Abstract

: To be able to become a strong and reliable entrepreneur, hard skills and soft skills are needed, this is also needed by micro-small businesses. Marketing public relations is needed as knowledge to open insight for every entrepreneur so that they can develop, because knowledge about marketing public relations will support success in producing and marketing products through product image and business image. Based on observations of micro-small scale businesses in Bulusan Subdistrict, Tembalang District, Semarang, suboptimal business performance is related to limited knowledge about creating product images and business images to build relationships with consumers and understand their needs. By developing insight into marketing public relations, it is hoped that they will become aware of the strategic role and importance of product image and business image, so that they will ultimately be able to market products/services to meet consumer needs in a sustainable manner. Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to empower women in the Purwoyoso village. This empowerment is able to improve the economic condition of the family. through innovative activities, enabling them to learn various skills to help increase income for women in Purwoyoso sub-district, The method used in this community service activity is to provide direct training with tutorials in the field by teaching making dish soap and calculating HPP (Cost of Production). The results of the service are expected that mothers have skills in making dish soap and calculating HPP so that they can determine the price of goods when sold. With skills in making dish soap, mothers can produce which can later be used alone or sold so that additional income can be obtained.

Abstract

As a supervisory body in the execution of regional administration in Grobogan Regency, the Grobogan Regency Inspectorate is crucial to achieving successful governance.  Based on observations, it appears that employees of the Grobogan Regency Inspectorate tend to perform below par, as shown by the fact that the Follow-up to the Inspection Results (TLHP) completed by the Grobogan Regency Inspectorate has not been completed at the best rate for five years in a row.  The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the performance of Grobogan Regency Inspectorate workers relates to their professionalism, competence, and organizational commitment. Using a total enumeration (census) technique, this study was carried out in the Grobogan Regency Inspectorate setting with the full involvement of all 49 members of the community.  The methodology of this study is based on a quantitative approach, in which respondents are given questionnaires to complete in order to gather data.  Additionally, the Partial Least Square (PLS) method was employed as the statistical analytic tool for data processing and analysis. Data processing findings demonstrate that professionalism and competency greatly boost organizational commitment.  Furthermore, employee performance is positively impacted by the three factors of competence, professionalism, and organizational commitment.  Organizational commitment, however, was only able to moderate the impact of professionalism on performance; it was unable to mediate the relationship between employee performance and competence. ‎

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan yang ditangani dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah adanya kesenjangan antara keinginan memiliki usaha yang sukses dengan ketiadaan keterampilan untuk menjual. Penjualan produk/jasa usaha mikro/kecil di Kelurahan Pendrikan Lor belum disesuaikan dengan kondisi pasar, sehingga cenderung menggunakan kiat-kiat maupun strategi konvensional. Solusi penyelesaian masalah tersebut adalah dengan menumbuhkan penguasaan selling skills, yang memiliki peran sangat strategis bagi mitra. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah tentang selling skill, simulasi dan contoh praktis menjual produk, diskusi dan tanya jawab, teknik memilih cara menjual produk / jasa sesuai dengan karakteristik produk / jasa, serta konsultasi (online) lanjutan setelah berakhirnya sesi tatap muka.. Kegiatan ini memanfaatkan pre-test serta post-test untuk sarana evaluasi ketercapaian tujuan, dengan cara menyandingkan hasil kedua alat tersebut yang berbasis pada persepsi mitra. Hasil penyandingan data tersebut menunjukkan capaian keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sesuai yang direncanakan. Luaran kegiatan yang berdampak langsung pada mitra meliputi perbaikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan menjual (selling skill), peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi waktu penjualan, dan percepatan perputaran modal usaha. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between high performance work systems, leader-member exchange, psychological wellbeing and psychological capital. The number of samples taken as many as 74 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The validity of the sample was tested by loading factor and average variance extracted (AVE) while the reliability test used an internal consistency test based on Cronbach's Alpha and Composite Reliability. Validity test with loading factor and AVE value shows a valid value. The reliability tester with the internal consistency test has Cronbach's Alpha and Composite Reliability values that meet the criteria.The results showed that the high-performance work system had a positive and significant effect of 0.370 on psychological capital with a P value of 0.045. The leader-member exchange has a positive and significant effect of 0.225 on psychological capital with P-values of 0.037. Psychological well-being was significant as a moderating effect between high-performance work systems on psychological capital with a P-value of 0.028 and psychological well-being was significant as a moderating effect between leader-member exchange on psychological capital with a P-value of 0.006

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the satisfaction of transformational leadership on performance with organizational commitment as mediast (intervening) on Islamic foundation X school employees in the city of Semarang. The hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence between job satisfaction, transformational leadership on performance and organizational commitment is subject mediation in This study totaled 39 people who were employees of the X Islamic School Foundation in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique used was an incidental technique. Data collection used 3 scales, namely the scale of job satisfaction, transformational leadership and organizational commitment. Meanwhile, for performance, using a performance assessment that was carried out in 2022 /2023. Data analysis was used using SEM-PLS 3.0. The results showed that job satisfaction has an effect on performance with a T statistic of 3.402> 1.9 with P = 0.001 <0.05, job satisfaction has no effect on organizational commitment with a T statistic of 0.440 1.9 with P = 0.660 > 0.05, commitment has no effect on performance with T statistic 1.960 <1.9 with P=0.051> 0.05, transformational leadership has no effect on performance with T statistic 0.209<1.9 with P=0.834-0.05 Transformational leadership influences organizational commitment with T statistic 3.770>1 .9 with P = 0.000 and organizational commitment is not able to mediate job satisfaction on performance with transformational leadership on performance. about performanceKeywords : Employee performance, Job satisfaction, Trnasformaational leadership, Organizatioanl commitmentAbstrak : Penelitian ini beretujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai mediasi (intervening) pada pegawai sekolah yayasan islam X dikota Semarang. Abstract

Employees who have loyalty and commitment will try their best to achieve goals. When employees feel satisfied with the work they do, then employees work optimally in completing their work. Individuals who have high work motivation will bring up OCB behavior. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Through Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables at PT RMB. This study used quantitative methods with random sampling techniques. The population in this study were PT RMB employees, totaling 183 people. The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction and OCB at PT RMB. There is a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment and job satisfaction at PT RMB. The mindset variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction. There is no significant influence between Organizational Commitment and OCB on employees at PT RMB. There is a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment and job satisfaction at PT RMB. There is no significant effect between work motivation and OCB on employees at PT RMB.
