Abstract

Financial Literacy is the knowledge, skills, and beliefs that influence attitudes and behaviors to improve the quality of decision-making and financial management to achieve the financial welfare of the community. Instilling financial literacy at school age will leave a mark on their memories. Financial literacy provided in schools has an impact on adulthood where the child has provisions in understanding financial literacy which will later become provisions to face financial problems. The purpose of the PKM (Community Service) Financial Literacy Program is to provide financial knowledge skills from an early age and shape the character of financially disciplined people when they grow up. This activity was carried out at SDIT At-Taufiq. Using the storytelling method. The results showed that students were very enthusiastic about learning about the meaning of saving, and we provided literacy such as financial discipline, budgeting, needs, and desires.ABSTRAKLiterasi Keuangan adalah pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan keyakinan yang memengaruhi sikap dan perilaku untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan dan pengelolaan keuangan untuk mencapai kesejahteraan keuangan masyarakat. Penanaman literasi keuangan di usia sekolah akan membekas dalam ingatan individu. Literasi keuangan yang diberikan di sekolah berdampak pada usia dewasa dimana sang anak mempunyai bekal dalam memahami literasi keuangan yang nantinya akan menjadi bekal untuk menghadapi masalah keuangan. Tujuan dari Program PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) adalah membekali keterampilan pengetahuan keuangan sejak dini dan membentuk karakter masyarakat disiplin keuangan ketika dewasa nanti. Program ini dilakukan di SDIT At-Taufiq. Dengan menggunakan metode storytelling. Kegiatan  literasi ini menggunakan presentasi yang hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa para siswa/i sangat antusias mereka mengetahui tentang arti menabung dan kami memberikan literasi seperti disiplin keuangan, penganggaran, kebutuhan, dan keinginan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi ibu rumah tangga dalam memilih emas sebagai instrumen investasi syariah dengan menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Prosedur penelusuran dilakukan melalui beberapa database artikel ilmiah menggunakan kata kunci yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Tahapan seleksi mengikuti pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA), meliputi identifikasi, penyaringan, penilaian kelayakan, hingga penetapan artikel yang dianalisis. Dari seluruh artikel yang ditemukan pada tahap awal, hanya 15 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi berdasarkan fokus penelitian, kesesuaian konteks investasi syariah, serta keselarasan dengan populasi sasaran yaitu ibu rumah tangga. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi ibu rumah tangga dalam memilih investasi emas dipengaruhi oleh enam faktor utama, yaitu: (1) stabilitas nilai dan kemampuan emas menjaga daya beli terhadap inflasi, (2) kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah yang memberikan rasa aman dan bebas riba, (3) kemudahan akses dan transaksi melalui layanan digital, (4) kebutuhan perencanaan keuangan keluarga jangka panjang, (5) pengaruh lingkungan sosial dan budaya yang menempatkan emas sebagai simbol nilai ekonomi, serta (6) tingkat literasi keuangan syariah yang mendorong pemahaman lebih baik terhadap manfaat investasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa emas merupakan instrumen investasi yang paling dipercaya dan sesuai dengan karakteristik ibu rumah tangga karena sifatnya yang aman, likuid, terjangkau, serta memiliki makna religius. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan memberikan wawasan bagi lembaga keuangan syariah untuk mengembangkan edukasi dan produk investasi emas yang lebih inklusif, ramah perempuan, dan mudah diakses melalui teknologi. Motivations of Housewives in Choosing Gold as a Sharia-Compliant Investment Instrument Abstract This study aims to analyze the motivation of housewives in selecting gold as a sharia-compliant investment instrument using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The article search process was conducted through several scholarly databases using keywords relevant to the research topic. The selection procedure followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines, including identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and final inclusion. Out of all articles initially retrieved, only 15 studies met the inclusion criteria based on research focus, relevance to sharia investment, and alignment with the target population, namely housewives. The synthesis results indicate that the motivation of housewives to invest in gold is influenced by six key factors: (1) value stability and the