Abstract

This study aims is to analyze the effect of work motivation on the satisfaction of management lecturers and analyze the effect of the work environment on the satisfaction of management lecturers at a private university in the city of Makassar. This type of research is explanatory research. The sample of this research is management lecturers at private universities in Makassar city, Data use purposive random sampling total 105 respondent. The research period was carried out in February 2020-May 2020. The method of analysis in this study was multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. This study proves that both theoretically and previous empirical studies explain that increasing work motivation will increase the job satisfaction of lecturers at private universities in the city of Makassar. According to empirical studies, motivation from a financial perspective can encourage someone to do work. This factor has a more significant influence than the influence of motivation on lecturer job satisfaction. The universities and study programs must improve indicators in the work environment to create comfortable working conditions so that it will increase the job satisfaction of private university lecturers in the city of Makassar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia, Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (SAP), dan Sistem Akuntansi Pemerintahan berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah di Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Kuesioner digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data temuan ini, populasi sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 75 pegawai yang secara langsung membantu dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Hasil temuan memperlihatkan bahwa (1) Kualitas LKPD dipengaruhi secara positif signifikan dengan pemahaman SAP (2) SPI berdampak positif signifikan pada Kualitas LKPD (3) Kualitas LKPD banyak dipengaruhi positif dan signifikan oleh Kompetensi SDM. Menurut Stewardship Theory, manajer lebih terdorong untuk mencapai tujuan utama mereka demi kebaikan organisasi daripada tujuan pribadi. Dengan berfungsi sebagai pengelola, pemerintah memiliki kewajiban menyuplai informasi yang berguna bagi prinsipal (rakyat) yang akan mengevaluasi akuntabilitas serta membuat keputusan pada tingkat ekonomi, sosial, dan politik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai jika dimediasi oleh organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi Wilayah IX. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dan menggunakan uji Sobel untuk menganalisis pola hubungan antar variabel dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai jika dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai jika dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

The expansion of AI directly affects productivity levels, particularly for content creators, as it alters many aspects of work. This study investigates the impact of AI utilization and content quality on marketing team productivity. A purposive sampling technique employed in this quantitative research distributed an online questionnaire to 200 respondents (content marketing creators). The data is analyzed using structural equation modelling (SEM) with SMART-PLS 4. AI improves content quality and marketing team productivity, whereas content quality boosts productivity. However, AI directly affects team performance. AI is essential for content marketing quality and efficiency. The data used in this study were exclusively derived from questionnaires, which may be subject to limitations due to the subjectivity of respondents or bias in their responses. However, this study can be a foundation for companies and content creators to improve audience personalization and enhance productivity through AI.
