Abstract

The objectives of this study are implementation, and evaluation using Cooperative Script method in reading comprehension. It also to determine whether or not there is an increase in reading comprehension results using the Cooperative Script method. This research referred as qualitative research, which is an action thought on a particular object. The type of this research is Classroom Action Research. Classroom action research is a digestion of learning activities in the form of an action, which is deliberately raised and occurs in a class together. The process of reading comprehension in this study uses the Cooperative Script method, which consists of 2 cycles of 5 meetings. The first cycle consisted of two meetings and the second cycle of two meetings, one meeting was used for the pre-test. In planning, the researcher compiles a learning implementation plan, makes learning media compile an observation instrument to observe students in learning activities. The process of implementing evaluation in this learning is carried out at the end of each cycle. The assessment is carried out to determine the ability of students' reading comprehension in using the methods that have been applied. The success rate in each cycle has increased, starting from the pre-test which increased on average 45 in cycle I to 61.10 then increased again in cycle II to 72.3. From the results of the assessment it can be proven that the application of the Cooperative Script method can improve students' reading comprehension.

Abstract

The background of the problem of this research is that the teacher in conducting learning has not fully implemented an appropriate learning model and is in accordance with the way students learn. This raises a problem when teachers apply a monotonous learning model and there is no compatibility with the learning styles of their students, the learning process does not attract students' learning interest so students have difficulty understanding the material being taught. The problem in this study is: how is the effectiveness of the MURDER learning strategy (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) to improve the understanding ability of high school students, whether the MURDER learning strategy (Mood, Understand, Recall, Digest, Expand, Review) can improve the comprehension ability of high school students. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). In the learning process researchers use Fiqh subjects as research material. The subjects of the study were students of Class X IPA 1 High School BPPT Darul Ulum Jombang. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and tests to complete the data revealed. Meanwhile, to obtain the validity of the data, the authors use technical triangulation analysis. Source triangulation is used to test the credibility of the data carried out by checking the data obtained through several sources.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu faktor penentu yang dapat menggerakkan semua sumber daya sekolah untuk dapat mewujudkan visi, misi, tujuan, dan sasaran sekolah melalui program-program yang dilaksanakan secara terencana dan bertahap. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kedisiplinan adalah teladan pemimpin, teladan pemimpin sangat berperan dalam menentukan kedisiplinan seseorang karena pimpinan dijadikan teladan dan panutan oleh para bawahannya. Kepala Madrasah MTsN 16 Jombang adalah pemimpin sekolah yang menerapkan kedisiplinan dan menjadi teladan bagi guru disekolah. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya yang kepala madrasah gunakan agar dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan pengambilan datanya menggunakan wawancara dan observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah MTsN 16 Jombang adalah gaya demokratis dengan upaya yang dilakukan kepala madarasah yaitu menjadi teladan yang baik bagi guru maka tingkat kedisiplinan guru di MTsN 16 Jombang termasuk guru yang cukup disiplin walaupun banyak kendala dalam proses peningkatannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan suatu kesimpulan bahwa kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan juga mempunyai peran yang sangat penting untuk membentuk guru menjadi pribadi yang lebih disiplin dalam segala hal

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the application of Role-Playing Method (Role Play) that increases in improving students' ability to speak English or not XI Class IPS 3 MA Negeri 10 Jombang. Researcher used Role Play Method to improve students' speaking abilities. Researcher uses the descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were students of class XI. Researcher took a class used in research consisting of 22 students. After using the Role Play Method, the students are able to improve their speaking ability. This improvement was demonstrated through observation, interviews and tests. Keywords: Speaking Ability, Role Play Techniques ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode bermain peran (Role Play) itu meningkat dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam berbicara Bahasa Inggris atau tidak di kelas XI MA Negeri 10 Jombang. peneliti menggunakan metode Role Play untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa. Penulis menggunakan penelitian Deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI. Penulis mengambil satu kelas di gunakan dalam penelitianterdiri dari 22 siswa. Setelah menggunakan metode Role Play, siswa mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berbicaranya. Peningkatan ini ditunjukkan melalui Observasi, wawancara serta test. Abstract

This study aims to determine the personal competence of MTsN 14 Jombang teacher reflected in the book Adabul abul Alim Wal Muta’allim by Hadratus Syech KH Hasyim Asy’ar about Teacher Ethics. Where the teacher's personal competence can shape the learner's personality as assessed from his spiritual and social attitudes. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data generated from this research are in the form of descriptive data obtained from data in the form of writing, words, and documents originating from respondents or sources studied. Researchers used purposive sampling techniques in the stage of field work, purposive sampling is a sampling technique for data sources with certain considerations. Therefore, the respondents in this study were all teachers who taught in class IX MTsN 14 Jombang and students determined using radom. The results showed that, the competence of MTsN 14 Jombang teachers in accordance with the Teacher Performance Assessment was included in both categories. Also from observations that show that the competencies of teachers who teach MTsN 14 Jombang meet the personal competency standards of teachers in accordance with the Minister of National Education Regulation No. 16 of 2007. Then for students of class IX MTsN 14 Jombang they already have a good personality, things this is shown from the practice of spiritual attitudes and social attitudes that show that of thirty attitude indicators there are only seven indicators that are less mastered by some students. Thus, the personality possessed by educators will have an impact on the development of the learner's personality

