Abstract

The sustainability of PT Sasak Maiq, in West Lombok Regency, as one of the Small and Medium Enterprises has recently been threatened by the Covid - 19 pandemic which began to hit Indonesia in early 2020. PT Sasak Maiq is concerned about this because it has an impact on reducing turnover sales of their products. This requires a strategic study, to be able to maintain the existence of PT Sasak Maiq in the Covid-19 pandemic, which cannot be predicted when it will end. This research is a descriptive study with the aim of knowing which strategies are suitable to be applied in order to maintain the existence of PT Sasak Maiq in the future. The data is sourced from stakeholders, with an analysis technique in the form of environmental analysis (SWOT Analysis). The results showed that the suitable strategy to be applied to maintain the sustainability of PT Sasak Maiq is the ST strategy, which is in the form of a diversification strategy, by creating the new unique product, strengthening the online marketing network, maintaining a price strategy, maintaining relationships with marketing networks both at domestic and abroad, so that it can maintain demand for its products.

Abstract

Hidroponik adalah metode bercocok tanam dengan menggunakan air sebagai medianya, Sistem bertani hidroponik lebih produktif karena ditanam pada lahan yang sempit, waktu tanam lebih singkat dengan kandungan gizi yang tinggi. Seperti halnya petani hidroponik lainnya permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh mitra dalam hal ini Pondok Pesantren Darul Qur’an adalah terganggunya hasil produksi oleh intensitas hujan dan panas sinar matahari, polusi serta gangguan hama yang akan menurunkan kuantitas dan kualitas produksi, permasalahan lainnya adalah belum memiliki sistem pembukuan atau laporan keuangan sederhana dan rencana pengembangan usaha serta jangkauan pemasaran terbatas. Untuk keberlanjutan pengembangan usaha mitra maka:1) perlu penggunaan teknologi green house yang harapannya akan meningkatkan kuantititas, kualitas produksi 2) meningkatkan keterampilan untuk membuat sistem pembukuan, laporan keuangan sederhana dan rencana pengembangan usaha; 3) memperluas jangkauan pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei pendampingan, merancang bentuk, mengaplikasikan, pembinaan dan pengawasan yang selanjutnya dilakukan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian sebagai berikut: peningkatan keterampilan membuat sistem pembukuan, laporan keuangan sederhana dan rencana pengembangan usaha, hibah Green House dari Bank Indonesia Cabang Mataram, peningkatan kuantitas produksi , kualitas (rasa manis,warna hijau segar, bebas hama/parasit) serta perluasan jangkauan pemasaran yakni terjalin kemitraan baru dengan beberapa hotel dan penginapan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analze the extent of Customer Satisfaction Level towards the Service Quality at CV. Lombok Lalu Travel. The population in this study consisted of 272 customers, using a simple radom sampling technique, resulting in a simple size of 54 customers. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) was calculated in this study to assess the degree of alignment between customers expectations and perceived performance. It measures the difference between customers perceived performance and their expectations. The research method used in this study is descriptive research, with data collection using questionnaires distributed through google form. The data was then processed using SPPS 25 to assess the validity and reliability of each attribute. The results based on the Customer Satisfaction Index at CV. Lombok Lalu Travel obtained a score of 89%, indicating that the customers of are “very satisfied” with the service quality performance. Based on the calculations using the Customer Satisfaction index “responsible for providing services” and “ready to serve customers when traveling” received the lowest scores, suggesting in its service is more prepared in managing customer schedules according to the specified time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine several things, namely: (1) the effect of compensation on employee performance, (2) the effect of work facilities on employee performance, (3) work ability on employee performance, (4) the effect of compensation, work facilities, and work ability on employee performance. In this study using the type of associative research with a sample of 36 people who are employees of PT. Kharisma Jaya Lombok. The data collection technique in this study is in the form of statements in the form of questionnaires. The results of this study show that: (1) compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. (2) Work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance. (3) Work ability does not have a significant effect on employee performance. (4) compensation, work facilities and work ability have a significant effect on employee performance because the calculated F value is greater than the F table.

