Abstract

SD Negeri Pasirsari 01 is a school located in South Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency. The learning media used by teachers in teaching science subjects (human respiratory system) still use textbooks and student worksheets (LKS) as guidelines because it is still difficult to develop new media that is more interactive. The results of the questionnaire using the Likert scale showed that 91.42% of students tended to be less interested in the science learning model. With this, it is necessary to design an android-based human respiratory system learning media. The method used is Research & Development with the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) model. After being implemented and then tested using a questionnaire student response to the application with the results of the questionnaire using a Likert scale showing 37.14% of students tended to be less interested in the science learning model, it can be concluded that 54.28% of students liked science lessons.

Abstract

PT X is a manufacturing company located in the Ejip industrial area, each month using an average of 950 KWH of electricity every month, where the electricity tariff in the area is 10% more expensive per KWH than using PLN. The ratio of electricity costs to turnover averaged 4 - 5% each month, this was very burdensome, so a project was created with the hope of a decrease of Rp. 200 million every month. The method used is Lean Six Sigma, where the project is carried out for 3 months. From the results of implementing Six Sigma, the company can find out the dominant cause and from the project costs can be reduced by 9% or 83 KWH every month.

Abstract

The design and development in maintenance systems and machine maintenance in the manufacturing industry is still required to ensure that production processes are not disrupted and hamper established businesses. The maintenance system created and implemented is able to provide an alternative as a treatment that can reduce the cost of using the spars machine and can be an efficient and low cost system. Dandory system provides ready parts when replacing damaged machine components, so that machine repair time is faster in replacement, the use of tools made in replacing machine components can reduce and avoid potential accidents at work, so that the system used can reduce manpower and repair time, the result of design and development of tools as well as the use of dandory system can reduce the MTTR value by 52% and the use of manpower while repairing the engine is 1 man power.

Abstract

The technological disruptions that have occurred over the past few decades have inevitably affected the printing industry especially the mass media printing industry. Print media with products such as: Books, Magazines, Newspapers, Tabloids, will definitely be affected. The product was eliminated by digital media, not to mention, the covid pandemic that occurred in the last two years also triggered a sharp decline in the media business. The eight-color KBA machine, which is the focus of this research, is a ten-year-old machine with excellent printing capabilities, namely high capacity, 4-color alternating printing capability, and automatic machine control. Deteriorating machine life, as well as maintenance, functional audits and upgrades are key factors. Problems that often arise are print units, infeed, and control units, resulting in downtime and delays in the production process so that machine performance becomes less effective. The purpose of this research is to determine the maintenance interval schedule and find out the maintenance actions or activities that need to be carried out. To overcome the problem in this study using the method of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) with the calculation of Failure Modes and Effects Analyze (FMEA). RCM is defined as the process used to determine what must be done for machine maintenance, while FMEA is defined as the method for identifying the highest form of failure for each machine fault that occurs. From the calculation results using FMEA, FTA and RCM obtained the maintenance interval results on the Cylinder Section components with a maintenance interval of 10.58 hours.

Abstract

Spare parts components are important to be managed properly, if the availability of spare parts is not considered it can cause production machines to stop operating. This is a consideration by the company to manage spare parts that can be controlled properly. The large number of machine components that vary with different types and types of machines causes the spare part controller to be able to arrange, give names, signs and labels, and store them to make it easier to search for these parts when needed for the process of replacing damaged parts. The parts availability management system requires data needs based on the type & type of machine, uniformity in mentioning the names of parts, functions and forms. Before the implementation of the parts keeper management system, it takes 35 minutes to find and get the parts needed. By applying the VESO and ROCEM classification methods, it can help in grouping, storing, and assisting in making component naming standards and determining how many parts are needed on an ROP basis. This system can help the search time for machining parts to be 16 minutes so that there is a reduction in service time in the need for these parts by 54% faster than the system before spare part management was carried out.

Abstract

Quality is the most important factor for a product. The failure rate in the production process that is not in accordance with predetermined standards is a measure of the quality and effectiveness of production. Likewise for the production of UMKM Bagus Bakery which has a production failure rate or NG product of 184 of the total production of 4610 pieces or 3.99%. Based on fishbone diagram analysis, the causes of production process failure are material composition, unsanitary environment, oil temperature. The test results based on the seven tools method of overcoming bantet bread using fermipan to 10 grams and bread improver 15 grams, cleaning the equipment every time the dough is made, the oil temperature between 165~175 °C produces the smallest production failure value.

