Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan utuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pemberdayaan karyawan, keadilan organisasi, budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan secara simlutan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)” pada PT. Star Rubber. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert dengan analisis kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 98 orang responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) diperoleh: a) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior pada PT. Star Rubber, b) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Keadilan organisasi terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior pada PT. Star Rubber, c) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Budaya organisasi terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior pada PT. Star Rubber, d) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior pada PT. Star Rubber, e) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pemberdayaan karyawan, Keadilan organisasi, Budaya organisasi dan Gaya kepemimpinan terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior pada PT. Star Rubber.

Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. By integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), the research explores how perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and social influence impact MSME attitudes and behavioral intentions toward AI adoption. A quantitative method using path analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) is employed to test the relationships between independent variables (AI adoption) and dependent variables (MSME performance), with data analysis conducted using Smart PLS 4.0 software. A quantitative approach is used to measure variables based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). This study explores the factors influencing the adoption and utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) using a framework combining TAM and UTAUT. The findings highlight that perceived usefulness and effectiveness positively shape attitudes toward AI, as do ease of use and effort expectancy. Ease of use also enhances perceptions of AI’s usefulness and effectiveness. Behavioral intention to adopt AI is influenced by perceived benefits, ease of use, and social influence, with gender, age, and experience moderating these effects. Attitudes toward AI strongly drive behavioral intention, which subsequently leads to actual usage. Facilitating conditions, such as technological support and infrastructure, also play a key role in enabling usage, especially for experienced users and when adoption is voluntary. These findings emphasize the importance of usability, perceived value, and contextual factors in encouraging AI adoption in SMEs.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the use of cikarau leaves (Enhydra Fluctuans Lour) in society and to calculate the potential for processing cikarau leaves into environmentally friendly raw materials within the framework of a green economy. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. For the first objective, data was collected from 150 respondents using a questionnaire and Likert scale to understand the use of cikarau leaves (Enhydra Fluctuans Lour) in the community. Meanwhile, for the second objective, the potential of cikarau leaves (Enhydra Fluctuans Lour) as an environmentally friendly raw material in the green economy is calculated through analysis of the added value of cikarau leaves (Enhydra Fluctuans Lour) which are processed into cikarau leaf tea. The research results showed that the majority of respondents did not know about the cikarau plant (Enhydra Fluctuans Lour), with only a small portion having more advanced knowledge about it. In terms of experience, direct encounters with plants are also very limited. In terms of utilization, confidence in the medicinal benefits of cikarau leaves (Enhydra Fluctuans Lour) for diseases such as diabetes mellitus and cancer is relatively low. Regarding cultivation, the low level of participation in the cultivation of cikarau plants (Enhydra Fluctuans Lour) shows that this plant is not yet popular for cultivation. From an economic perspective, the margin allocated to company profits is higher than revenue. This indicates that processing cikarau leaves into cikarau tea has promising prospects.

Abstract

Purpose: This study explores the role of work stress as a mediator in the relationship between workload, work-life balance, and the phenomenon of quiet quitting among Generation Z employees.Method: The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing a random sampling technique. Data were collected from 156 Generation Z employees in West Sumatra through a structured questionnaire designed to assess workload, work-life balance, work stress, and quiet quitting behaviors. The collected data were analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0 to examine the relationships among these variables.Result: The findings found that workload has a significant impact on work stress, while work-life balance does not significantly affect work stress. Similarly, workload significantly influences quiet quitting, but work-life balance does not. Work stress is also found to significantly impact quiet quitting. However, work stress does not mediate the relationship between workload and quiet quitting. In contrast, work stress does mediate the relationship between work-life balance and quiet quitting.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: This study provides practical insights for businesses in West Sumatra to better manage workloads and support work-life balance initiatives. By addressing workload-related stress and fostering a healthier work-life balance, organizations can reduce quiet quitting, thereby improving employee well-being, engagement, and overall productivity. These improvements contribute to sustainable economic growth and development.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan signifikan jumlah penumpang pesawat di Indonesia menuntut peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di bandara sebagai gerbang utama transportasi udara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi optimal dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan bandara demi meningkatkan kepuasan penumpang. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi literatur, dengan mengacu pada lima dimensi ServQual, yaitu tangibles, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, dan assurance. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kelima dimensi tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan penumpang. Selain itu, integrasi layanan berbasis teknologi digital seperti self check-in, informasi berbasis aplikasi, dan layanan pelanggan digital terbukti mendukung efisiensi dan kenyamanan. Strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan harus bersifat menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek konvensional dan modern. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual dalam merumuskan strategi pelayanan bandara yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan penumpang masa kini.