ability of gold to protect purchasing power against inflation, (2) compliance with sharia principles that ensures security and freedom from riba, (3) accessibility and transaction convenience through digital services, (4) long-term family financial planning needs, (5) socio-cultural influences that position gold as a symbol of economic value, and (6) the level of sharia financial literacy that enhances understanding of investment benefits. These findings reaffirm that gold is perceived as the most trusted and favorable investment instrument for housewives due to its safety, liquidity, affordability, and religious significance. This study contributes insights for Islamic financial institutions to develop more inclusive gold investment education programs and products that are women-friendly and easily accessible through technology.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam ekonomi nasional dengan kontribusi 61% terhadap PDB, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam literasi keuangan digital dan maraknya pinjaman online ilegal yang mengancam keberlanjutan usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap keamanan digital, risiko pinjaman ilegal, serta memperkenalkan prinsip pengelolaan sampah berbasis 5R (Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rot) sebagai bagian dari pengembangan usaha berkelanjutan. Program dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan Service Learning melalui pelatihan interaktif kepada 50 pelaku UMKM sektor makanan dan minuman binaan Yayasan Bina Mulia, Kota Depok. Materi disampaikan oleh narasumber ahli dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN), dilengkapi dengan penyerahan modul pelatihan untuk implementasi mandiri. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test dengan metode N-Gain, yang menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 77,61% dan tergolong efektif. Peserta menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam memahami legalitas pinjaman online, perlindungan data pribadi, dan kesadaran lingkungan melalui pengelolaan limbah usaha. Kegiatan ini mengidentifikasi tantangan implementasi seperti keterbatasan akses digital dan ruang usaha, yang diatasi melalui strategi pendampingan berkelanjutan dan sistem dukungan terstruktur. Dampak jangka panjang yang diharapkan mencakup peningkatan daya saing UMKM melalui stabilitas finansial dan akses ke green financing, serta keberlanjutan lingkungan melalui praktik ramah lingkungan yang meningkatkan brand image dan efisiensi operasional. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukatif terpadu dengan dukungan pasca-pelatihan mampu membentuk literasi digital dan kesadaran berkelanjutan untuk pengembangan UMKM yang tangguh dalam konteks ekonomi digital dan tantangan lingkungan global. Integration of Digital Security Literacy, Illegal Online Loan Education, and Waste Management Socialization in The Development of MSMEs Assisted by The Bina Mulia Depok Foundation Abstract Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the national economy, contributing 61% to GDP, yet they still face challenges in digital financial literacy and the proliferation of illegal online loans that threaten business sustainability. This community service activity aims to enhance MSMEs' understanding of digital security, illegal loan risks, and introduce waste management principles based on 5R (Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rot) as part of sustainable business development. The program was implemented using a Service Learning approach through interactive training for 50 food and beverage sector MSME operators under Yayasan Bina Mulia, Depok City. Materials were delivered by expert speakers from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), complemented by training module distribution for independent implementation. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test using the N-Gain method, showing a 77.61% improvement in understanding, categorized as effective. Participants demonstrated significant improvement in understanding online loan legality, personal data protection, and environmental awareness through business waste management. This activity identified implementation challenges such as limited digital access and business space, which were addressed through continuous mentoring strategies and structured support systems. Expected long-term impacts include enhanced MSME competitiveness through financial stability and access to green financing, as well as environmental sustainability through eco-friendly practices that improve brand image and operational efficiency. This program demonstrates that an integrated educational approach with post-training support can build digital literacy and sustainability awareness for resilient MSME development in the context of the digital economy and global environmental challenges.