Abstract

The need for professional teachers is a demand that must be met in order to improve the quality of the education process in schools. This means that teachers have an important role when it comes to education as a place to develop their profession. Therefore, the teacher has a very high responsibility in improving the quality of student development. In this study, researchers used a qualitative method with a naturalistic approach that showed that the research took place naturally, as it was, in normal situations that were not manipulated with the conditions and conditions, emphasizing the description naturally. With this nature, researchers are required to be directly involved in the field by seeing how the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving the quality of education. Based on data findings in the field, that the professionalism of PAI teachers at MTs Nizhamiyah Ploso is depicted in pedagogical abilities; namely the ability of teachers to prepare lesson plans, syllabi, prota and promes, the ability to improvise learning methods and the ability to assess student learning outcomes. personality ability; illustrated by instilling discipline and responsibility in the task. Social ability; illustrated by a good communication relationship with the principal, friends, parents of students and participation in social activities. While the professional ability is described the ability to master the field of study, the ability to understand students, the ability to master learning, the ability to understand the types of subjects, organize subject matter and utilize learning resources.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs in students regarding conventional learning models that make students less active and student learning outcomes are low. In this article discuss the problem of learning models and learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of the Discovery Learning model on Fiqh learning to improve student learning outcomes. In this study using the True Experimental Design method and implemented at MTs Rahmat Said Bongkot PeteronganJombang. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. based on the results of the study obtained data as follows: 1) the average results of the implementation of learning by 85% with very good criteria; 2) the results of student responses amounted to 81.5% with very good criteria; 3) the average results of the test description of student learning outcomes by 75% with high criteria, and the results of the hypothesis test for the t-test two free samples with the acquisition of a significance value <0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be interpreted that the Discovery Learning learning model has an effect in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the student's behavior on the implementation of humanistic learning theory on the subjects of the Akhlak Creed in Mts Al-As'ad Brambang. To achieve that goal, researchers use data collection techniques through interviews, polls, and documentation. Data is processed using quantitative analysis to determine the implementation of humanistic learning theories on the influence of student behaviour. This research includes the type of field research that is the author doing research directly to the site to obtain and collect data. The results showed that the level of implementation of humanistic learning theory belongs to good category. The level of student behaviour is "adequate" and is reviewed from the average outcome of 69,75. The hypothesis test results show that the value of the Sig. (2. tailed) < 0.05 Then there is a correlation between the implementation of humanistic learning theory with student behavior is 0.000 < 0.05 which means there is a significant correlation. The effectiveness of the implementation of humanistic learning theory on the subjects of Akhlak in Mts Al-As'ad Brambang is still relatively high in the influence of student behaviour of 54%. From the hypothesis test and the Pearson Corelation calculation can be concluded that the implementation of the Humanistic learning theory is said to be quite effective and sufficient to affect student behaviour significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' motivation towards the use of audio-visual media in the Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects at MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah Bandung. To achieve these objectives the researchers used data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data is processed using quantitative analysis to determine the effect of learning media on student motivation. This research includes the type of field research or the field of research that is the author conducts research directly to the location to obtain and collect data. The results showed that the level of use of instructional media was classified in either category. The level of student learning motivation is classified as "weak or sufficient" in terms of the average results of 65.30. The results of the hypothesis test indicate that the value of Sig. (2.tailed) <0.05 then there is a correlation between the use of audio visual media with student learning motivation is 0,000 <0.05 which means there is a significant correlation. The effectiveness of the use of audio visual media in MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah Bandung is still relatively weak on student motivation, which is 15.6%. From the hypothesis testing and calculation of Pearson Correlation, it can be concluded that the use of audio visual media is said to be quite effective and can significantly influence student motivation.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, almost all Indonesian institution of education adopted online learning. Departing from this phenomenon would appear the assumption that for the learning process to work properly it would need to be created an interaction pattern between good teachers and students. In this study, authors formulate how the patterns teacher and student interactions in online learning study of fiqih curriculum class VIII in MTsN 3 Jombang?. And what are some support factors and inhibitors teacher and student interactions in online learning study of fiqih curriculum class VIII in MTsN 3 Jombang?. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, researchers acted directely involved in the study. This study suggest that: The importance of teacher and student interactions in the learning process makes a teacher reuire an active role in the use of time, in the learning process the teacher brings forth his interactions and student to the purpose of learning, the teacher’s interaction and student must be present and properly awakened so that in the learning process goes well, when any student who deviates the teacher should be able to understand how to awaken the student, the teacher and student interaction pattern in online learning study of fiqih curriculum class VIII in MTsN 3 Jombang is the teacher-centered interaction pattern, there are support factors and inhibitor teacher and student interactions in online learning study of fiqih curriculum class VIII in MTsN 3 Jombang is factors that support an inadequate internet network and a good learning medium and a host of inadequate internet connections.