Abstract

The problem faced by pottery craftsmen in Banyumulek Village is the lack of knowledge of business actors in using digital marketing to market their products. The 2018 earthquake and Covid 19 were obstacles and obstacles for craftsmen which caused the lack of enthusiasts and tourists so that they were forced to change professions as agricultural laborers. Lack of promotion is one of the causes so government attention is needed. Therefore, providing training and assistance to Banyumulek Village Pottery MSMEs regarding the use of social media in promoting their products or crafts which are still traditional is expected to help revive the economy of the craftsmen so that they can be recognized by the global community

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of shopping lifestyle, hedonic values, and Instagram social media endorsements on purchasing interest in the Lucky Light Candy Mataram distro. The type of research is associative and the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The sample used was 50 respondents from customers at the Lucky Light Candy Distro. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 0,756 + 0,018X1 + 0,375X2 + 0,507X3. The results of this research also show that the t test (partial) states that the shopping lifestyle variable is not significant with the t value, namely 0,092 < ttabel and significant value 0,927 > 0,05, the hedonic value variable has a significant effect with a t-count value of 4.044 > ttable and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, the Instagram social media endorsement variable has a significant effect with a t-count value of 4.366 > ttable and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the F test (simultaneous), it is stated that the variables Shopping Lifestyle, Hedonic Value, and Instagram Social Media Endorsement influence simultaneously or simultaneously on buying interest with a calculated F value of 97.179 > F table and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Tugu Hotel North Lombok. The variables in this study consist of 2 independent variables, namely compensation (X1) and work environment (X2); the intervening variable is job satisfaction (Z) and the dependent variable is performance (Y). The population in this study were employees of Tugu Hotel North Lombok. The sample in this study used stratified random sampling, with 60 employees as respondents. The analytical tool used is path analysis. The results showed that (1) compensation directly has an insignificant effect on employee performance; (2) compensation directly has an insignificant effect on employee satisfaction; (3) compensation indirectly has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Thus, job satisfaction mediates the effect of compensation on performance; (4) The work environment directly has a significant effect on employee performance; (5) The work environment directly has a significant effect on employee satisfaction; (6) The work environment indirectly has no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Thus, job satisfaction mediates the effect of the work environment on performance; (7) Job satisfaction directly has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Assistance in utilizing plastic waste and ash from burning pottery into paving blocks is an implementation of Community Service (PKM) carried out by STIE AMM Mataram lecturers. Banyumulek Village produces waste every day in the form of plastic and the ash left from burning pottery just piles up. It is hoped that the development of creativity based on the use of ashes left over from burning pottery for all village communities can be carried out with guidance and assistance in a creative economy based on an economy made from plastic waste, the community can produce benefits and profits for the community. Making paving blocks from these two types of waste, which are often found in Banyumulek Village, is not only for making a profit, but can also provide innovation and business development among MSMEs by utilizing plastic waste and ash from burning pottery, which are often found in Banyumulek Village. In terms of marketing, MSMEs carry out promotions through social media. Currently, almost everyone uses social media, by marketing in an interesting way on social media, it will be easier to attract or captivate buyers. In this way, sales of paving block products made from plastic and also ash left over from burning pottery will be better known and it is hoped that this will have an impact on the level of sales of these products.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the of work discipline, supervision and compensation on the performance of employees of thee Office Communication, Informatics anf Statistics of West Nusa Tenggra Province. This study consists 3 independen variables, namely work discipline (X1). Supervision (X2), compensation (X3) and 1 performance dependent variable (Y). The population in this study were 136 employees of the Information, Communication and Statistics Office. The sample in this study was 60 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that variables of discipline and compensation have a significant effect partially while the control variable has no significant effect partially, and simultaneously the variables of work discipline, supervision and compensation have a significant effect

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Perbedaan Kinerja Guru yang sudah dan belum mendapatkan tunjangan sertifikasi pada SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Sandubaya. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 201 orang guru pada SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Sandubaya, terdiri dari 109 guru yang sudah mendapat tunjangan sertifikasi dan 92 orang guru yang belum mendapat tunjangan sertifikasi . Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang terdiri dari 52 orang guru yang sudah mendapat tunjangan sertifikasi dan 48 orang guru yang belum mendapatt tunjangan sertifikasi. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan 21 butir pertanyaan kuesioner pada 100 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kinerja guru yang sudah mendapat tunjangan sertifikasi sebesar 4,25 masuk kategori “Sangat Baik” sedangkan rata-rata kinerja guru yang belum mendapat tunjangan sertifikasi sebesar 3,95 masuk kategori “Baik”. Untuk menguji signifikansi perbedaan kinerja guru yang sudah dan yang belum mendapatkan tunjangan sertifikasi menggunakan alat analisis uji independent sample t- test dengan hasil nilai sig 2-tailed 0,00 < 0,05 yang bermakna terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja guru yang sudah mendapatkan tunjangan sertifikasi dengan kinerja guru yang belum mendapatkan tunjangan sertifikasi, dimana kinerja guru yang sudah mendapatkan tunjangan sertifikasi lebih tinggi daripada kinerja guru yang belum mendapatkan tunjangan sertifikasi.
