Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. By integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), the research explores how perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and social influence impact MSME attitudes and behavioral intentions toward AI adoption. A quantitative method using path analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) is employed to test the relationships between independent variables (AI adoption) and dependent variables (MSME performance), with data analysis conducted using Smart PLS 4.0 software. A quantitative approach is used to measure variables based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). This study explores the factors influencing the adoption and utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) using a framework combining TAM and UTAUT. The findings highlight that perceived usefulness and effectiveness positively shape attitudes toward AI, as do ease of use and effort expectancy. Ease of use also enhances perceptions of AI’s usefulness and effectiveness. Behavioral intention to adopt AI is influenced by perceived benefits, ease of use, and social influence, with gender, age, and experience moderating these effects. Attitudes toward AI strongly drive behavioral intention, which subsequently leads to actual usage. Facilitating conditions, such as technological support and infrastructure, also play a key role in enabling usage, especially for experienced users and when adoption is voluntary. These findings emphasize the importance of usability, perceived value, and contextual factors in encouraging AI adoption in SMEs.

Abstract

Indonesia telah menjalankan beberapa program jaminan sosial, namun baru mencakup sebagian kecil masyarakat. Sebagian besar masyarakat belum memperoleh perlindungan yang memadai. Pelaksanaan berbagai program jaminan sosial tersebut belum mampu memberikan perlindungan yang adil dan memadai kepada para peserta sesuai dengan manfaat program yang menjadi hak peserta. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, pemerintah perlu menyusun sebuah Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional (SJSN) yang mampu mensinkronisasikan penyelenggaraan berbagai bentuk jaminan sosial. Sehingga pemerintah menetapkan UU No 40 tahun 2004 tentang sistem jaminan sosial nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Proses yaitu perencanaan, pengorgaisasian, Penggerakan, monitoring dan evaluasi dalam menjalankan sistem jaminan sosial nasional yang berlandaskan pada Peratuan Mentri Kesehatan No 28 tahun 2014 tentang pedoman pelaksanaan jaminan kesehatan nasional dalam mencapai target UHC Kepesertaan JKN oleh Unit BPJS Kesehatan Kab. Padang Pariaman tahun 2019. Komponen proses pelaksanaan UHC peserta JKN Kab. Peisir Selatan tertuang dalam RPJMD yang akan dilaksanakan oleh Instansi terkait, namun perlu penyelarasan dalam bentu mekanisme khusus seperti roadmap mini, agar optimal pelaksanaan tupoksi dari masing-masing Instasi dalam upaya pencapaian UHC peserta JKN. Kemudian Monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan tolak ukur dan penilaian indikator kinerja, perlu ada dokumen tersendiri agar menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam pelaksnaan. Pemerintah Kab. Pesisir Selatan perlu mengoprtimalkan rincian perencanaan bersama di semua SKPD dan Instansi terkait, sehingga diketahui siapa melakukan apa, bagaimana dan kapan dalam proses percepatan pencapian program

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which leadership style, communication, work discipline, and culture influence PT job satisfaction. Bina Thani Nusantara West Passaman. This study consists of her four independent variables:The only variables related to leadership style, communication, work discipline, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. Path analysis is used as an analysis method. The method of data collection in this study was through the use of questionnaires completed by the respondent, her PT staff. Bina Thani Nusantara West Passaman. Partial test (t-test) results: a) Leadership style has a large positive impact on job satisfaction b) Communication has a large positive impact on job satisfaction c) Job discipline has a large positive impact on job satisfaction d a) organizational culture has a positive impact on job satisfaction; e) management style, communication, work discipline, and organizational culture have a positive impact on job satisfaction
