Abstract

Humanity is currently in deep sadness due to the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) which has hit almost all parts of the world. Indonesia spontaneously implemented policies of learning from home, working from home, and worshiping at home. One of the learning methods used by the Indonesian education system is online or the abbreviation for the network. Online or online is a learning method that is carried out online. While online courses are courses that are wholly or partly held online or online, using learning management. This study aims to determine the effect of the learning style system on student achievement inequality education. The method used in this research is experimental. The study population numbered 120 students who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing learning style questionnaires and documenting student report cards within 1 semester. This study uses quantitative data analysis techniques, normality and homogeneity tests, and ANOVA tests. Hypothesis testing used a one-way ANOVA test with data processing using Lisrel. The results showed that the learning style had a significant influence or contribution to the learning achievement of students. This can be seen from the results of the significant value of 0.500 so that the significance value of the ANOVA test of students is more than 0.45. Novelty is product style learning system, this is very important for education

Abstract

The ultimate goal of this research is the arrangement of the SI - Gabby application (Student Learning System) to improve student achievement. The application framework is prepared based on theoretical, empirical studies, and objective conditions of the implementation of the school learning system at Learning Activity Studio (SKB) Therefore, this study uses research and development methods and designs based on the principles and steps of Borg Gall. The population is 360 people, the sample is 230 people. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling. Data collection tool using a psychological scale. Based on the analysis of the implementation process of the developed model as well as the results achieved by group members, it proves that the student learning system is effective in improving student achievement. Indications of the success of the service implementation process can be seen from the roles carried out by counselors and group members at each stage, both the formation, transition, activity, and termination stages where at the activity stage the counselor applies the stages of the online learning system so that it is well internalized to all members of the group. While the effectiveness of the service is evidenced by the results of the achievement scale which shows an increase in the results of the initial evaluation and final evaluation on the total score of achievement.

Abstract

Kepercayaan diri mahasiswa cerdas istimewa saat berada pada pembelajaran klinik sangat diperlukan karena semakin tinggi kepercayaan mahasiswa tersebut semakin kompeten dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran klinik dengan baik. Hal tersebut didukung dengan berbagai metode pembelajaran yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa keperawatan diantaranya adalah konferensi klinis, simulasi, demonstrasi model, peta konsep dan ronde keperawatan, oleh karena itu pembimbing klinik harus mengetahui dengan baik metode pembelajaran yang akan digunakan, agar dapat memilih metode pembelajaran yang tepat dalam pembimbingan khususnya di lingkungan klinik pada mahasiswa cerdas istimewa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kepercayaan diri mahasiswa cerdas istimewa pada pembelajaran klinik. Fokus dan rumusan masalah jurnal ini adalah gambaran kepercayaan diri mahasiswa cerdas istimewa pada pembelajaran klinik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode review dari berbagai artikel yang diakses melalui Ebsco, Pro Quest dari tahun 2016 sampai tahun 2020. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan kesimpulan yaitu: Mahasiswa cerdas istimewa masih banyak yang memiliki kondisi psikologis yang sangat perlu kita perhatikan contohnya emosi, kepercayaan diri, hubungan sosial dengan teman sebaya karena itu mahasiswa cerdas istimewa sangat membutuhkan pendidikan khusus, kesempatan berkerjasama, dan pendampingan khusus. Dalam pendidikan keperawatan keyakinan/confidence merupakan variabel penting. Mahasiswa dengan tingkat kepercayaan diri yang lebih tinggi memiliki kemungkinan lebih besar untuk mengembangkan intervensi yang berhasil, karena mereka mampu menguji dan menggunakan kompetensinya dengan lebih mudah.

Abstract

This study aimed to demonstrate that character education and friendship are factors that influence or foster self-esteem in adolescents. To validate the statement, 250 students in Semarang participated and are involved in this study. Three hypotheses were formulated and tested. The major hypothesis was that character education and friendship have an effect on self-esteem in adolescents. The first minor hypothesis was that character education has an effect on students’ self esteem and the second minor hypothesis was that friendship has an effect on self-esteem in adolescents. The results of data analysis show that all hypotheses are accepted. Furthermore, based on the results, the researchers suggested that character education and friendship dimensions should be considered in an intervention program intended to promote the potential of education character and friendship as a means of fostering self-esteem in adolescents as a foundation for growth and development in the future.

Abstract

Child character, formed early. Factors that greatly influence character building in children include parental care. As is known, there is a picture that changes in biological, psychological and social aspects including children's behavior are the basic development of children that come from reciprocal interactions with the social environment, including family, school and various elements therein, as well as friends / peers. Therefore, the development and formation of children's character is influenced by various contexts around them. This context comes from interactions with parents as part of the family, neighbors, school, classmates, playmates, and various other important settings. The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding for parents to be able to implement character education in children, in terms of cognitive, personality, religious spirituality, which will be seen in children's behavior. Participants in the activity were the Semarang City Women and Children Protection Network (JPPA) activists under the Semarang City Women Empowerment and Child Protection Service (DP3A), with a total of 456 participants. Methods of activities carried out by using lectures, exercises and discussions as well as pre-tests and post-tests are used to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of activities. The results of this service show an increase in understanding among parents regarding the implementation of understanding character education for children in the family.

