Abstract

Reward and punishment are part of the motivation for students to be better whose aim is to change a person's behavior so that the student becomes disciplined. Discipline is one of the good and commendable characteristics that can support and influence success in the educational process, so that if the attitude of discipline in learning has been instilled from an early age then a character and educational goals will be achieved with satisfactory results. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. He results of the study stated (1) the application of reward and punishment in class IV MI Miftahul Ulum was by giving rewards in the form of praise, gifts and plus points. While the application of punishment in class IV MI Miftahul Ulum is by giving warnings and punishments in the form of picking up trash, standing in front of the class, getting low scores and writing sentences on the blackboard or in books. (2) the impact of implementing reward and punishment in class IV MI Miftahul Ulum is in the form of a positive impact on implementing rewards, namely motivating students to always do good, be happy and enthusiastic during the teaching and learning process and be disciplined. The negative impact of rewards is feeling arrogant and doing something just to get gifts and praise. While the positive impact of punishment is motivating students not to repeat their mistakes and always obeying school rules and giving a deterrent effect. The negative impact of implementing punishment is that there are some students who do not obey the teacher's orders.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country because most of the population works in the agricultural sector. The main need for farmers is fertilizer, to support plant growth properly. The relatively expensive price of fertilizer is an obstacle for farmers in Tawangrejo Village. The majority of the Tawangrejo Village community are farmers and have a large number of cattle, of course this can be used to produce compost. Therefore we are moved to empower the people of Tawangrejo Village regarding the production of compost from cow dung. The hope is that it can help the community in meeting their fertilizer needs, besides that compost production also has the potential to increase income for the community. This community service uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) research method. The data contained in this paper were obtained from implementing a series of PAR methods supported by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are the emergence of public awareness to utilize cow dung as compost and the creation of a community group of compost producers in Tawangrejo Village.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusi merupakan pendidikan sistem layanan pendidikan yang mengatur agar siswa dapat dilayani di sekolah terdekat, di kelas regular bersama-sama dengan teman seusianya. Tanpa harus dikhususkan kelasnya, siswa dapat belajar bersama dengan aksesibilitas yang mendukung untuk semua siswa tanpa terkecuali difabel. Penelitian ini akan mengeskplor dan mengkaji 2 pembahasan yaitu: 1). Peran guru dalam melaksanakan pendidikan inklusi di kelas IV SDN Wates 1 Mojokerto, 2)Faktor pendukung dan penghambat peran guru dalam melaksanakan pendidikan inklusi kelas V SDN Wates 1 Mojokerto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis bagaimana peran guru dalam melaksanakan pendidikan inklusi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data, menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan inklusi di SDN Wates 1 Mojokerto sudah terlaksana dengn baik. Dengan adanya peran guru inklusi, namun sekolah masih harus mengembangkannya agar lebih terstruktur dengan baik

Abstract

Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) merupakan evaluasi yang menilai kemampuan dasar siswa untuk mengembangkan potensi dirinya dan berkontribusi kepada masyarakat. AKM bertujuan untuk mengukur kemampuan dasar yang diperlukan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan penalaran sesuai standar internasional, agar peserta didik menjadi kreatif dan inovatif sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman di abad XXI. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya strategi guru dalam mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi AKM di MIN 2 Mojokerto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan guru kelas dalam penyusunan AKM, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat penyusunan AKM di MIN 2 Mojokerto. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diverifikasi melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian di MIN 2 Mojokerto menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Guru menerapkan beberapa strategi dalam mempersiapkan siswa kelas V menghadapi AKM, antara lain penggunaan media modul AKM, program bimbingan belajar AKM, mengaitkan materi pembelajaran tematik dengan AKM, penyediaan berbagai buku bacaan di perpustakaan dan pojok literasi, serta melaksanakan simulasi ujian AKM. (2) Faktor pendukung persiapan AKM di MIN 2 Mojokerto antara lain fasilitas penunjang seperti buku modul AKM, komputer, jaringan internet, dan lain-lain. Namun ada juga faktor penghambatnya, seperti kesulitan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal khusus yang memerlukan bimbingan ekstra dari guru. Selain itu, beberapa siswa mungkin merasa bosan ketika mengikuti pelajaran tambahan AKM di siang hari, sehingga guru memberikan waktu istirahat sebelum pelajaran AKM. Kendala pada latihan simulasi AKM juga terdapat terkait permasalahan internet. Kata Kunci : Strategi, AKM, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