Abstract

The attendance system is used to obtain records regarding attendance. In a particular agency in the field of education, the presence of the teacher is one of the main factors that is very important in evaluating its performance. However, at SMP Negeri 1 Karang Bahagia, the level of teacher absence violations is quite high so that it can easily manipulate attendance data, as well as data collection for a teacher who does not enter with the excuse of illness, permit, or leave, which is less effective and efficient and quite difficult in monthly attendance data recapitulation due to easy loss due to forgetting to save, damage by water or fire, and others. This study aims to design and build an attendance system that will make it easier for teachers to carry out the attendance process and for Administrative administrators to recapitulate attendance data. In developing this system, the author uses the waterfall method. This attendance system is automatically designed using the Quick Response Code (QR Code) to scan the attendance QR, as well as adding automatic features to the face photo taking section as proof of attendance and giving a location point when making an absence. This system has been completed and tested. according to the scenario that has been designed. After testing the attendance system, it runs well, makes it easier to collect absentee data by the teacher in controlling daily attendance, and makes it easier to recapitulate monthly reports so that it is more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran anak asuh tentang pentingnya penggunaan listrik yang aman dan tepat, dengan harapan dapat mengurangi resiko kebakaran yang disebabkan oleh bahaya listrik. Panti Asuhan Yayasan Barokah Amanah Mustaqbal merupakan panti di Karawang. Pengetahuan tentang penyelamatan diri saat terjadi kebakaran masih kurang, sehingga perlu dilaksanakan edukasi tentang penanganan bahaya listrik dan kebakaran. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan anak-anak hingga pengurus panti mengerti tentang bahaya listrik dan kebakaran dan cara menghindari resiko kebakaran.

Abstract

pelatihan dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut guna membantu meningkatkat produktivitas dan kualitas UMKM Buah Sabar Kabupaten Bekasi. Sasaran dalam kegiatan abdimas ini adalah mitra UMKM Buah Sabar yang berada di kecamatan Serang Baru kabupaten Bekasi dengan jumlah sebanyak lima orang. Penyampaian materi oleh dosen Universitas Pelita Bangsa Dengan menggunakan metode penyampaian presentasi dan penjelasan dan praktek di depan mitra serta didukung dengan pemberian modul materi yang akan digunakan saat pembelajaran. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM buah Sabar adalah belum optimal dalam mengelola data penjualan dan pembelian (pengelolaan data penjualan dan pembelian masih dilakukan secara manual) hal ini dikarenakan masih kurangnya pengetahuan tentang penggunaan tekologi informasi. Hasil yang didapat mitra dari kegiatan ini adalah mitra dapat mengelola data penjualan dan pembelian dengan efisien dan efektif, disamping itu juga tumbuhnya kesadaran untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dengan optimal sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas uasaha UMKM Buah Sabar.

Abstract

Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di SDN Sukamanah 01 masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu dengan mengisi formulir, melakukan validasi dokumen, hingga mengumumkan hasil seleksi secara fisik pada Majalah Dinding Sekolah (Mading). Metode ini tentu menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti: Hilangnya dokumen, Ketidak lengkapan dokumen, Hasil Verifikasi tidak transparan, dan Kesesuian zoning dengan orisinalitas tempat tinggal, dan proses administrasi serta hasil harus secara fisik datang ke Sekolah. Desain aplikasi yang di rancang di buat untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, berupa perancangan sistem informasi PPDB berbasis website. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan pendekatan Model Waterfall, yaitu Tahapan Analisis, Desain, Implementasi, Pengujian, dan Pemeliharaan. Tools yang digunakan dalam perancangan meliputi HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (CodeIgniter), serta aplikasi desain Figma untuk UI/UX. Hasil rancangan sistem diuji kepada pihak sekolah melalui presentasi dan kuesioner. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu memperbaiki mutu layanan PPDB dalam hal pengelolaan dokumen, dan menjamin akurasi zonasi, dan akses pengumuman melalui jalur internet (website) . Dengan demikian, sistem ini layak untuk diimplementasikan dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut
