Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya penggunaan internet guna meningkatkan strategi penjualan produk dan memberikan pemahaman dalam upaya penggunaan digital sebagai media dalam pemasaran. Metode yang dilakukan memberikan ceramah melalui pendekatan dan pendampingan secara terus menerus selama 2 (dua) hari. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, depot remaja akan dapat meningkatkan penjualannya dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dengan cara membuat aplikasi facebook dan Instagram, sehingga pemilik depot remaja menjadi paham dan tidak lagi buta dalam penggunaan gadget dan media sosial dalam mengembangkan usaha

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya pengetahuan pelaku usaha ayam broiler tentang perbandingan pemeliharaan dengan mandiri dan bermitra, tidak memiliki informasi bagaimana cara memperoleh atau membeli bibit (Day Old Chick/DOC), pakan, obat-obatan, vaksin dan vitamin serta kurangnya jaringan untuk aspek pemasaran. Pelaku usaha saat ini telah memiliki modal berupa kandang dan peralatan, namun akses permodalan untuk pemeliharaan belum dimiliki, sehingga masih bergantung pada mitra. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pelaku usaha ayam broiler dalam aspek manajerial dan akses permodalan. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan pengarahan dan diskusi langsung dengan pelaku usaha. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaku usaha ayam broiler sebelumnya memiliki gambaran informasi yang terbatas mengenai perbandingan usaha dengan pola mandiri dan pola kemitraan, dengan pengarahan yang diberikan dapat menambah pemahaman pelaku usaha terkait perbandingan usaha dan pendapatan yang diperoleh jika usaha ayam broiler dilakukan dengan pola mandiri dan kemitraan. Pemahaman pelaku usaha terkait aspek manajerial lainnya seperti informasi bagaimana memperoleh bibit (DOC), pakan, obat-obatan, vaksin dan vitamin, dan strategi pemasaran dapat disimpulkan memiliki peningkatan. Akses permodalan juga dipahami sehingga pelaku usaha dapat mempersiapkan diri untuk mengambil keputusan jika pengembangan usaha ayam broiler ini akan dilanjutkan dengan pola mandiri. Tingkat pemahaman pelaku usaha terkait pengelolaan usaha dalam aspek manajerial dan akses permodalan dapat disimpulkan berada pada tingkat 78 persen

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of motivation, workload and work environment on the performance of Mataram Inspectorate employees. The population of this study is all employees of the Mataram Inspectorate. The sampling method uses the purposive sampling technique method with a sample of 54 employees with questionnaire distribution. Based on the results of the t-test test, motivation (X1) with a sig value of 0.338 > 0.05, while the t-value calculated is 0.966 < 2.008, meaning that motivation has a non-significant effect on employee performance. Workload (X2) with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05, while a t-value of 3.620 > 2.008 means that workload has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment (X3) with a sig value of 0.377 > 0.05, while the t-value of -0.892 < 2.008 had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the f test, workload motivation, and work environment had a simultaneous effect on employee performance with an f value calculated > table of 5.497 > 2.79 with a significant level of 0.002 < 0.05. The most dominant variable that affects employee performance is the workload variable (X2) of 3,620

Abstract

The problem faced by pottery craftsmen in Banyumulek Village is the lack of knowledge of business actors in using digital marketing to market their products. The 2018 earthquake and Covid 19 were obstacles and obstacles for craftsmen which caused the lack of enthusiasts and tourists so that they were forced to change professions as agricultural laborers. Lack of promotion is one of the causes so government attention is needed. Therefore, providing training and assistance to Banyumulek Village Pottery MSMEs regarding the use of social media in promoting their products or crafts which are still traditional is expected to help revive the economy of the craftsmen so that they can be recognized by the global community