Abstract

The digital transformation has fundamentally changed household financial management through the penetration of financial technology such as e-wallets, e-banking services, and digital-based financial applications. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital financial literacy on family financial management effectiveness by developing an applied quantitative model framework that combines digital literacy dimensions and financial management indicators comprehensively. The research used an associative quantitative approach with survey method on 30 employees of the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of Mojokerto Regency who actively use digital financial services. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that digital financial literacy has a significant but complex influence on family financial management effectiveness. Financial technology knowledge (? = 0.210) and digital financial risk understanding (? = 0.090) contribute positively, while digital money knowledge (? = -0.032) shows negative influence indicating potential consumptive risk from easy access to digital transactions. The structural model produces an R-square value of 0.075, indicating that 7.5% of variation in family financial management can be explained by the three digital financial literacy constructs. This research contributes theoretically by developing a more nuanced understanding of the relationship between digital financial literacy and household financial behavior, showing that not all aspects of digital literacy contribute positively to financial management.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is the company's commitment to participate in sustainable economic development in order to improve the quality of society and the environment that is beneficial, both for the company itself, the local community, and society in general The implementation of CSR that is sustainable by the company is one of the efforts to prevent crisis by strengthening the company's reputation and image. The purpose of CSR activities is to establish positive social relations with the community so that foster favorable public attitudes (favorable) company. Steps that are aligned with the public interest will bring sympathy and increase public trust in the company. This research aims to determine the application of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), as well as to determine the benefits of the application of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at PT Spektra Megah Semesta Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive method and qualitative analysis with a research focus on the application, and the benefits of CSR through programs that have been run by PT. Spektra Megah Semesta Jakarta Period 2020-2024.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menjadi kebutuhan strategis bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk menjaga keberlangsungan usaha di tengah ekonomi berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas digital UMKM melalui pelatihan optimalisasi Google Business Profile, pemasaran media sosial, dan pembukuan digital. Program dilaksanakan selama dua bulan di Kabupaten Bogor dengan rangkaian kegiatan berupa pelatihan tatap muka, praktik langsung, serta pendampingan intensif kepada pelaku UMKM dalam mengimplementasikan materi yang diberikan. Pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) digunakan untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan aset komunitas yang telah dimiliki sehingga dapat mendukung peningkatan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha. Google Business Profile dimanfaatkan untuk memperkuat visibilitas dan aksesibilitas informasi usaha, sementara strategi pemasaran digital difokuskan pada penggunaan media sosial dan platform e-commerce untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Pembukuan digital diperkenalkan sebagai alat yang membantu UMKM mencatat transaksi secara akurat dan memantau kondisi keuangan secara lebih teratur. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan peserta berdasarkan perbandingan skor pre-test dan post-test. Skor rata-rata pada domain Penggunaan Teknologi Marketing meningkat dari 10,47 menjadi 14,47; domain Penerapan Digital Marketing meningkat dari 6,93 menjadi 14,37; dan domain Keberhasilan Usaha meningkat dari 7,10 menjadi 14,90. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan potensi kontribusi program dalam memperkuat kesiapan dan kapasitas digital UMKM, meski verifikasi jangka panjang masih diperlukan untuk menilai keterkaitannya dengan performa dan pertumbuhan usaha secara berkelanjutan. Digital Capacity Building for MSMEs through Business Visibility, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Bookkeeping Abstract Digital transformation has become a strategic necessity for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to survive and compete in the technology-based economic era. This community service activity aims to increase the digital capacity of MSMEs through training on optimizing Google Business Profile, social media marketing, and digital bookkeeping. The implementation method uses the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach in developing MSMEs in Bogor Regency, focusing on strengthening assets that are already owned by the community to increase competitiveness and business sustainability, as well as direct assistance to MSME actors in the target area. Google Business Profile is used to improve visibility and accessibility of business information in search engines, while digital marketing strategies emphasize the use of social media and e-commerce platforms to expand market reach efficiently. Digital bookkeeping is introduced to help MSMEs record transactions accurately, monitor cash flow, and make data-based decisions. The results of the pre-test and post-test evaluation show a significant increase in participants' understanding of the use of digital technology in business operations. The average pre-test score for the Marketing Technology Usage domain was 10.47, increasing to 14.47 in the post-test. For the Digital Marketing Implementation domain, it increased from 6.93 to 14.37, and for the Business Success domain, it increased from 7.10 to 14.90. The implementation of this strategy is expected to encourage business growth, strengthen competitiveness, and foster MSME sustainability amid digital economic development.