Abstract

Era digital merupakan istilah yang digunakan dalam kemunculan digital, jaringan internet khususnya teknologi informasi komputer. Era digital sendiri sering digunakan untuk menggambarkan teknologi digital. Dengan keberadaan internet  yang menyebar secara luas di berbagai kalangan, mulai dari anak-anak, remaja, hingga orang dewasa, menjadi kondisi yang ketergantungan dan juga semakin diperparah dengan hadirnya pandemi Covid-19 yang memaksa perpindahan seluruh kegiatan melalui aktivitas dalam jaringan (daring), mulai dari pekerjaan, pembelajaran, dan aktivitas sosial lainnya. Kemajuan internet mengakibatkan munculnya perilaku ketergantungan dan konsumtif yang melahirkan banyak perilaku menyimpang terutama pada anak-anak dan remaja yang sedang berada dalam tahap play stage atau meniru perilaku yang mereka lihat, dengar, dan terima dari lingkungan sekitarnya. Langkah pencegahan yang harus dilakukan adalah meningkatkan kemampuan menyeleksi informasi yang ada di dunia digital & mengadvokasi penggunanya sehingga melahirkan pelaku / pengguna internet yang bertanggung jawab dan cerdas Kata Kunci: Sosialisasi, pendidikan seksual, parenting, anak dan era digital

Abstract

Abstract: Stroke can cause sufferers to experience motor, sensory, cognitive or speech impairments as a result of brain damage that will disrupt the activities of post-stroke patients. One form of support that can be given to stroke patients is social support. The purpose of this study was to analyze and understand in depth about social support in post-stroke patients. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The subjects in this study were three post-stroke patients. Data collection techniques in this study used in-depth interview techniques. Data analysis technique used source triangulation. The results showed that the forms of social support, namely emotional support, esteem support, instrumental support, informal support, and social network support are needed by post-stroke sufferers. Patients still depend on the cargiver for their activities because their abilities are limited. Patients show joy when they get various forms of support from other people. With social support, patients are able to accept their situation so that it can increase the patient's enthusiasm for achieving recovery.Keywords: post-stroke; phenomenological; social supportAbstrak: Stroke dapat menyebabkan penderitanya mengalami kerusakan motorik, sensori, kognitif atau gangguan berbicara sebagai akibat dari kerusakan otak yang menganggu aktivitas pasien pasca stroke. Salah satu bentuk dukungan yang dapat diberikan kepada pasien stroke adalah dukungan sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan memahami secara mendalam tentang bentuk dan pengaruh dukungan sosial pada pasien pasca stroke. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah tiga orang pasien pasca stroke. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk dukungan sosial yaitu dukungan emosional, dukungan penghargaan, dukungan instrumental, dukungan informal, dan dukungan jaringan sosial dibutuhkan oleh penderita pasca stroke. Pasien masih bergantung kepada caregiver dalam beraktivitas karena terdapat keterbatasan kemampuannya. Pasien menunjukkan rasa senang ketika mendapatkan berbagai bentuk dukungan dari orang lain. Dengan adanya dukungan sosial pasien mampu menerima keadaan dirinya sehingga dapat meningkatkan semangat pada pasien dalam mencapai kesembuhan.Kata Kunci: fenomenologi; pasca stroke; dukungan sosial

Abstract

Setiap anak berhak atas kelangsungan hidup, tumbuh dan berkembang serta mendapat perlindungan dari kekerasan dan diskriminasi. Meskipun demikian kekerasan terhadap anak yang berupa bullying masih sering terjadi baik di rumah, di lingkungan sekitar rumah bahkan di sekolah. Oleh sebab itu maka perlu ada penelitian eksperimen yang menyusun sebuah program pelatihan anti bullying terlebih pada siswa dalam kategori remaja yang cenderung melakukan sesuatu tanpa mempedulikan akibat atau perasaan.. Pelatihan atau edukasi anti bullying sangat penting karena perubahan pola pikir memberikan efek terhadap perubahan pola perilaku sehingga potensi perundungan pada siswa menjadi berkurang. Peneliti mengambil populasi di MAN 1 Kota Semarang sebagai objek penelitian. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen, Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menguji efektivitas pelatihan anti bullying untuk menurunkan potensi tingkah laku bullying pada siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan anti bullying terbukti efektif dapat menurunkan tingkah laku bullying pada siswa MAN 1 Kota Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between high performance work systems, leader-member exchange, psychological wellbeing and psychological capital. The number of samples taken as many as 74 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The validity of the sample was tested by loading factor and average variance extracted (AVE) while the reliability test used an internal consistency test based on Cronbach's Alpha and Composite Reliability. Validity test with loading factor and AVE value shows a valid value. The reliability tester with the internal consistency test has Cronbach's Alpha and Composite Reliability values that meet the criteria.The results showed that the high-performance work system had a positive and significant effect of 0.370 on psychological capital with a P value of 0.045. The leader-member exchange has a positive and significant effect of 0.225 on psychological capital with P-values of 0.037. Psychological well-being was significant as a moderating effect between high-performance work systems on psychological capital with a P-value of 0.028 and psychological well-being was significant as a moderating effect between leader-member exchange on psychological capital with a P-value of 0.006

Abstract

Kondisi perkembangan remaja yang berada di Indonesia sangat membutuhkan perhatian. Perihal ini dapat dirasakan mulai dari tahap remaja masa kini yang terkesan lebih bebas dan sering mengabaikan asas-asas moralitas yang maknanya ada di keseharian tindakan yang dilakukan. Dalam riset ini menyampaikan penjelasan berkaitan dengan ancaman sosial media beserta gaya asuh orangtua terhadap tindakan brutal jalanan remaja. Riset ini mempergunakan metode riset kualitatif beserta kepustakaan, didampingi oleh beberapa jurnal penelitian tentang perilaku remaja yang berhubungan dengan sosok sosial media, gaya asuh serta agresi jalanan. Akhir dari riset ini menampilkan jika media sosial serta gaya asuh orang tua memiliki dampak yang sangat akurat terhadap tindakan brutal jalanan remaja
