Abstract

Platform digital semakin populer di masyarakat karena kemudahan penggunaannya dan akses gratis yang tersedia untuk penggunanya. Platform yang tengah popular saat ini yaitu TikTok, sebuah aplikasi media sosial yang sangat digemari dan juga memiliki fitur TikTok Shop. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi keputusan pembelian di TikTok Shop dipengaruhi viral marketing, diskon harga, dan tagline gratis ongkir baik secara individual maupun bersamaan, Metode kuantitatif diimplementasikan pada penelitian in , dengan populasi sebanyak 513 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Bandar Lampung, dan sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 84 responden, diperoleh melalui rumus Slovin. Kuisioner yang didistribusikan melalui Google Form berfungsi sebagai sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas), analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t (parsial), uji f (simultan), dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil temuan ini menjelaskan jika Keputusan pembelian di TikTok Shop terpengaruh oleh viral marketing, diskon harga, dan tagline “gratis ongkir” secara simultan.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas produk dan harga memengaruhi keputusan konsumen di Sahabat Hidroponik Lampung. Karena lebih hemat sumber daya dan lebih ramah lingkungan dibandingkan dengan metode pertanian konvensional, pertanian hidroponik semakin populer. Konsumen sangat mempertimbangkan kualitas produk, seperti kesegaran, kebersihan, dan kemasan, serta harga yang sering dianggap lebih tinggi. Studi ini mengaplikasikan regresi linear berganda dan analisis deskriptif. Sampelnya terdiri dari 54 orang yang menjawab. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat beli konsumen dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor utama, yaitu kualitas produk dan harga. Di antara keduanya, harga memberikan pengaruh yang lebih signifikan. Studi ini membantu produsen dan pengecer membuat strategi pemasaran dan strategi penetapan harga yang efisien. Ini akan memperbesar minat mereka untuk membeli produk hidroponik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) at PT PLN UID Lampung, including its effectiveness in supporting operational efficiency, data security, process automation, and corporate decision making. In addition, this study also identifies challenges and system development plans to improve the performance and function of the accounting information system. PERMEN BUMN No. PER-18/MBU/10/2014 emphasizes importance technology information For increase Power BUMN competitiveness through accurate data and decision making decision fast. This study uses a qualitative method through direct interviews with key informants, namely Asman AKT AT and PDP at PT PLN UID Lampung. The data obtained were analyzed to understand the implementation, benefits, challenges, and efforts to develop accounting information systems in the company. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SAP-based accounting information systems has had a significant positive impact on the operational efficiency of PT PLN UID Lampung. This system is able to automate most manual processes, improve data accuracy, and accelerate the completion of financial reports. Special training and technical support are available to assist users in operating the system. However, challenges faced include the adaptation of new users and technical constraints that require third-party vendor intervention.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine how abstrac Online Customer Reviews and Brand Image affect the Purchase Decision of Scarlett Whitening products on Tiktok Shop. The research design was carried out using quantitative methods. The number of research samples consisted of 70 respondents, which was obtained by applying the Nonprobability Sampling method through a purposive sampling approach. Data was obtained through questionnaires. The techniques applied in data analysis are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F test, and determination coefficient (R2). The results of this study indicate that online customer reviews do not have a significant influence on the purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening products and Brand Image has a significant influence on the purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening products. In addition, Online Customer Reviews and Brand Image have a simultaneous influence on Scarlett Whitening's product purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of art students in developing creativity among students at the University of Bandar Lampung. Art is all human actions that arise from feelings that are alive and beautiful in nature so that they can move the soul of human feelings. Art can be interpreted as the activity of creating forms that can be understood or perceived. Creativity is a mental process that involves the emergence of new ideas, is a person's ability to give birth to or create new things in the form of new or existing ideas or works. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation, data validity testing using triangulation techniques, data analysis techniques using inductive techniques. The role of art students in developing creativity among Bandar Lampung University students is urgently needed to encourage Bandar Lampung University students to develop the creativity and talents they have and fill their free time with useful things.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Communication on the performance of Starlight Organizer Bandar Lampung employees. The population of this research is Starlight Organizer Bandar Lampung employees, with a sample of 30 people in the study. The method of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the study it was found that Service Quality and Communication together had a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction at Starlight Organizer Bandar Lampung, proven and acceptable to be true. It is hoped that with this research the Bandar Lampung Starlight Organizer can maintain the stability of Service Quality and Good Communication for customers so that it can improve employee performance at the Bandar Lampung Starlight Organizer.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to discover how customer loyalty at Café FORE Bandar Lampung is impacted by product pricing and quality. The population of the study consists of Café FORE Bandar Lampung customers, and the slovin formula predicts that the sample size is 100. using multiple linear regression analysis as an analysis technique. The study's conclusions, which have been shown to be true, indicate that customer loyalty at Café FORE Bandar Lampung is favorably and significantly influenced by both product quality and pricing. It is believed that with the aid of this research, Café FORE Bandar Lampung can uphold consistent product quality and affordable prices for customers, hence increasing customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to compare the methods used both variable costing and full costing as seen from the cost of production to determine the selling price at Makanaku Bandar Lampung. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. To find out the basic price and selling price of Makanaku Bandar Lampung, interviews and documentation were carried out, which were then analyzed quantitatively. Based on the research results and data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a difference between the full costing and variable costing methods, this is because the costs charged to products are only from variable costs. So that it will affect the determination of the cost of production and cost of goods sold, so that profits will also have an effect. The advice that can be given is to determine the selling price, the company should still take into account the cost of production and the expected profit percentage, so that the selling price information can be presented fairly. Because the market price is not always high. With information on calculating a reasonable selling price, it can be used as a basis for making decisions for the company, so that it can be considered in making decisions.
