges of global competition and rapid technological change, strengthening HR competencies since school age is very important. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve understanding and build entrepreneurial character among high school students through basic creative entrepreneurship training. This PKM is carried out by lecturers from the Faculty of Economics, Business and Humanities (FEBHum) of Karangturi National University (UNKARTUR), especially from the Management Study Program, as a form of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The activity took place offline at SMA Sedes Sapientiae Semarang on Monday, May 8, 2023, at 09.00–12.00 WIB and was attended by students as participants. This activity presented three speakers who presented material on strengthening HR competencies, the basics of creative entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. The methods used include interactive lectures, group discussions, and question and answer sessions, supported by Microsoft PowerPoint-based presentation media. The results of the activity show an increase in students' understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship, as well as growing interest and motivation to become independent and innovative young entrepreneurs. This activity provides benefits not only for students, but also for schools and universities, in strengthening collaboration in forming superior human resources since secondary education level.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital startup companies in Indonesia brings its own challenges in human resource (HR) management, especially related to workload and organizational commitment. High work dynamics, aggressive targets, and intense operational pressure can cause an imbalance in workload that impacts motivation, work stress, and increased turnover intention. HR commitment is a key factor in startup success, but it is difficult to achieve without effective and humane workload management. This community service activity was carried out by Karangturi National University (UNKARTUR), through the Faculty of Economics, Business and Humanities (FEBHum), which aims to improve the understanding, skills, and awareness of digital startup entrepreneurs and employees in Bugangan Village, Semarang, regarding workload management strategies. The methods used include workshops, group discussions, and direct assistance. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the impact of disproportionate workloads, as well as the ability to implement efficient and sustainable work strategies. This activity also encourages collaboration between academics and practitioners in designing a healthy and adaptive work environment. With better workload management, it is hoped that the level of commitment, satisfaction, and retention of employees in digital startups can increase, while strengthening the competitiveness of local businesses in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

Effective and efficient financial management is essential for the success of UMKM. However, UMKM are often hampered in optimizing their performance and competitiveness due to lack of knowledge and skills in financial management. Therefore, this community service aims to train UMKM in financial management to improve their financial literacy and their ability to utilize skills in business management. This activity uses a participatory approach by involving UMKM in the Bugangan Village area and the method includes theoretical explanations and direct practical assistance. The training materials include basic concepts of financial management and simple financial report analysis. The results showed that participants had a better understanding and skills to manage business finances more effectively. In addition, participants also reported increased time efficiency and accuracy of financial records after the training was implemented. Thus, this program is expected to help UMKM become more adaptive to the demands of the digital era and contribute to sustainable local economic growth.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a crucial factor to be considered in the management and empowerment of human resources within a company. This research aims to achieve the following objectives: (1) Determine the impact of career development on employee job satisfaction at PT Putmasari Perkasa Semarang. (2) Assess the influence of compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Putmasari Perkasa Semarang. (3) Examine the combined impact of career development and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Putmasari Perkasa Semarang. Descriptive analysis is employed in this research, utilizing the multiple linear analysis method. The SPSS program is utilized for data processing and analysis. A quantitative descriptive research method is applied, where variables are measured using a Likert scale. Data collection involves the distribution of questionnaires to respondents, who are employees of PT Putmasari Perkasa Semarang. The findings of this research indicate that: (1) Career development significantly and positively influences employee job satisfaction at PT Putmasari Perkasa Semarang, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Compensation also has a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction at PT Putmasari Perkasa Semarang, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) The combined influence of career development and compensation significantly affects employee job satisfaction at PT Putmasari Perkasa Semarang, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The interest in purchasing is an essential aspect to consider in managing an institution or company to achieve its goals. This research aims to determine the influence of Instagram social media on purchasing interest at Maju Aquarium Fish Store, the influence of product variation on purchasing interest at Maju Aquarium Fish Store, the influence of product quality on purchasing interest at Maju Aquarium Fish Store, and the simultaneous influence of Instagram social media, product variation, and product quality on Maju Aquarium Fish Store. This research uses descriptive analysis. The method applied is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The data analysis technique applies the SPSS program to process and analyze data. Quantitative descriptive is applied as a method in this study in which variables are measured through a Likert scale. Data collection methods are carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The research sample is consumers of Maju Aquarium Fish Store. The results of this research state that: (1) Instagram social media has a positive and significant influence on purchasing interest at Maju Aquarium Fish Store with a significance of 0.015 < 0.05. (2) Product variation has a positive and significant influence on purchasing interest at Maju Aquarium Fish Store with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. (3) Product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing interest at Maju Aquarium Fish Store with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. Instagram social media, product variation, and product quality simultaneously provide a significant influence of 0.001 > 0.05.
