Abstract

Desa Tamantirto merupakan kawasan suburban di pinggiran Kota Yogyakarta yang tumbuh pesat seiringberkembangnya industri, jasa pendidikan, dan perumahan. Berkembangnya jumlah penduduk tentuberdampak pada peningkatan jumlah kebutuhan pangan yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Salah satusolusinya adalah menerapkan pertanian perkotaan. Masjid Baitunnafi yang terletak di Kampung BrajanTamantirto Kasihan Bantul merupakan salah satu masjid yang memiliki luas kurang lebih 1.500 meterpersegi. Sekitar 500 meter persegi merupakan lahan kosong yang belum dimanfaatkan. Kondisi ini terjadikarena minimnya kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat akan pentingnya pengelolaan lingkunganmasjid yang bersih dan produktif. Berdasarkan analisis situasi tersebut, maka kegiatan pengabdianmasyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat sasaran dalammengelola lingkungan secara sehat dan produkstif melalui kegiatan urban farming. Adapun metodepelaksanaannya meliputi koordinasi, penyuluhan/pengajian tentang pemanfaatan lahan untuk budidayasayur dan ikan sebagai sumber pangan sehat keluarga, pelatihan budidaya sayur dan demonstrasi tentangteknologi pembuatan kolam terpal untuk budi daya lele. Masyarakat sasaran adalah jamaah masjid yangsangat antusias mengikuti beberapa tahap kegiatan tersebut. Kegiatan urban farming telah mampumengatasi permasalahan lingkungan sekaligus menambah persediaan pangan dan gizi sehat jamaah danmasyarakat.

Abstract

This study examines psychology as an approach in Islamic studies, especially in Islamic education. Islamic psychology and education basically have the same pattern in seeing various cases in scientific buildings, so that in Islamic studies such as Islamic education, an approach is required to look at deeper social phenomena, namely by using a psychological approach. This research is literature study (library research) that is research which come from library materials by using qualitative approach. Therefore, what is done is the exploration of some data both primary and secondary data with concrete steps as follows: read and examine in depth primary data such as books which is the result of research, thesis or dissertation related to psychology and education of Islam. Therefore, psychology as an approach can give birth to findings that fit the context. In Islamic studies, especially Islamic education can be access for other sciences to serve as a tool in viewing various social problems. It then happens with the psychology and education of Islam because it gave birth to the psychology of Islamic education.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to explore and find out the Islamic education learning (PAI) method which is suitable with the dynamics of the students to make them easier in understanding the subject and improve their achievement using multiple intelligences. This study was Classroom Action Research. Classroom Action Research involved the teacher’s attempt (the researcher) in the form of the learning process. Validity concept and instrument reliability used in the data collection. In this research also known as practical validity/reliability, which means that as long as the members of the action research group decide that the instrument is valid and reliable, it can be used. Islamic education learning strategies need to use intelligence by solving the problems faced by the students, developed new problems to be solved, and make something useful in their life. Therefore, multiple intelligences in Islamic education learning is part of an effective strategy to facilitate the subject and improve student achievement.

Abstract

The individuals’ spiritual step is tightly enough with attitude and personality. The better of the spiritual, the better of the habit and personality are. This can be caused by defining the life in which there are running to always orientate on their process and purpose of life, it is achieving a better life. This article used library research from previous studies which explored the changing attitude and social awareness of human on spiritual value. This is aimed to explain the core of the changing human’s attitude with social awareness through the spiritual dimension. Then, to support the explanation, this article is completed with academic debate on the involvement spiritual dimension toward the changing human’s attitude and social awareness. In this article, it will be explained that the changing of human attitude and social awareness that will directly be guided to the better one and always coupled with the spiritualist step through the dimension.

Abstract

The purpose of devotion is to provide knowledge and skills of online marketing to the younger generation by utilizing e-commerce technology to develop youth Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Grinting Village. The participants consisted of 25 member SMEs of fried onions specifically for the people of Grinting Village. The materials provided include the creation of an online shop account, product uploads, marketing up to the online financial system. This service was carried out in Grinting Village, Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency, Central Java with the target of the community and the younger generation, especially the entire management of Karang Taruna Garuda Jaya Grinting Village. This cooperation is based on the cooperation between Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta and grinting village government. The method used is to provide training materials through presentations accompanied by e-commerce implementation training. The achievement of this devotion is the implementation of the service activities in accordance with the expected number of participants as many as 25 administrators and members of Karangtaruna Garuda Jaya Grinting Village independently can develop SMEs for economic independence. Participants gain knowledge and skills about e-commerce implementation to capture developing and mentoring SMEs in local villages. Keywords: SMEs, Grinting, empowerment, e-commerce, training

Abstract

Leadership is one of crucial things in an education management. It also happens in Islamic higher education institutions, especially in the case of its personnel management. This study aims to describe the leadership style in a personnel management of an Islamic higher education institution in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This study belongs to qualitative research by using interview and observation in collecting the data. The obtained data then validated by triangulation and descriptively analyzed to produce relevant interpretation of the data. This research comes into a conclusion that the education success is not only measured from the class management, curriculum, students and so on, but also its personnel management. This study promotes that leadership in personnel management of Islamic higher Education needs good leadership style which based on the principle of siddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathonah. It can be applied through recruitment, development, promotion and transfer, dismissal, compensation, as well as evaluation of employee performance
