Abstract

Educational tourism as one of the development sectors of tourism is based on the community's need for educational variations. Educational tourism is suitable to be developed in locations that have limited locations and are in areas with residents. Tukad Bindu, as one of the densely populated areas in Denpasar, has the potential to develop educational tourism. The fast flow of the river becomes an attraction and strength in the tourism development needed by the local community. The learning model and the introduction of caring for nature can be applied to the tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu. In its development, the arrival of Covid-19 also affected the visit to the tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu which was seen in a drastic decrease in domestic tourists for almost 8 months. Strategic steps are needed in adapting the covid-19 virus so that the tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu can still run. This study aims to obtain a standard health protocol that can be done in entering the area of Tukad Bindu tourist attraction using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research can be used in application during the Covid-19 pandemic, so that people can still visit the tourist attraction of Tukad Bindu by following the applicable protocol.

Abstract

Numerous crucial viewpoints to comprehend the culture of company communication. It's critical that the front and back communicate with each other. Work culture plays a key role in launching corporate operations by improving human capital and human resource management (SDM) to boost productivity and reduce business risks over time. The ability of employees to work effectively and meet predetermined productivity targets in order to maximize their contributions is the basis for measuring worker productivity. The aim of this research is to investigate the effects of work culture and interpersonal communication on the employees of UPTD Puskesmas II Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Timur. The quantitative method is used in this investigation. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in this strategy. For this investigation, 66 employees made up the sample. from the East Denpasar District Health Office's UPTD Puskesmas II. A significant value of f less than 0.05 indicates that the work culture and interpersonal communication have a significant impact on the quality of staff performance, according to the research.

Abstract

Pura merupakan tempat ibadah umat Hindu. Pembagian jenis pura termasuk ke dalam salah satu dari tiga kerangka agama Hindu selain Tattwa, Susila adalah Acara. Tempat suci bagi umat Hindu dalam wilayah teritorial adalah terbagi ke dalam pembagian zona desa adat. Terdapat Pura Desa untuk memuja Dewa Brahma, Pura Puseh untuk memuja Dewa Wisnu yang sangat fungsional dengan bangunan meru yang bertumpang, dan Pura Dalem tempat memuja Dewa Siwa.Pada artikel ini akan diuraikan Pura Luhur Puseh Bedha yang selain sebagai kahyangan tiga, juga adalah sebagai daya tarik pariwisata budaya. Dengan kelengkapan yang sudah dipersiapkan untuk menerima wisatawan baik domestik maupun mancanegara. Bagi wisatawan yang tertarik dengan pariwisata heritage, maka pura luhur puseh Bedha adalah salah satu tempat berwisata karena memiliki sejarah yang berkaitan dengan seorang patih dari Bali yang sangat terkenal yaitu Patih Kebo Iwa. Wantilan di pura ini kerap dijadikan tempat oleh wisatawan untuk memahami kebudayaan Bali seperti misalnya nanding gebogan. Aktivitas ritual yaitu ngaben tikus juga dilaksanakan di pura ini setiap dua tahun.

Abstract

Sanggar Seni Saba Sari has certainly experienced various long journey to be able to continue to exist in maintaining the existence of the Sanggar Seni Saba Sari, especially in maintaining the Legong Bapang Gaya Saba Dance which is an icon of this sanggar. In the process, the strategy of maintaining until it continues to exist certainly deserves attention, so that researchers are interested in conducting a more in-depth review of how the Sanggar Seni Saba Sari retention strategy is in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research uses two theories. First, The theory of systems according to Karl Weick and the theory of interpersonal communication strategies according to Joseph A. Devito. The results show that Weick's theory (1) allows members of the organization to recreate their environment by determining and negotiating a special meaning in dealing with an event, (2) assisting in the process of collecting data and information so that it can be processed and adjusted into applicable rules, (3) assist in the process of deepening information through a retention strategy in the hope of helping the organization retain information about how the organization responds in dealing with situations. Devito's theory of interpersonal communication produces a positive stimulus for each individual in an organization that plays a very important role in building awareness in creating effective communication situations while also playing a role in improving morality in the form of behavior, action, and intellectuality between communicators and communicants.

Abstract

The research was conducted to find out public relations marketing communications in the creative space of Dharma Negara Alaya Denpasar. In response to the program set by the city government of Denpasar in the form of the creative space of Dharma Negara Alaya’s building. The question examined from this study is: 1) How is the implementation of SOSTAC in public relations marketing communication strategy on the creative space of Dharma Negara Alaya Denpasar? 2) What is the public relations marketing strategy in the creative space of Dharma Negara Alaya Denpasar? 3) How are public relations marketing the creative space of the Dharma Negara Alaya Denpasar building? With descriptive qualitative research, analysis results with the SOSTAC method for digital marketing strategy and public relations marketing communication strategy. After being analyzed with the SOSTAC method, then each problem formulation is dissected with public relations theory, persuasive communication theory, and symbolic interactionism theory. The results of the study show that 1) SOSTAC (Situation, Objective, Strategy, Tactic, Action, Control) implementation is by the implementation of communication carried out by the public relations team, 2) Communication strategies are carried out in a persuasive and educative manner to attract public interest, 3) Dharma Negara Alaya has a high commitment to the implementation of public service standards that have been set. In conclusion, the implementation of marketing public relations communications is following the principles and hierarchy of the organization, carrying out public communications properly, professionally, and under procedures as the researchers have concluded. Abstract

The Republic of Indonesia Radio Public Broadcasting Institute (LPP RRI) Denpasar is one of Programa 4 which discusses the cultural segment and has the function of preserving Balinese culture. Therefore, it is necessary to raise the Communication Strategy of Pabligbagan Pasikian Yowana Bali at Programa 4 RRI Denpasar. To find out the Communication Strategy of Pabligbagan Pasikian Yowana Bali in Programa 4 RRI Denpasar, research was conducted regarding the Communication Strategy Model of Pabligbagan Pasikian Yowana Bali in Programa 4 RRI Denpasar, Barriers to Pabligbagan Pasikian Yowana Bali Communication Strategy in Programa 4 RRI Denpasar and the Implications of Communication Strategy of Pabligbagan Pasikian Yowana Bali at Program 4 RRI Denpasar. The methodology of this study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis which aims to obtain an overview of the problem and determine the work steps in this study regarding the Communication Strategy of Pabligbagan Pasikian Yowana Bali in Program 4 Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Denpasar in the Literacy of the Young Generation in the Era of the Industrial Revolution Society 5.0. Therefore, it is necessary to use the right methods to help the smooth running of research.The theory used to dissect this research problem is the Five Step Communication Planning Model, namely Research, Planning, Implementation, Evaluation or Measurement and Reporting, Rhetoric Theory and Dependency Theory of Mass Communication Effects.