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether service, discipline and environment have a significant simultaneous influence on patient satisfaction at the Janapria Health Center in Central Lombok. So this research variable consists of three (3) independent variables, namely Service (X1), Discipline (X2), Environment (X3) and the dependent variable, namely Patient Satisfaction (Y). The population in this study were people who had used services at the Central Lombok Janapria Community Health Center, the number of which is not known with certainty. The method used in this research is non-probability sampling. “Non-probability sampling is a sampling method that does not give each element or member of the population the same opportunity to be selected as a sample. In the sample size, the researcher took the 3rd point, namely a minimum sample size of 10 times the number of variables studied. So the number of sample members is 10 x 4 = 40 respondents in this study. Data is processed using SPSS. The results of this research show that service, discipline and environment have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Janapria Health Center, this can be seen from the calculated f value of 73.504 which is greater than the f table value of 2.81 with a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Tugu Hotel North Lombok. The variables in this study consist of 2 independent variables, namely compensation (X1) and work environment (X2); the intervening variable is job satisfaction (Z) and the dependent variable is performance (Y). The population in this study were employees of Tugu Hotel North Lombok. The sample in this study used stratified random sampling, with 60 employees as respondents. The analytical tool used is path analysis. The results showed that (1) compensation directly has an insignificant effect on employee performance; (2) compensation directly has an insignificant effect on employee satisfaction; (3) compensation indirectly has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Thus, job satisfaction mediates the effect of compensation on performance; (4) The work environment directly has a significant effect on employee performance; (5) The work environment directly has a significant effect on employee satisfaction; (6) The work environment indirectly has no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Thus, job satisfaction mediates the effect of the work environment on performance; (7) Job satisfaction directly has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Assistance in utilizing plastic waste and ash from burning pottery into paving blocks is an implementation of Community Service (PKM) carried out by STIE AMM Mataram lecturers. Banyumulek Village produces waste every day in the form of plastic and the ash left from burning pottery just piles up. It is hoped that the development of creativity based on the use of ashes left over from burning pottery for all village communities can be carried out with guidance and assistance in a creative economy based on an economy made from plastic waste, the community can produce benefits and profits for the community. Making paving blocks from these two types of waste, which are often found in Banyumulek Village, is not only for making a profit, but can also provide innovation and business development among MSMEs by utilizing plastic waste and ash from burning pottery, which are often found in Banyumulek Village. In terms of marketing, MSMEs carry out promotions through social media. Currently, almost everyone uses social media, by marketing in an interesting way on social media, it will be easier to attract or captivate buyers. In this way, sales of paving block products made from plastic and also ash left over from burning pottery will be better known and it is hoped that this will have an impact on the level of sales of these products.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out several things, namely: (1) the influence of employee engagement on organizational commitment, (2) the influence of training on organizational commitment, (3) the influence of employee engagement on employee performance, (4) the influence of training on employee performance, (5) the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, (6) the influence of employee engagement on employee performance through organizational commitment, (7) the influence of training on employee performance through organizational commitment. The sample used was 92 employees of the Mataram City Regional Hospital. The data collection technique used in this research was a statement in the form of a questionnaire, using path regression analysis models 1 and 2. The results of this research show that: (1) employee engagement has a significant effect on organizational commitment because t count > t table, namely 3.093> 1.987, (2) training has a significant effect on organizational commitment because t count > t table, namely 4.084> 1.987, (3) employee engagement does not have a significant effect on employee performance because t count < t table, namely, 1,719<1,987, (4) training has a significant effect on employee performance because the t value>t table is, 4,952>1,987, (5) organizational commitment has an effect on employee performance because the t value>t table, namely 4,747>1,987, (6 ) employee engagement has a significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment with a direct effect value of 0.142 which is greater than the in direct effect of 0.149, (7) training has no significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment with a direct effect value of 0.381 with an in direct effect value of 0.156.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of leadership, work discipline and work environment on job satisfaction of optical employees in Cakranegara District. Data was collected via a Google Form questionnaire from 51 employees. The data analysis used is the t test (partial), and F test (simultaneous). The results of the t test analysis (partial), show (1) leadership has a negative and not significant effect with a calculated t value of -0.560 < t table 2.01174 and a significance level of 0.578 > 0.05, (2) work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on t value 1.439 < t table 2.01174 and a significance level of 0.456 > 0.05, (3) the work environment is proven to have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of optical employees with a t value of 5.628 > t table 2.01174 and a significance level of 1.259 < 0.05. The results of the F test analysis found that leadership, work discipline and the work environment simultaneously had a significant effect on optical employee job satisfaction with a calculated F value of 55.039 > F table 2.80 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand image and brand trust on customer loyalty to apple iphone products (a case study on STIE AMM Mataram students). So that the research variables consist of three (3) independent variables, namely brand image (X1), brand trust (X2), and the dependent variable, namely customer loyalty (Y). The aims of this research are (1) to find out whether brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty, (2) to find out whether brand trust has a significant effect on customer loyalty, (3) to find out whether brand image and brand trust have a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty. In this study, 2 types of research were used, namely qualitative and quantitative with a total population and sample of 60 students from STIE AMM Mataram. The data collection technique used in this study is a statement in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty because tcount > ttable, namely 1,842 > 2,002, (2) brand trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty because tcount > ttable, namely 7,078 > 2,002. Fcount has a greater value than f table, namely the Fcount value is 66,021 with a sig = 0,000.
